I was told 10 days before they looked at my truck, because of the coolant leak, I chose to stay there. I received not calls, only an email indicating truck ready for pickup. I reviewed the invoice and it had additional items needing attention. I called and was told we will provide an estimate...it took another 3 days only to find out, the work performed and advised was completed 10 months ago. I brought this to Jeremiah bishop attention, he did not get back to me claiming hes waiting on Donna Cooker from the south office. Because I didnt hear from anyone, I called and a lady told me I had to wait until Jeremiah come in later today, I requested a manager, she put me on hold for 40 minutes, came back to the phone, told me no one could help me and hung up. I received an email from Jeremiah at 559pm saying he had no contact information. lol...I went to the south office after expressing to Jeremiah how disrespected I was receiving and choosing to work with the south office only. Jeremiah says there were warranty parts, Dallas south manager said there isnt. I am waiting on cooperate to advise

I’ve been dealing with this dealer in two locations for years: Dallas North Freightliner and their satellite shop in Howe, Texas on 75 north of Dallas.I have never been disappointed with their contentiousness and professionalism.Their repair services have no comparison. Very thorough, gave detailed answers and took time to make sure all repairs were correctly done. They put 30 miles on the truck which makes me feel like they actually put effort into making sure my issues were resolved. In the end the price was great and service was better than I ever expected.

Parts Department is one of the most knowledgeable and respectable ones I have ever dealt with. Edgar and Jose Lopez make getting parts extremely simple, obviously its only something that someone with years of experience can do.

Just this will call should mean the parts are pulled and waiting not wait untill you get there. Called on phone and get pu will call # for what to stand in line and wait for the clerk to get the parts. Very sad customer service

They are merely parts changers. The find something different everytime. 3 trips same issue. First trip hose on turbo. Found loose clamp tightened it still same issue. 2nd trip was told major coolitant leak. Never seen leak or had to and coolitant. Got home truck leaking coolitant 30 min after shut down. I asked before I left if it had been pressure tested to make sure it was fixed and was told yes. 3rd trip Thursday said truck in shop on Monday 2 weeks later more chargers turbo still wistling. Asked had truck been pressure tested for leaks after repair was done and was told extra charge for that.

Hard to say about service quality because its hard to reach them, dont know who put good reviews here because service is horrible. Long repairs, for simple staff you will stay there for 1-2-3 weeks.

These guys are usually extremely busy. So I try to place my orders online or by phone and have them in Will Call. When I get there I can walk right up to the Will Call counter and pick up my orders quickly, making it a breeze.

Got part on hold 3 days in advance. Called when in town to check that part was in. Double check dealer its located at. Ask if I can pick it up in truck and trailer. Told yes come get it. Get there to be told cant get on property to buy the parts. So ask if they can deliver to my local truck yard. Told no. So keep your parts. I will buy elsewhere from here on out. These dealer is the worst in Dallas area dont go to any of them.

When i called i couldnt get anybody on phone to answer my call and when i got someone on phone they couldnt help me. BE CAREFUL WITH DEBT AND CREDIT. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes and going from 3rd in line to next in like their phone system connected me to Cisco phone service which is useless unless you know someones name there for an extension and it never dirrected me to the general voicemail. I guess business is not their top priority. Ill think about that next Truck I buy...

In my experience and my opinion honestly had a good experience with this premier truck group and I was treated very well thanks to Chris Nwanze one of premier truck group sales man. This man will not only help you find what you looking for, but will teach you what your money worth to buy. I think it’s important to get what you’re completely satisfied with. As far as the trucks go, I suggest this place because of many reasons quality, legit stuff, everything you’re buying is crystal clear it will only be up to you what you want. No loopholes or anything like that. In my opinion I suggest this place if you want something legit a truck that works for you but you don’t work for it because it breaks everyday.

I reached out to Premier South and Ms.Donna was on it from beginning to the end of my truck being down for 2 weeks and it took Ms. Donna and her team 2 days. Worst shop i have been in during my 40 plus years in the business. I deal with 5 dealers and 5 Penske shops and Premier (all of them in Dallas) are terrible. It is apparent that the mechanics do not know what they are doing.

Truck in shop 3 weeks for ABS valve, bad service.

Unbelievable poor service, unorganized parts department. Prepaid special order parts next day air, parts got shipped to 2 different locations, spent over an hour in phone trying to get status on order, was hung up on 3 times, transferred to wrong department 3 times, had to go to south dallas store and north dallas to pick up my parts. When I arrived at N. Dallas store, stood at counter for 30 minutes while employee looked for parts in the back just to realize they were next to his computer the whole time! I will not be doing business here again.

Recently I had a pretty bad coolant leak. I called this dealership, they told me it would probably be the next day before they could look at it. I went there and they worked me in and got me rolling on the same day. As an owner operator, it doesnt get any better!! I appreciate them working me in, they had the part and my truck is fixed and fixed right. If I ever need service in the Dallas area again I will definitely go there.

Actually had a fantastic experience with a Freightlinner dealership. I took my truck to the body shop for some repairs and has soon has I walked in and saw the amount of work in the shop I knew I was going to be down for awhile . I talked to Tim in the shop who looked at the damages on my truck and I expressed my concerns to him about down time and he assured me despite their work load he could get me in and out in two days . I thought no way theses repairs would take a week at least but I had no choice had to fix my truck so I gave him a shot. Im happy to report my truck was picked up on the second day has promised and also another bonus I didnt expect Tim called me at the end of day one to let me know my truck was ahead of schedule and I can pick up around mid day on day two, because I received this phone call I was able to schedule a load in advance and pick my truck up and get right back too work making money. .I dont want to leave the rest of the team out the body man did great great work on my truck that Im very happy with and Tina who checked me in and out once repairs were completed was very nice and accommodating to me, the whole team made me feel like a valued customer . This shop is fantastic the technicians did awesome work for me. And the shop foreman Will Hensley even cut me a great deal on labor. The best experience I ever had at a Freightliner. And I want everyone to know how great of a technician Andrew Roy and Rocky are. These guys stayed late on Saturday to get me out of the shop really great guys who take good care of you.

**UPDATE** GM Sean is one who cares how his business is perceived. One conversation with him and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable compromise. The parts damaged were replaced and i was able to get some assistance with a few other repairs. As I stated in the below original review, a true measure of an organization is how they respond to adverse situations and Sean @ Premier steps up. I would do business here again in the future just for that fact. Also their service department damaged my tractor, acknowledged it and then refused to pay until I pressed the matter with management.

Ive been here twice in 2 months and both times have been nothing like the previous reviews. First they only communicate by email. You will not be able to get anyone on the phone. Im sorry some things need to be discussed person to person. Second they will not call if they cant reach you by email. Had to go in to get updates because no one answers the phone. Its frustrating dealing with this outfit. While waiting for updates the phone is constantly ringing. I hate coming here. Will be looking for another shop. And they tried to charge me for diagnostics I didnt request. Because nobody bothered to call me they just did it

We had the clutch go out in our Freightliner truck and contacted Premier Truck Group to find a towing service to bring the truck to them. They were very studious in giving us a referral. We towed our truck to their service department and they were very prompt in starting the inspection on our truck. They immediately gave me a quote. Stopped back in on the 31st and had an over head done with some other minor work. I was in and out in 8 hours. They have a great drivers lounge with food and drinks available to purchase. Justin the shop manager even followed up this morning to see how everything went. I hate paying 159 a hour for labor but they have shown me they work hard for their customers business and that means a lot. There are very few dealers that I would give my business too but this is definitely one of them.

Very organized, finally people had my truck done within 24hours for body work. I highly recommend them because everyone else gave me a day or two to even look at it. Im very satisfied with the work and the way they treated me. Ps they also have a shuttle for a hotels and great delivery places to order food from. Also they are very clean and have a very cozy driver lounge to accommodate you while you wait.

My husband was in Dallas six hours from home and needed some repairs done on his 2018 Cascadia. We googled this shop for him and they were able to get him into the shop the same day which never happens where we are in West Texas! The oil leak he had was repaired quickly and they even let us know about a fuel issue we were having and prevented us from a breakdown that was soon to come. These guys were great, thank you so much to Jason in service for your great attention and quick response to our questions and concerns. We will definitely recommend to all our friends who drive trucks as well!

If I could rate 0 I would. Worst place ever.. Our truck has been to this shop twice in less than 2 months. Service department is very slow. First time had our truck for almost 5 weeks. Got truck back made one run and truck would not go over 5 miles. Took it back they advise would not take long to fix, it is going on three weeks. I think they are scamming people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO FREIGHTLINER NORTH.. Its a shame when your truck is your lively hood and they do not care if you are not making money and your bills get behind. Service is lacking and need better quality workers and management as far as i am concerned. Let their money stop coming in then its a problem...Service SUCKS!!

Service Department at this Location is just plain unprofessional, despite the fact that they slow as ever. Had a truck for an AC Motor replacement for 7 days now, I been lied to twice that the truck is in the Bay getting worked on, only to call back the following day to get the update that motor is not replaced yet. Avoid this location for Service or plan on a nice long wait in DALLAS TX.

Don’t trust this dealership. Chris lied to me and sold me truck with lots of problems. I went to this dealership to buy my first truck. After a month, i found oil leak on it and spent $2500 to fix it. Then I changed AC compressor which is about $1000 and after a week three check engine lights came back on so I spent $2300 on it. Chris knows all the problems and they cleared the lights and sold it to me.Total expenseOil leak- $2500Ac compressor- $1000ATD harness sensor and regen- $2304Don’t buy a truck from this dealership

I had a surprisingly great experience with these guys despite my initial opinion based on reviews I read. Aiyana at the service counter was extremely helpful in updating me on the status of repairs on my truck and the cashier Taylor was also super nice when paying for my bill. Front bumper got knocked off. Got here at closing time, and the service manager came out and said that they would stay late and get us rolling. Took less than an hour to get my bumper replaced. First time I ever went to a Freightliner dealership and it didnt take 3 days. Great service. Go out of your way to come here if you have to, you wont regret it.

This was the first time coming in this location. I am always at the downtown location and the line is over a hour wait every time. I come to this location and everyone is very helpful. The gentleman behind the counter Wes. Wes was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed and also helped me with info on installing the parts.

I was in need of multiple parts for one of the trucks at work which needed to be on the road ASAP. Called different places without much luck. Parts would either take too long to get there or they just were not available at their store. Running out of options i decided to stop by this store and hoped they would have everything i needed.
