GoodBuy Gear has made it so easy to buy QUALITY baby and kid gear at an affordable price. This company has made our lives so much easier. When were done with items (strollers, toys, you name it) they come pick it up and handle everything. We were surprised how much money we could make!

Update: I was so happy with my first purchase, I placed another order for a Fisher Price rocker chair, an exersaucer and a jumperoo. After the items were delivered, I was so disappointed to find the exersaucer, which was labeled as Barely Used to be filthy and the Gently Used rocker chair was missing both stability support bars (see photos of described issues). I contacted Mikaela, who was very responsive, and she refunded the price of the rocker chair and a store credit to compensate for the exersaucer. The jumperoo was as described, and because I felt Mikaela handled the issues appropriately I have changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars rather than even lower. I have not decided yet if I will use Good Buy Gear again, but I will be much more selective in my choice of items to avoid a repeat of these issues.I am thrilled with my new Maxi Cosi car seat. Open box with tags still attached for less than half the retail price. The website is very user friendly and detailed pictures made me feel confident about what I was buying. Ordered on a Friday night and was delivered to my front door on Tuesday. Great communication by text to coordinate delivery. Will definitely order again!

What a great place to buy used baby gear! Fantastic selection, beyond reasonable prices, and their customer service is stellar! They went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me select the best stroller and even worked with me through an ordering snafu that was completely my fault. Responsive kind and helpful. So glad I discovered this place! Definitely my new “go-to” when I need baby gear. Inventory always changes, but they carry several quality products at really reasonable prices. Very happy with my new stroller and my shopping experience with Letina. She was very responsive and answered all my questions to make sure I found just what I was looking for. I’m a new soon to be mom and I was so lost on buying strollers. We went to Buy Buy Baby and the man that was helping us was so rude and didn’t want to take time to explain to us the difference between strollers. I knew I liked the UppaBaby and got some great reviews from a mom Facebook group I am part of..but I really did not wanna go back to Buy Buy Baby and support them due to their rude employee. I started looking online at random websites and such and saw that they actually offer more colors. I was going to settle for the all black but then saw the White one and fell in love! So, I started doing more searching and ended up on my Facebook Marketplace and came across a lady named Tina who was selling my future stroller :). She was so helpful, very responsive and even though it seemed the white one was not available anymore she kept searching because she knew I really wanted that one and she found it for me!! I went and picked it up today and I’m totally in love!!!!!! Also the employee that helped me get my order and load the stroller in my car was so nice! He took time to show me how the stroller worked as well! Thank you Good Buy Gear! I give you 5 stars from beginning to finish, for my whole experience! I will definitely be coming to you more often to search for more baby items! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good priced items, new and used!

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Good Buy Gear. I bought a crib a few months ago, which was delivered just as expected. I just bought a stroller- open box condition. Unfortunately, when we put it together it had a defective frame. I emailed Good Buy Gear. They responded within 24 hours (I sent the mail on a weekend and still got a reply)! They sent a replacement, which I had within a few days. They are quick to respond and will find a resolution. I will continue buying from them!

I read every single review and call to all phones that I found and also speak with an estrange on Facebook lol after all I decided to buy my babies stroller (joovy kooperx2) here as was considerably cheaper than aaaall other places. I came across Good Buy Gear after searching high and low for even the slightest discount on our stroller and stroller accessories. I was beyond thrilled to find my “Open Box” Mockingbird Single-to-Double Stroller for half the price I would have paid direct from the manufacturer. I was happy because I got the stroller I wanted and my husband was happy because I saved us a bunch of money! The customer service is great, too. Very responsive and friendly! 10/10 recommend and we will be using again!

Let me first start out by saying that this review is solely based on my selling experience. I have not bought anything from their site. I was excited to be able to sell items and have them picked up. Super easy especially during these trying times, right? When I set up my pick up i was not informed by a representative that there would be a $25.00 pickup fee that is discounted from the amount of money you make. I will say that perhaps this was my fault that I didn’t look into this; nonetheless super annoying. The majority of the items that I gave for sell were either barely and/or gently used. On their site it states that you get to keep 80% of the profits from the item sold - but this is not true. For example, I had a summer infant pop seat that I only used once and it was listed for $15.00 and I only made $4.50. What is that?!?!? Most of my items that have sold, the commission has gone towards the pickup fee and I barely made any money. Granted I do know that these are used items but the advertisement that is easy and a good way to make money is totally false. I will never sell again with this company - I much rather donate it to a good charity. And I doubt I will buy because I am one who just rather buy new for my children. And to be honest for the prices, you are better off buying directly from a store brand new. Most places offer great coupons and free shipping. Just be careful when selling through this site. Do your research and be aware that you will not make very much. Very disappointing experience.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The other reviews have GOT to be fake. Unfortunately, I found this company through a listing on Facebook Marketplace and I purchased a rocker for my nursery that was labeled as NEW. It showed pictures of the rocker covered and taped in it’s original packaging, and I confirmed with Holly, the seller, that the rocker was indeed new. She said YES! The rocker was delivered 3 days later (which I appreciate) and my husband and I unwrapped it to find that it’s covered in stains! I was APPALLED. I feel completely betrayed, and lied to by this company. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by contacting Holly through FB who acted shocked that the chair was in such bad condition after sending her pics. Then, I contacted Mikaela directly at their company, where I was basically told sorry but “the chair was listed as open box condition which implies minor wear”. I snapped pictures of the FB listing where it simply says NEW, and NOTHING ELSE, and she refuses to admit it. She is blatantly refusing to give us a refund even after u have sent her all the proof I possibly can in pictures. I am sickened that these people think they can do this to someone. I am now out close to $400 for a chair I could’ve bought new for $500 and I wouldn’t even be able to re-sell this with the damage. A piece of advice to the owner - DONT use fb marketplace to sell your store items, since the descriptions are NOT THE SAME AS ON YOUR WEBSITE. Which brings up another point, MAKE SURE THE LISTING IS THE SAME AND THE SELLER ON FB DOESNT LIE TO PEOPLE. You can claim your website had this listed as open box condition, but I do NOT care, I never looked at your website bc It wasn’t even linked on fb. I bought this through fb where I spoke to Holly and I was lied on the description that this chair was brand new. The TERRIBLE customer service I have received is atrocious and I hope you change your ways before a giant lawsuit comes after you.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT SELL! Terrible and inconvenient! Unprofessional, made me carry heavy furniture from his truck and did not honor Social Distancing. They advertise free local delivery but fell very short. The delivery driver arrived unannounced and on a holiday. I hadn’t received an e-mail or a phone call to even tell me when my items would be delivered.The Goodbuygear representative knocked on my door empty handed. He requested I go to his vehicle to help him retrieve my items. Had I known I would be required to assist in this “free” delivery, which included a heavy dresser I wouldn’t have placed the order. I can’t believe they would send one individual without a dolly to deliver a changing station dresser. Consequently, I was injured and haven’t been able to reach anyone at the Good Buy Gear office.The items were not delivered with care or concern for the buyer or the actual seller. There was no protection from the rain or the vehicle. I will be sending them back as soon as I can reach someone. Very disappointed. You’ve been warned.

I had the best experience buying a brand new Veer Cruiser at a discounted price from Tina and her team! She bent over backwards to accommodate our inflexible schedule living out of state and only passing through town on a Saturday when the warehouse was closed. They found a way to get us our item anyways and our family is so thankful. Would definitely repurchase other items from this shop.

I discovered Good Buy Gear at a recent pop-up event they did with a big box retailer. Where has this place been my whole life!? Well, my whole mom life at least. With two kids and an on-the-go lifestyle I havent had time to sort out what to do with all my old baby stuff. I purchased a lightweight Joovy stroller from Good Buy Gear. It was such a pleasant and easy experience. The stroller was in open box condition but it looked brand new to me. I was greated when I entered to pick it up and was helped very quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely use them when I am ready to sell more baby items. What an easy way to deal with all those costly items without the hassle of Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. Great experience and company!
