Shannon is the operational brain: she keeps the process moving forward making sure you are not only informed, but also taken care of every step of the way. All while they deal with all the insurance back and forth with masterful perfection.This shop should is run how every business should be run: razor-focused on quality, keeping customers informed and engaged while delivering an outstanding product.Of course you dont want to be a body shops frequent customer, but if you ever need one and have any doubts, then look no further.

I was involved in a hit-and-run and my insurance offered me two shops in my area to take the vehicle to.I checked their ratings and Lindberg was a perfect 5.0 and the other was only 3.5. I made my appointment same day and they were so nice to me and took great care of me. Had me in a rental in minutes and had my car in the shop right after.Tracey through in some free services and touch-ups on my paint and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. You couldnt ask for nicer people to look after your vehicle. He and Shannon are so kind and they make you feel like family.I had a hassle-free experience and got my car back looking better than before. Do yourself a favor and seek them out for any body work and/or mechanical work that you may need after a collision. I cant say enough good things about Lindberg Collision Center. Tracy, Shannon and the entire staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Things were explained to me where I could understand the process and the repairs were completed in the time frame indicated. This isnt the closest repair facility to me but I wont go anywhere else. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and Lindberg Collision Center gives you quality work at a reasonable price.

Lindberg repaired a dent to my cars rear side. The work was performed to a degree of perfection beyond my expectations in a timely manner at a reasonable and fair price. Weve had 2 other cars in our family recently repaired by Lindberg and well definitely use again if needed.

We are so happy we chose Lindberg, and we will certainly use them again if needed for collision repair!Update: I am sad to report that our positive interaction with Lindberg Collision has turned into quite the hassle. Upon receiving our vehicle back, we did not have the tow hitch cover piece included with the repair. We have been told on numerous occasions that the piece is ready and will be mailed to us at our new home (out of state). This has been going on for 10 weeks. I am terribly disappointed in the lack of follow through on this detail.

SECOND POST 2020I want to write a new review separate than this but Google wont let me to do that so here is my second review with a new different collision issue.I had to take my car back to Lindberg because another person hit my car. Fortunately Lindberg and their staff did a great job once again in fixing my bumper and painting it. Its like new again and definitely they are and will be my first option if I had another issue with my car or future car. I keep recommended them with my family and friends. great job once again.FIRST POST 2019I had an area of my car re-paint and I choose them base on the reviews I was on Google and I am glad I went to do business with them. The owner and the rest of the staff took excellent care of my car and the job came so great that you can not even tell that the car was repaired. Also, the job was quote to be done on 5 days and they finished it on 3 and my car is like new again. Definitely will keep them in mind in case I need them again or as a referral to other people.

Lindberg Collision was the only shop that had the capability to repair my older Corvette across several body shops investigated. They were also helpful in addressing other body and interior flaws that needed work. I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the value received. The car looks amazing inside and out.

If you looking for a place that cares about customer service you need to look elsewhere. Went in on to try to get a quote on some work. There was no customer at this time besides myself. Mr. Lindberg ask if he could help and I reply I needed a help with a quote. He told me to have a seat and he be with me in a minute. You would think he be taking care of a customer or a was in a call, he was just sitting on his computer. The front desk came in and even recognize that I was a returning customer. She ask me to fill out a form which I did and continue to wait. After waiting close to 20 minutes just watching Mr. Lindberg be on his computer with no regard about my time and trying to take of a customer I walked away.. This is a sign of poor customer service specially for a returning customer.

This location really is centrally located. The service is top notch ! Early in the season hail storms created good sized damage to the upper panels on my Jeep. Tracy made conformation and the the finish is like new again ! I waited for the high volume of hail damage claims to subside soo impressed that I brought my truck here. I chose Uber for transportation when I left and came back to finish detailed truck. ✨

Great shop, car looked even better than before I was hit. They were nice enough to include the extra bit of touch up paint that they used in case I wanted to fix the dings and scrapes that were on other parts of my car that were not damaged by the accident.

When you compare collision & body shops, Tracy Lindberg and his team are NOT good at what they do...THEY ARE SUPERIOR! Customer service at the forefront of their work as well. Excellent communication all the way around starting with his office staff. Very welcoming and personal and Tracy has never met a stranger. Honest, forthright, accountable, and dependable. Read their sign when you first walk inside the business and you will understand why! Great work and in constant contact because Tracy gives you his cell phone number and tells you to call or text anytime. I tested him... Twice... and yes, he answered both times. Got more than what I expected to have repaired on my BMW at no extra cost. They threw in a headlight restoration, touched up a few other scratches, detailed the interior, and of course, waxed and detailed the exterior of my car. Did I mention they threw in an extra bottle touch-up paint for me in the future as well? Quality repair work and beautiful paint application too. I was going to my car after working all day and found that someone had backed into me. No note, no I am sorry. I was provided a list from my insurance of preferred providers. Many of the locations had less than stellar reviews. Lindberg Collision had the best. Tracy was very easy to work with. He even accommodated me when I asked to take a look at the interior of the shop. I had been told if you could eat off the floor it was a good body shop. The place was organized and many were busy working on vehicles. Tracy told be 7-9 days, he had it back to me in 4. The paint on my vehicle is unique - it was matched to a tee and I was even provided a small jar for future door dings. What started out as a bad evening turned out to be a good experience. I would highly recommend Lindberg Collision for your car body needs.

When I opened the door to my truck the wind flung it open and the door hit a co-workers car. It made a small ding and left some paint on her passenger car door. Tracy Lindberg told me it would be less of a cost on me if I took it to another guy who fixes hail damage but, that he would use a solvent and clean off the paint for free. I have been a customer of Lindberg for years now. I would take my vehicle there for repair before I would take it to the dealership. They are professional, courteous, and do exceptional work. Truth be told, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else for paint or body damage. Tracy and his wife, Shannon, are the best to work with. All of the employees are friendly. While I was in the shop they truly made me and my wife feel like we were family. Very comfortable setting. The paint repairs that they did on my 2017 Ram were perfect. As they have done each time before, they provided me with a bottle of touch up paint for any future needs. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Had some good sized hail damage & insurance recommended Lindberg Collision. Was able to take my car in just a couple days after starting the insurance claim. They gave me the quote on-site without waiting forever & worked with my insurance throughout the whole process. They even had a rental waiting on me when I dropped my car off. My car was repaired 100% and was done before their guaranteed date by almost a week. Would use again if needed, and would definitely recommend.

Couldnt be happier- dealt with them through allstate for collision repair. They towed my vehicle from the tow trucks yard to their shop and took care of the rest from there. The owner, Tracy, spoke to me personally multiple times throughout the repair process, assuaged my many concerns patiently, and even allowed me access to the BoH of his shop to get my parking pass from my car while it was being repaired. I have never had such a positive experience getting a car repaired. They are such good people and run a very honest business. Worked with me through every step to show not a coin of mine was being wasted. I called the day-of to schedule an estimate, which was awesome. They did a fantastic job on my Volkswagen in a fraction of the time most places might have. I even came away with a warranty and a little jar of paint in case I get a chip. Accidents are fun, said no one ever! Having dealt with Allstates OTHER preferred shop in the past we knew there must be something or someone better - and there was! Enter Lindberg Collision. Tracy and his team took such good care of us. They are a friendly shop but what stood out most to me was the high level of professionalism. After getting our IS250 back the radio for some odd reason was not working but Tracy had us bring it back and gave us a rental for a few days while they figured it out. I am praying to not be involved in another accident but if I am Lindberg Collision will get my business hands down.

I brought my cr-v in to get hail damage repaired, job was done on time and efficiently with the staff keeping me updated all throughout the process. I brought in a second car here after it had been hit at a parking lot with no note and after the work was done looked brand new. I cant say enough about the wonderful staff here and the fantastic service they provide.

My cars bumper was damaged in a collision and was not in a good shape, so someone recommended me to take it to the Lindberg Collision Center. After reading through the online reviews about this place, I was tempted to take my car there. The Estimates provided were free, timely and very reasonable. The service provided was top-notch and on time. The customer service was effective and they did what they said plus I got my car back not only in a good shape but also thoroughly washed from outside and detailed cleaned from inside. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my car here for a bit of body work after a fender bender. Could not have been more pleased. The team at Lindberg got my car fixed up and ready days before they originally estimated it would be available and worked with me and my busy schedule to get my car back to me before the holiday weekend so I didnt have to pay extra rental fees. No one likes having to pay for car repairs, but Lindberg made it as painless as possible.

We took the car to several body shops, Tracy gave us a reasonable price compared to others. He carefully checked the car while doing an estimate to make sure we covered all needed repairs (The insurance adjuster guy missed a big spot on the wheel actually). With help from Shannon, we did not have to deal with insurance and the whole process was a great experience. They also went out of their way to make sure we were happy with rental car. I got my car back super clean in and out and it just looked like new. They even did some touch up on one of the mirrors without additional charge. Highly recommend them!!!

Everything about this place has been absolutely phenomenal for me. I had an issue with my bumper being non-existent. The owners are super friendly, helpful, and make the experience smooth.I was also going through some personal crap after being laid off, and they worked with me as far as paying for everything... finding the cheapest parts, etc. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The service, the owners, the quality of work, EVERYTHING was amazing.IF anything happens with my car again, Ill be going back here. Hopefully you arent in need of this service, but these things happen. And when they do, you need to go here to get your car fixed up.

Fantastic experience. They work closely with Allstate (and others) and came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. Tracy, the owner, was great. Delivered a rental car to me at work and picked up my car. When it was fixed, they delivered my car and picked up the rental car. Seamless transaction and perfect craftsmanship. My Audi looks as good as new. Kudos to the Chad Wall Allstate agency too. Hopefully you never need an auto repair shop, but if you do, use Lindberg Collision.

Shannon and Tracy run a top-notch business with a customer service ethic that is almost non-existent in todays world, anymore. My father used to own and run an auto body business all while I was growing up, and now that hes unable to work on cars I really thought I wouldnt find anyone nearly as trustworthy to work on my car, but I couldnt have been more wrong. This place exceeded my expectations. They took care of EVERYTHING - from making the arrangements for my car rental, to dealing with the insurance company, and then making the return of the rental as flawless and easy as possible. Not to mention the exceptional work they did - my car came out better than it was before I was hit.I wont take my vehicles anywhere else, from here on out!

I brought my vehicle in for repairs at Lindberg Collision Center based on the reviews I saw on line and they did not disappoint. If you have had to deal with an auto body chain store (Service Collision, Herbs King or some variation thereof) than you know firsthand how well they work with insurance… so well, that they don’t care what you have to say and will do just enough work to please the ones who are paying them, not the owner of the vehicle.Tracy and his wife are the people you actually speak with here and they go above and beyond to make your experience an easy one. They set reasonable expectations on what will go in to the repair and time needed, line up a rental if you need one and work FOR you in dealing with insurance, not the other way around. While I hope to not have to deal with auto damage again, if I do I know I will go here.

As someone who is from out of town and not familiar with the area, Lindberg did a GREAT job at explaining the process of repairs after an accident, working with me to help shorten the amount of time needed for a rental and really making me feel like I was being taken care of! Would highly recommend.

This shop is wonderful! The owner is great. They are very profession and do great work. I wish I would of found them before I went to Service King! I will take my cars there the next time I need work.

Lindberg Collision is quite possibly the best business that Ive ever be a customer to. The owner and staff simply offer the best customer service possible. I cannot recommend them enough. I was rear-ended and they bent over backwards to make sure the repair on my car was as painless as it could be.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Lindberg Collision. I brought my car in to have hail damage repaired and it was completed on time and in only four days. After previously looking into alternate repair shops who all said my car would take at least two weeks to repair, I was so pleasantly surprised to hear that Lindberg could get it completed in such a short amount of time. They did a great job and gave me a loaner car to use while mine was being fixed. Tracy as well as all of the office staff were very kind and easy to work with. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Lindberg Collision came highly recommended to me, and they surpassed all expectations. Lindberg Collision Center really came through for us at a time of great need! I was in the Dallas area to donate a kidney to a family member when my almost new car was destroyed in a baseball-sized hailstorm literally half an hour after I arrived. As you can imagine, I was already under enough stress as it is. But, Tracy and his team at Lindberg Collision Center made the process completely painless for me and even had the car ready by the time the hospital released me to go back home to Missouri! They were also able to save us money on the deductible! Their staff was also extremely kind to us as well. What an amazing service! They came to my house to give a quote; then provided a detailed written estimate. We decided it was a really great price and so asked them to do the work. The next day they showed up with a loaner car, took my car away and did all the work. When they returned my car they had not only fixed the damages that they had quoted but touched up all the paint, painted my baseboards and fully cleaned the car inside and out! I learned that dealing with smaller insurance companies can be difficult! But, this place came highly recommended by my personal insurance agent and I am very glad I chose them. Terry and staff were very knowledgeable and able to walk a first-timer like me through the process and left me feeling confident that they were going to take care of my car the right way. When I got my Infiniti back, it was like new again. He even buffed out a little scratch for me on the side not related to the accident that was bothering me. Truly great service! Thanks!
