Very fast to unload .Need a sign for Truckers out of town to know where to get into the gate.

Mechanicsburg, PA store - Worst customer service. Have been waiting on kitchen backsplash and shower tile for months. Keep getting different delivery dates and they refuse to share tracking/shipping numbers, which tells me they have no idea where my orders are. You constantly get a run around at this store. Management and staff are NOT customer centric.

Ship/Receive entrance on Buckner. 635E to Xt479A US 175W. Off 175/ Frontage Rd go passed visitor entrance tr Hillburn Dr, tr Elam, tr on Buckner. Entrance on right don’t pass it. Swing wide on those right turns! I took up the whole damn road and you can too...lol. Guess you could pass Hillburn and go on up to Elam but, I didn’t see any “no truck” signs on Hillburn except for on other side of Elam and wasn’t going that way. Arrived 1030 for 1200 appt loaded and gone 1315. Looks like they have overnight parking out front by guard shack. Friendly folks

As a driver I wouldnt come back to this place ever again. Been waiting to get loaded for 4 hours and still have no clue when it will be loaded. This use to be a good place to come a year ago but I wouldnt recommend this place

They redid my bathroom and it looks great. They came out and gave me a free estimate, once we were ready to pull the trigger the job was quick and convenient! They worked while we were at work and didnt skip a day until it was all completed. Hard workers.

Terrible customer service. Unbelievable a company like this stands the test of time.

As a truck drivers perspective. I had to give at least one star to write a review. They depend on outside trucking companies to move there products across the country to one warehouse from another. I have had more than one experience hauling there freight and the last one takes the cake. They gave me a 430 pm appt time to be loaded in Oklahoma. Was on the property at 1100 am. They finally put me on a warehouse door at 406pm. Having to deliver in Maryland at 230pm on Wednesday. Well they had problems with there computer system and didnt get me loaded until after 600 am Tuesday morning. Then the best they could do is reschedule my appt delivery time for Friday at 745 am. I arrived at there warehouse at 830pm Wednesday night. The receiving and shipping personal are some of the most unprofessional people I have seen in the industry. They dropped the ball and held up my whole week and caused me to miss my next load I was already scheduled. AND there answer to me Is they dont care. Really??? If you treat the people who make your operations work from the bottom like this. How do you treat everyone from here on up? I used to have a flooring business in Destin Florida and only did business with the local daltile office there. I spent who knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars in that office. I referred every customer I had to them to look at tile options and bought all my materials through them even though they were more expensive than the competition. I will absolutely never recommend this company to anybody ever again. This has been truly a disappointing eye opening experience from a man trying to deliver there product. And FYI.. they barely got me on a door to unload by my appt time and an hour later still have not even started to unload there product. This week they have cost me 3 extra days of my time and income loss. And they could care less, since they arent having to pay for storage of there product or my extra time.

This is the headquarters facility and no products are sold from this facility. You must visit a Dal-Tile retail store to purchase products.

Really unorganized and EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME if you are a truck driver.
