Called these folks when another sign company didnt get back to me after a week. Jayne was super friendly and I was impressed that they could have the sign done and installed the very next day. After dealing with my OCD, between Gregg the owner and Jayne, our sign was done perfectly at a great price. Highly highly recommend this location and company to anyone looking for a sign (we had vinyl lettering placed on an office door)

We used Sign A Rama - Park Cities to create and install two signs in our corporate office lobby and the overall product was outstanding. Super customer service and very professional. We have worked with several sign companies in the past and this location was by far the best overall 1. service, and 2. product. Our main sign was an 8ft gatorfoam cut out lettering sign with the three colors and our second sign was an acrylic 2x4 ft with mounting pegs. Both signs look great and really draw a lot of attention. Happy to be contacted and can forward photos for potential Google Reviewers. Certainly recommend doing business with this location.

I have contacted this location and talked to James. I did what he told me to do and he said he need to work on the Car lettering project I have over the weekend and he will provide the quote on Monday. I called on Monday and asked several times if he has the pricing for me, and he said yes I sent you an email. We checked and checked and we found out that he never sent the Email out and he never even has the pricing for this project.WASTING TIME and they are not PROFESSIONAL At all. if you are not serious about your project and want to be on hold forever, call this location and talk to James

I recently received a cricut for Christmas and have been overwhelmed by all the videos Ive been watching and intimidation came upon me. I was told to try different sign shops and see if they sold or gave away scraps. By my surprise, there is one across the street from my job and I thought I would drop in and inquire about not only scraps, but vinyl in general. Thats where I met the sweetest owner in the world, Gregg Bartus of Signarama, his knowledge of the vinyl world with me. I expressed my intimidation and thats when he tapped into his feminine side and went into his vinyl world of lighter colors....lol... He told me hed been in this business for over 10 years and he still makes mistakes and proceeded to send me out the door with several sheets of some beautiful colored vinyl and whatever scraps he found and a Now go make your mistakes so you can take over my business someday. Im not looking to take over his business unless the Good Lord has something else in store for me, but I am absolutely grateful for him blessing and the words of encouragement for me to be able to create a mess and open up to the create and crafting world and not just sit and watch video after video. They are very professional. I leave in Keller but I usually drive about 50 minutes to go in North Dallas for my magnetic signs.
