This product is not inexpensive (I had considered mats and tiles) but the results of this process are amazing. I just had my three car garage floor done last week. My garage floor was in pretty bad shape, with rough areas where it was not properly floated when poured, some chips and lots of stains and discolorations. The crew of two young men showed up exactly on time, they were clean well mannered and definitely knew their jobs. They had all the equipment and supplies they needed and were not making do with some questionable equipment. They did have a mechanical issue with the big floor grinder part way through the job and it kept breaking/tripping the breaker and I think they may have rushed and may have ground a little less than they would have had it been working 100%, but I watched them closely and felt pretty good about the prep. They did a great job of patching all the chips and cracks. The actual application of the base coat, the flakes, and the top coat was amazing. This stuff sets up fast and there is zero room for errors or hesitation especially on a large three car garage. I was amazed at the skill of the guys and the quality of the application. They cleaned up the entire area including outside on the driveway. The garage floor looks amazing. I am a very very detail oriented person and I did find one small area where they did not get the floor perfectly level (there is a small dip) before they finished it. Most people would probably never notice it and/or care. I wish it were perfect but honestly it is so good looking and so close to perfect that I doubt I will even mention it to them. I wish I had done this years ago.

I really have been wanting to do this for a long time I called garage living! They had a very professional crew who did a wonderful and amazing job on the floor. I love how it looked so much that I scheduled to have my extra one car garage done as well. Looks better than I imagined My whole experience was very enjoyable and highly recommend garage living.

They are really easy people to work with. They know their products and are very helpful. My new garage floor is the envy of the neighborhood and looks even better than I thought it would. The installers it were the hardest working guys I seen in a long time and it looks flawless. I also had them install slat wall. This product is a lot better looking and more sturdy than my old peg board. The only question is why did I wait so long?

Wow what a great expierence this was. Jace call to confirm the appointment we had made for him to come measure my garage. He was there on time measured it and work with me on when they could do my garage floor. It actually was the very next Day. He said the crew would be there at 8 AM and finish early afternoon and they were there at 8 AM sharp. They finished early afternoon we’re very professional and did an excellent job.
