I called the store to find their location and the lady couldnt even tell me what building they were in. After a while of walking around i found the store. I was there to just pick up a book.The line to checkout was long and only 2 cashiers and another person just taking up the time of one of the cashiers. Which made my wait even longer than it should have been. I finally ask another employee for some assistance and he stopped what he was doing to help me. I didnt even have to be in the checkout line to pick up my book. Very unorganized!!! There were NO signs or anyone there to help

I went in to pick up my order today and was helped by David. He was very professional and friendly he engaged in conversation by asking where I worked and what I was studying for, at the end of my transaction he wished me luck on my journey in becoming an RN. Little things like this go a long way for some people at least I know it did for me! Feeling very motivated and ready for this semester!

Richland College Bookstore serves the students with a well-stocked store, a place where you can purchase text books and school supplies, school spirit tees, and a smattering of quick-cooking microwave meals for the student looking for a quick bite between classes. A comfortable lounge area adjoins the store, and there are tables and seating right outside the door. A Starbucks coffeehouse is right next door, serving up all the Starbucks favorites, served by friendly and capable students.

Ideal for students since it is close by. But prices seem to be pretty high throughout the store. Other than that you will always find what you need for class and school in general. The store hours are also helpful for students who need to stop by just to grab some snacks or last minute supplies. Staff are very helpful and always available to help assist

Always a good experience. The people who work there are always walking around, checking on people. The people at the registers are nice as well, even when there are difficult customers, like the guy in front of me. They stay courteous and respectful the whole time.

I bought an access code for one of my classes which typically is supposed to come with a card and a scratch off code. But all I got was a receipt and when asked where the code was the woman at the register confusingly marked a random number on the receipt. When I tried this number to get onto the website I needed it didn’t work so, I paid $70 for nothing. I just ordered everything online, hopefully everything will come in the correct form.

Everyone is helpful and nice. They also have decent prices. I thought it would be way over priced but things seem to be a good deal!

One of the employees refused to give me a receipt for almost $13 and made up the lie that he had to restart the system just so that he didn’t have to pull it up from the computer. More likely because he didn’t want to out of sheer laziness.

Staff has been nice, but they advertise their rental program but hardly have rental books in stock.

Im furious that I cannot sell back a book that cost almost $80,because its in loose leaf form. They made me buy the book this way,I didnt use it all semester and pages are intact. Yet Im stuck with it. They need to place some kind of signage stating what books they will or will not buy back or just stop selling them in this form all together. Ill find an alternative next semester, but I will not be purchasing these overpriced books from here again,since its possible I may be stuck with them.🙄

Great place ever acossiate is trained very well. If they dont know something they will ask for help and that person will help you out easily if I could find one bad thing about it, it would be the whole waiting in line.

The Starbucks inside doesnt have the full menu that an independent starbucks would have but as a tired, desperate college student slowly becoming addicted to caffeine, it does the job.

Its a neat and clean place and you can get food and snacks.

It has everything you need for studying in Richland college, especially the codes for online homework which is pretty cool because you will always get help should you dont know how to use them.

Student could not tell me if a particular book was on backorder even though the computer stated the book was there in the bookstore.

Never ever coming to this Starbucks again! I’ve been stores and I do not get charged $.50 for caramel drizzle. Even on the website says .50 if the drink doesnt come with it and if they want extra. $.50 aint that much but $5.14 for a tall caramel macchiato with soy and caramel drizzle, smh not worth it!

The staff is usually focused on getting the job done, not on making customers happy. I have seem maybe two employees who were pleasant and polite in the year or so that I have been going to Richland.

Hy gusy in the last 2 years I bought books and other matrial from Richland collage book store this book store have morethan 5,000 -20,000 book max collaction. If you realy need books panting tools, note books pan,pancel every stationery staff you will find here after used you can sell your books. But if yoilu have access code with it. Also you can buy Richland collage logo t-shurt and other clothes.

A good place to find books and supplies, if you attend Richland Community College.

I dont recommend buying your books online here. They messed up my order online. I waited for 2 weeks for my book but they never updated me until i called them and they said they dont know why i didnt get any updates with my order online and they have it in store. Never again.
