I miss Stacy but he left behind some good strong working men. I miss Alex but hes leveling up in position. This Downtown Sherwin Williams is very helpful and best in the district. Geramy and Zach are really good with customer service and great at that forklift driving.

Would’ve picked a no star option if it was available. Today (Saturday) we visited this store and 2 staff members were there. Did not even acknowledge us or ask if we need any help or information. We were there for at least 20 mins and no other customers in store. They sat down and kept browsing through their phones the whole time. We took some sample colors and brochures and left. We understand that this is a time of social distancing. But we had masks on and if a store is kept open, some help or a courtesy to at least ask to be helped is basic. I’m glad that there are other options near by and this is not the ONLY store in the area!!

This is one of the best Stores I been to in Dallas Texas. Always reliable good ol 4329. And that Warehouse is Flawlessly been put together over the pass year or so good job the guys in the front and The Forklift guy..

These guys are great!! Very nice and very friendly!! There delivery drivers are the best in the city!! They quick and the best when ever they get to the job sites 🤙🏽🤙🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Im a residential customer and this store is terrific! Alex helped me. He wanted to make sure I got the right product for the job. He looked up my previous purchases from when I lived in Atlanta. And he gave important advice about my kitchen cabinets. I didnt see the typical color selection area like you usually see at a paint store, but I think the store caters more to contractors. But if you live downtown, this is a great store. Close and great service!

These guys are lit! Starting with awesome customer service over the phone not once but twice, they helped me get an order taken, complete and in my car in less than an hour. Hard workers and absolutely one of the best in the business. Great customer service is hard to come by and even more impressive is how respectful they were. Thanks Alex and that other guy!
