Ordered over $4000 nails supply including ( kids pedicure chairs, nails table and more, the young lady was also manager of the store she told us that they would ship everything out and we would get in 1 week and after 3 weeks later we still didn’t receive it, we called her so many times to complain about that, but didn’t care about the customer concerns she only care about the money that she took from us, after she got the money she didn’t that if the shipment had arrived to the customer or not, I called her and she kept making excuses and didn’t want to solve the problem, until today I still haven’t got my stuff yet, I’m living so far away so I can’t go the to talk face to face with to ask for money back or somethings like that.This is my first time and also my last time to shop at this store with awful customer service

Absolutely terrible experience. Sent the wrong item and I have been fighting to get a refund for two months now.

I guess the people that left bad reviews for this place do not aware of the fact that this is a wholesaler where customers normally have an account and always buy in bulk. While you cannot get an in store experience, they do offer pick up at store for online orders. I was able to order and pick up some face masks, hand sanitizer and gloves from Sams Supply website a month back. I am happy with my purchase.

Girl told me that I couldnt shop in the store because it was whole sale only and then she asked if I had a business I told her yes and im looking to buy whole sale. She then gave me a business card and told me to go to another store. I drove 40 mins to be told I couldnt shop at two different stores. Im assuming its because of my race.

Never buy anything from this store again. Ive just bought some nippers and found out that they are the renew items and have been sold with the new selling price. Isnt it fair when they refused my request for the return? Scam business!

Wife is in the business of doing nails she will drive all the way to Dallas just to buy supplies at Sams nail Supply they treat her very well and theyre always willing to go the extra step and getting the product that the customer wants
