Horrible staffing. They allways close 1 to 2 hours earlier and no one is held accountable. They need to change there hours and have more training on customer care. Do NOT COME to this location if you want help/ assistance.

They have this boy that is like 3 feet tall and he couldnt find my part after 2 stores told me it was in stock at that store yall need to stop employing 12 year olds and get people who know what they are doing!!! This a serious matter yall

They are being rude with customers over their store issues. They should not treat customers rude just because their inventory is Fed up

I was delighted to know they sell DIE HARD batteries. This store sells good quality tools and parts.

I needed a part, so I called the store and spoke with an associate to be certain the part was in stock, the store associate assured me it was in store, even gave me the price, within ten minutes I was at the store to pick up the part only to be told IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. Please dont trust the stores word, if you live close by its no biggie, If not dont trust it....They have definitely lost me as a customer.

Auto Zone is also a great place to go.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up and their doors were closed before 7 on Saturday and on Sunday it stated they opened at 8:15 and the employee showed up til 9:20 to open the store. Store hours are incorrect online please fix. Thank you.

They tell you one price and u get their all the sudden its a diffent price,then the person that told u the price is on lunch.Yeah no.Wont be back.staff is rude and acts like their annoyed.

Advance auto was a lifesaver for me today, I live out of state and my battery went out I went to advance auto and mike gave me a Moblie mechanic number who came to my location. He charge my battery and referral me back to advance auto who than someone else who worked there changed my battery for me. Also the mechanic Henry allowed me to use his discount so I saved a lot of Money. Advance auto helped me with everything they were like a one man shop.

This review is specially for store on 2484 West ILLINOIS ave. Dallas, Texas. Customer service is the worse and they are super slow. Starting with the store manager. I had an online order, store manager refused to make any kind of effort to help. All he said: that issue is between you and online people, call customer service. When I was showing him my email confirmation order number. Because on there system was showing that I had only purchase one item. When original items was two. He didn’t even looked at the email or made any kind of effort to help. I send an email to district manager, at the moment he hasn’t reply. At the end I called customer service, lady that answered phone was very helpful. She noticed that one item was send to one store and other item to another store. Bottom line is that the store manager was rude and made no kind of effort to help me.

Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. I was guaranteed by Johnny if I ordered my car part they would have it later that day around 4p. When I get there the part was not there and they didn’t know when they would have it. I wasted an entire day waiting on this car part that I could have ordered from another auto part store that told me they could have had in a couple of days! My time is valuable and that’s something they can not give back to me. Shame on Them!! Never buy from them!

I went to this location on 11-27-19 to get an alternator for my van. The manager said my card declined but as im on my way home in a lyft. I get a notification from my account they still charged my card 230.56. I go back on 11-29-19 to try an get my money back but I was told they cant help me. So i need to get my lawyer involved. This is the worst thing that ever happen to me. Its 12-3-19 and im still waiting on my refund they are such frauds.

Staff helpful, but not helpful. Had to go across the street to OReillys to get the part I needed. Advance Auto had the part, but wouldnt go to the back to get it because I didnt know my engine size. The part was universal and fit on all models.

Helpful worker but unfortunately they didnt have the tubing I need 11/32.

I just in there asking to buy a tool, the manager just told me where it may be. I went trying to find it, went back to ask him again wanting to get him to come and show me but his reaction was the same. Bad customer service.

Bums never open on time

This store has THE worst staff I have EVER seen. Their website is nice, and they award a good amount of coupons, but AAP does not hire quality people. Ive noticed this at other locations as well, they hire trash.This particular location in Oak Cliff has the most ghetto ratchet staff I have ever seen. Staff was incredibly rude, its like I was in a WorldStarHiphiphop video or something. Im not gonna spend 1k+ at a store where the staff tries to AMOG me, its not gonna happen. My money will go to their competition.I contacted their HQ about the disrespect I was given, and to be fair their HQ did take it seriously, calling me back in the same day to see what was wrong.Stay away from this locations store, instead try one of their competitors (Oreillys or Autozone) ACROSS THE STREET (literally 20 feet away).

It is a good store but on this site I do not talk about any more I talk about the Illinois store employees are the worst I will change more tools that have guarantees and they tell me that if I bought the warranty when I went to other stores and I they change it, I allege that it has a guarantee and they didnt change it and they treated me for the worst and then they threatened to call me at the police. I went to another store and they changed it without asking me for anything. I call the store again and I allege that they changed them in another store and left me on hold

They know how to serve well and they have everything and cheap
