I am absolutely thrilled with the final product! I had the opportunity of working with Angela to transform my builder grade closet into something that went above my expectations. She listened to my needs and provided me with various options to match exactly what I needed and wanted. She is incredible! The timeline to complete the project was quick and installation was even quicker! Overall amazing experience!

From the initial consultation with Jeri through the installation of the wardrobe in our home, the experience was extremely positive! Jeri came up with a great design for the space in question, it was nice to be able to see the materials in person at the design studio, and the software used to create a 3D rendering of the design was top-notch. We were kept abreast of the progress of our project, the installers (Mike and Jason) did a great job and they were extremely careful with our floors and our walls while installing the wardrobe (they even use mats to protect our floors). Very impressed with the final product and the overall customer service provided by everybody we came in contact with at California Closets; we will definitely recommend them and well consider them for future projects.

Frequently when you make a substantial investment into a project, you have buyers remorse when it is completed. I will have to admit I havent had any remorse over the closet design from California Closets. Our Master closet was essentially and eye sore with no organization and insufficient space for our clothing and accessories. Now with California Closets design and installation it is a show place! We had 4 couples over for Cinco De Mayo and when I looked for them, they were all drinking margaritas in our closet! I love our new closet.

Did a small walk-in closet. Got exactly what I wanted. No problems on installation. Took a crowded space and made it easy to use. Part of the reason is also the process makes you examine why you have all that stuff.

This was a very enjoyable, efficient and professional event. This is the closet I dreamt about ever since I moved into the house 3 years ago. We did this with an entire Master Suite remodel,and it is just gorgeous. Rhonda Ray was smart, professional, so fun to work with and very patient as we waited 6 months after design before installation - and during that time I changed my color scheme three times! The installer was clean, worked so quickly and with great results. LOVE it!

We love our new Closet and Laundry room. The installation went smoothly and we are very satisfied. I would have given 5 stars, but a tile in our laundry room was broken and Cal. Closets stated they would pay for the repair, but it has been 5 weeks since the install and the tile is still broken.

Very professional, easy to work with. We were able to expand the interior of our closet without breaking down walls and spending 5-10x as much on a remodel. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I would sum up my experience with the Dallas franchise of California Closets as “Very Poor Customer Service.” I walked into the Dallas store and talked to Brent Irish, and his enthusiasm about my projects was wonderful. I wanted to have the garage and master closets customized at my lake house. After that, I was turned over to another member of the team, Helena, and from that point on, it was a complete disaster. It took 3 weeks to get final designs correct, but not without an endless exchange of emails with multiple requests to fix the same error. As a result of these endless problems, I lost enthusiasm for the entire project, so I dramatically scaled the project back. I wanted to cancel the entire scope of the project because of all of the errors and delays, but I felt like I needed to do something because of all of the time that had been put into it. Then, the software that generates online contracts didn’t work. They couldn’t seem to get it to work, and not once, did Brent contact me on the telephone. I did finally get an email from him telling me that they were rolling out new software which was the explanation for the problems. I finally had to print out the contract, sign it, and take it along with a check to the Dallas office. I thought I was on the road to completion, but then the day of the installation, they called me 20 minutes before they were due to arrive to tell me that they weren’t coming. Allegedly, their installer had called in sick. Forget the fact that I had scheduled time at my lake house and prepared the garage for the installation. They wanted to reschedule and were willing to give me $100 for my trouble. Rather than reschedule, I then asked to speak with the owner, Brian, or Brent, the representative that I originally talked to. Neither one of them called me that day, which I found surprising. When I didn’t hear from either one of them, I sent them both an email requesting cancellation of the contract and return of my deposit. Again, I have not heard a thing. I had such a great experience with the Oklahoma City franchise, so this entire episode has been surprising and disappointing.

The selection and materials in the show room were fantastic and helped us make decisions about a closet we are thrilled to use each day. Patrick Hausske designed a beautiful closet that made perfect use of a small space (master closet). His design was beautiful and he was an absolute joy to work with. His expertise and professionalism were impressive. Thank you!

I use a wheelchair, and the designer, Donna, made my life a lot easier for those pull-down racks for clothes. She rigged up a rope so I can grab that and pull it down. I really appreciate everyones help.THANK YOUSMILEY

Shannon Longwell made the designing just what I wanted. She took wants and ideas and by adding her skills then Design turned out beautifully. Shannon was very patient with me. And easy to work with. I will ask for her to design my next project. Fausto Salazar and his helper were amazing. They tore out, patched, and painted. Amazing transformation. They were very clean with their work. If i hadnt known where the patching was done, I would not have known. I would like them to work on my next project. Jose Menjvar and Uriel were very friendly. They too were very clean with the install. They kept the debris swept away as they went. They covered my wood floors. They graciously answered my questions about the build.
