Not a good experience. Beyond Unprofessional. The car had no windshield wipers which I didnt realize until 2 days after. The engine light was on prior to taking the vehicle and they are trying to blame me. I will not be returning here. This was the most unprofessional place I have been too. Horrible service!!! Car was poorly cleaned upon delivery. Engine light came on the first day while in my possession!!! When I returned the vehicle, letting them know there was an issue with it prior to returning it, held my security deposit because they excused me of the car issue was my doing. I will NEVER go back to them & discourage anyone from using their services.

I was excited to rent a car here it seemed like everything was gonna be smooth over the phone. When I got there things got iffy when they demanded I only pay via PayPal this kind of had me on the edge, but since I was out of town I didn’t want to take the risk of looking else where since my trip was time sensitive. I agreed to the PayPal and when I receive the car the it had service notifications, no gas, and the windshield wipers were missing I called immediately to let them know when I noticed they said OK no problem and they would note it. An hour after I return the car I received an email saying that they’re going to kept my deposit because there was issues with the vehicle. Unbelievable these people are straight thieves. I’m in contact with PayPal about the issues beware of these scammers!!! I wish I could leave store stars but unfortunately one is the lowest.

Rented a Lamborghini Huracan from them for my wedding and couldnt have had a better experience. Reasonable pricing and deposit. Needed everything to be done last minute and they got the job done asap. Added the perfect touch to what was already an unforgettable and amazing day and will look to them for all my future exotic car rental needs

The worst company total scam, renting cars with dealer plates violating state laws, renting broken high end vehicles in unsafe manner, vehicles are not road worthy, filing complaint with TXDOS and various other legal agencies.

After finding their website and really liking their work, I wanted to get one done for myself. I originally was going to let them but the truck, then do the work afterwards. I ended up buying a truck myself and brought it to them. I had work done on the truck that in total took about a week once parts were in. From a 7.5” lift, new wheels and tires and an Amp powered side steps. The truck is truly amazing and workmanship is perfect. Would recommend them to any and all friends and for future work to be done on my current truck. Great job!!

Avoid this company at all cost! They will trick you into signing a bill of sale. If you don’t wire them $50,000 in 7 days they will hire attorneys to sue you and send a collection agency at you.This company has a terrible reputation in Dallas. I called several banks and they all said they sued this company in the past and this is a scam company.

This company is getting desperate during coronvirus. They are tricking customers into buying cars telling them to sign contracts before they even see the car.Also everyone local in Dallas knows this company is a scam. Just ask any dealership in Dallas or any bank.

This was my first online purchase, so I was specptic when it came to purchasing cars this way. With this said I had a great experience purchasing from BOSS exotics. Today I am enjoying my Audi R8 purchase from BOSS. Kyle recommended we do a PPI (pre purchase inspection) from Audi which checked off. They arranged the the drop off and pick up without any inconvenience to the buyer (me). I will use boss, for future purchases.

This is the worst place to car shop idk who I spoke with but the 4 times I called regarding a beautiful Audi R8 they had for sale, seem like the guy was in a bad mood every time, they literally don’t have any customer service if your thinking on spending over 100k on a vehicle this is definitely not the right place to car shop, never have had this issues with any dealership other then this dealer they really don’t want to sell any vehicles with the attitude they have look somewhere else.

Buyer Beware!!!

I inquired with BOSS Exotics about buying a Nissan GTR for the price as listed on Craigslist. Then, when I get to Oklahoma from Nebraska, BOSS Exotics raised the price $4,000 after I was approved for the original list price. Needless to say, I will never do business with or recommend business to BOSS Exotics. They do not have their heads on straight.

I would think twice before dealing with these people, shady business.
