Zeus comics is a great spot to find the comics you need. Their website also allows for shipping and pull list which I find incredibly helpful as an avid X-Men fan trying to stay connected to all new new stories. Richard is incredibly helpful and kind. Love this store!

First time here, showed up because Rob Liefield was going to be signing autographs. The store was extremely clean and pretty well organized.

As a Dallas newbie, it was imperative that I find a new comic shop home, so I stopped by Zeus and was warmly greeted when I walked in.Nicely stocked on comics and they have a good amount of figures available as well.The guy who checked me out was super nice and made sure to let me know about their online services too!It was a great first experience and Im looking forward to going back for more comics and experiencing some of their future events.

Their selection of Marvel comics is outstanding! The variety of heroes and issues will keep you browsing for quite a while. The front desk guy didn’t say anything to my friend and I except greeting us when we walked in, but the content of the shop was enough to warrant a good review.

My favorite comic book shop now. Ive recently found this place and love their recommendations and opinions on these comics. Every free comic book day I will spend here, and if my daughters need comics, Im gonna ask the staff.

Comic arrived in great condition,but the right side of the mylar bag was split into two .Oh well. Replacing a bag is easy, but finding a comic book in great condition is a bit harder.

Went in, owner looked mad. After seeing all the reviews I thought this would be a great place to bring friends and remense about the good ol days. The owner didnt look welcoming. His facial expressions looked like he didnt want a certain type of people to be in there.

Zeus comics is the BEST! Ive been coming here since 2016 and I couldnt imagine going to any other store. The staff is so helpful and friendly! One of the best customer focused local comic book shops around. Everyone is treated with such respect and staff are always available to assist even referring potential customers to other stores that might be more suited for their current needs. I’m glad it’s so close to my work but I would be here regularly even if it wasn’t.

Very good at virtue signaling on twitter, but very bad at customer service. Its amazing a shop like this has stayed open so long and has such a good reputation. The owner has a very cant be bothered attitude, and the employees are the sort of typical introvert elitist nerd that you hate to see in comic shops because they give them a bad name, but there they are. The store is sparsely stocked, unless you want the newest non-selling marvel and dc stuff. Really, really not worth the drive.

There arent a lot of board game shops around and I was so iffy about checking this out but it was amazing! All the newer games were represented and it still had a lot of the older favorites. The best thing is the wall of D&D. My son and I geeked out hard!

Good shop. Fair amount of back issues -- stores pretty popular so they might be missing every other back issue you might come in looking for here. Give it a shot, though.. I found an issue here I didnt find in 5 other comic stores. 50-75 cents added to cover price on all issues. Vintage comics are over-priced for their respective quality. They dont buy/trade comics. Impressive 25 cent bin sales every now and then. They host real fun events so make sure to ask if they have anything going on, it might interest you. Bag&board sold separately unless the comic comes with it. (Dont recommend buying bag or board packs here.) Kudos for the staff! Very knowledgeable, dont be afraid to ask anything. Theyre very friendly. :)

This is a GREAT comic book store. These guys take great care of their store and are very organized. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The comic books here are taken very well care of. If youre looking for a good home store for comic books, look no further. Plus they have a cool selection of collectibles and toys to boot.

This was my first time here. As you can see by the date, masks are required. Thats not a big deal at all, though. The comic collection is vast, but Im an action figure man. There are a ton of funcos if youre into that. Im not really. However, there is also a vast array of resin statues, posables, and standard action figures. I picked up a Pinhead, a Jareth from Labyrinth, and a Spike Spiegel import. My most favorite thing about the shop has to be the playlist they have going. I need that list shared with me. Great shop.

I love this place! My family and I have been going here since we moved to Dallas in 2006. Richard - the owner - is so friendly, kind, and fun. The rest of the staff are awesome too. Its a great retreat with a fantastic selection of new comics, back issues, graphic novels, manga, toys, and statues. The store is bright and open spaced. It just makes you want to wander around and check everything out!

I remember every Wednesday going on my lunch break to get the weeks new issues and a sub at Great American Hero.Those were the days. Old place was awesome, new spot is awesome. Keep at it

My first visit to this store was last night nearing their closing time, 12/22/16. I could not have asked for a better and more friendly experience and customer service! The store is incredibly well kept, (this was a huge positive towards my experience) the owner and employees are incredibly helpful and have the best attitudes. I drove about an hour and 10 minutes to the store, it was worth every bit of time and gas to get there. 5/5 stars for rating and a huge thank you for the amazing experience at your store!

Zeus is the best comic book shop in Dallas... if not all of Texas... if not the whole of the United States. Heck, in the world. Zeus is the best comic book shop in the world. I said it. Zeus sells a wide variety of mainstream and independent comics. They have some great toys and figures. And if they dont have it, theyll get it. Zeus offers killer sales on their graphic novels and other products. They host fun events throughout the year. Its conveniently located on Inwood Road, in between I-35 and I-30. Plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious with room to grow. Everything is clean and well-organized. If you live within 200 miles of Zeus, you should come by and visit.

Richard and staff are wonderful and always helpful. I love coming here for our comics and Funko pops.

The best comic book store in DFW with a huge selection and friendly staff. Very clean and well organized with the option to submit your weekly checklist through their website or via email. Staff is always quick to reply to any email inquiries and always available to address any questions in store.

Great comic shop and great staff. Many things to pick up and they have many events here. Keep an eye out on their Facebook page because you never know wholl show up. The only down side was they didnt have student discount available.

I was heart broken when I visited here. Yes they have current comics. And yes they have some back issues. But thats about it. A few years back, there wasnt ANY merch u couldnt get here!!! Odd ball, off the wall, hard to find items. Not sure if the internet is a stiff competitor, but there are still those of us that like finding hidden gems in our city. *tear*

This place is one of the last comic book shops that are dedicated to ACTUAL COMIC BOOKS. This isnt one of those shops where 75% of the store is reserved for gaming. Instead, comics line the walls. On Wednesdays, youll find that weeks variants bagged/boarded (and astonishingly affordable) next to the regular covers on the New Release wall. But, wait, theres more! This shop has a large selection (75-100+ long boxes) of back issues, too! Praise Ditko! Kirby in the highest!

Zeus Comics is the best! Both the staff and selection are amazing. Even when I dont go in with a specific title in mind I always come out with something excellent to read.

My first time at this store as I live in fort worth and work at a different comic shop in the mid-cities area, but it was great! I found a couple issues I had been sorely missing from a pull I got shorted a couple years back. The employees were very nice and I love the open floor plan. They have a good amount of backissues and, once I figure out what else Im missing, I may be back to check if they have them haha. Overall Im glad I stopped by while I was in the area.

First time visit to a comic store in over a decade and was immediately turned off. I chose this location as its 3 miles from my work. I went during my lunch hour in hopes to find something for a gift. Location was easy to get to and as I walked in the store noticed it was very clean. When i walked in there was no hello or any acknowledgment that I came in. Both staff members were behind the counter and were talking to what looked to be a regular. I looked around a bit to find what I was looking for, not sure where to look and after 15 mins still 0 acknowledgement from the staff, I finally found one of the graphic novels. At this point I wanted to ask if they could special order something and the price of what I found, however they were still engaged in conversation with the same person when i walked in. One of the staff did talk to people coming up to purchase something and had long discussion about the character the customer was interested in. Not wanting to ruin their conversation I simply put back my intended purchase and left. I came to the store expecting some customer service/expertise instead of just ordering something online. Cant help the local guy if the local guy doesnt want to help you. Maybe I have high expectations for a brick and mortar store, but I will not be returning to this one. It was clear the staff was knowledgeable so I didnt want to give one star, but seemed to be only if they knew you or you were buying something or a regular.

I live 3+ hours away and still consider Zeus as my home shop since Im able to make it in town every month or so. The store itself is clean and inviting, the employees have always been kind and helpful, and the online checklist for shopping for comics is top notch!

I loathe Google +, so if I am on it writing a review I must love the place. And I do. If you want your typical comics shop, full of comics geeks who will argue minutia for days, you probably wont like Zeus. Its a huge space, clean and well-lit. The selection is excellent, with a variety of new and back stock, graphic novels, toys, etc. Richard brings in artists and writers for signings, and puts on special events that make you want to be in the store. The staff is always friendly and knows the field, and does not make you feel stupid if you dont know that the first appearance of Spider-Man was Amazing Fantasy #15, not Amazing Spider-Man #1. If you want a no-pressure, pleasant experience, go to Zeus.

Zeus is MY comic shop. There are other comic shops in the Dallas area, some are even good ones. Zeus is a cut above. It is a friendly store, a place you want to be. I go there for comics and have the opportunity to visit my comic friends and family. More than a store - it is a community.

Lots of cool toys and collectables, Im a type of person who likes to collect stuff and this was like heaven, the Pokemon cards called to me and I couldnt help but buy a bit. They have a area set aside for people who like to play the DnD type games and I guess even card games and stuff to. Theyve got loads of board and card games some of which Ive never even heard of before and some I have and lots of the expansions for them. I will definitely keep this place in mind for when Im looking for stuff to spend extra money on in the future .

Zeus is a fantastic comic and toy shop in Dallas, in the heart of the city as opposed to be way out in far north Dallas or a suburb. This shop focuses on current releases of comics, trades, and toys. They have an absolutely incredible weekly online checklist that lets you pick exactly what you want for the upcoming week, even allowing room for special considerations like requesting a specific cover or something. The store is really clean and well-organized, and Richard (the stores owner) or his employees are really helpful in finding you anything in their store or making special orders for you, and by using the system you get a 10% discount, sweet! They do have a back issue section but its mostly more current comics within the last 5-10 yrs I would say. This isnt the place to necessarily scour the dusty back issue bins for that long-lost gem, I just dont think thats really their focus. They have a couple of classic arcade machines in the store, they have cool comic creator signings, do a great Free Comic Book Day event every year, and even have occasional parties/mixers complete with DJs. Its also really cool that currently, Common Ground Games is literally next door so you can get your fix of gaming from a really nice shop all in the same stop. Nerd Mecca!! Zeus Comics is your absolute best bet for your weekly fix of new comics and toys.

Most comprehensive comic store in dfw. This store has old comics. (Like really old). It has fan memorabilia. It has a very helpfull staff. Its not cramped into a 15×15 room like other comic shops. It is spacious with room to breath. It is a breath of fresh air. Subscriptions are welcome, as are walk ins. There is a game shop next door. (Board games). For those that want a room to play d&d.

I like this Comic Store because the people working there will treat you like family and they probably have the best prices.
