I want everyone to know about the outstanding customer service and auto body work I had done at Economy Paint & Body this month. Ed and Cindy were so nice and accommodating, ensuring that I got pure satisfaction for the auto body work done on my car. Not only that, they even detected extra defects (and were able to fix them) that were not detected by the adjuster who surveyed the damage to my car. I will definitely tell family and friends about Economy Paint & Body and their amazing work!!

Amazing service. I was originally quoted for $1215, but they were able to save the bumper and saved me over $300 towards the final price. They replaced my bumper, my undercarriage shield, and the shield over my entire- tire in under 2 days. They also, as a courtesy to me, repainted my pin stripes on both sides, and washed my car! 5 stars for Outstanding quality because my car looks better than when I bought it, plus friendly and professional customer service. I felt like family and I knew I left my car in good hands.

This place will be my go- to for all future body shop needs! Car looks incredible. Whenever I called, Cindy or Ed were enthusiastic to help and professional. As a young woman too, I felt very safe and respected whenever I went in. The owner was very professional and passionate about doing business. I’m very happy with their service!

I wont go into detail bc its such a long story but what I want to share is outside of the good work this shop does, these are some of the nicest customer service oriented people youd ever want to meet. They went far and beyond getting my car taken care of. Ed and his neice were just as concerned as I was about getting my car back to the way my car looked before my car accident. There were a few delicate areas on the car that needed special attention and they made sure they took care it. I greatly appreciate them and will recommend anyone to their shop. Very courteous and professional staff. The pricing is beyond fair & the turn around time is unmatched. Each time Ive had body work done with major dealerships theyve had my car over a month. Ed replaced both my front and back bumper in about 2 days!

My insurance company sent me to a big national shop for a quote - had to wait there an hour just to find out they couldnt start on my car until the next week, and would take a week to finish. Googled shops near me and found Economy. Ed took my car that afternoon and had it back to me in 2 days - nice job too. And nice, personal service.

Ed was really honest and worked with me to provide options for an unfortunate situation my car was in. Genuinely good dude that’s doing honest work. I would recommend.
