Ms. martha tried to overcharge because of a “new policy” that wasnt there when we had initially made our contract. Also all of their number on the contract and their business card never work.So just don’t go they are also very unorganized. Anywhere else is better than this place.

Initially our service was good. I set up a payment plan for my package and was overcharged at the end of the process. Apparently there was no record kept of my 2nd payment (which was Cash) and though I have gone over exactly what took place with Mayra, the owner, she continues to avoid helping me with this. She said she could look at cameras and never did and it just so happens the lady who took this cash payment doesnt work there anymore. DO NOT PAY CASH at this store. Do not expect to be taken care of as a customer.

He did not let us take a photo of a catalog to send to the father of the quinciañera, we asked him if he could measure the dress and take a photo and fixed that No. when he was giving us prices we asked him if he could us Write down everything that was included in the package that she was telling us and she said that she could not be left. that when we give the deposit could give us the list of everything that includes ..We went to other ayi serca stores and quite the opposite. They let us take pictures and they wrote down prices for us.

We went to this store to buy my daughters dress for her party. The service was exceptional from the moment we entered we were treated very kindly. The dress was very beautiful, we included the entire package, the doll is very well arranged, the accessories are very beautiful and in excellent condition, I recommend this boutique for your parties. Everything was delivered on time and with very friendly service.
