Meant to write this review months ago. I bought a little fun car that needed some work. Some of this work was cosmetic and needed to be addressed right away. After reading some reviews decided to pay this shop a visit. Titan Collision and Skip did an amazing job at a very fair price. Timing was a bit off but not an issue at all. They painted the back bumper and matched the Porsche paint fantastically, cant tell at all new paint from existing. I will be coming back to get the whole car resprayed in the next couple of months. Titan and Skip have won a customer for life.

My husband found Titan Collision online and we decided to use them due to their excellent reviews. They have been so wonderful that I wanted to add my own review. As so many others have pointed out, the customer service is above and beyond. Ive used Titan Collision two times this year and both times Ive felt extremely well taken care of and, as another reviewer pointed out, like Im in a small town. Ive worked with both Skip and Charley and I felt like they took very good care of me. They were even able to secure a rental for me (which has been difficult in these unprecedented times). In situations where I needed repairs that Titan does not service, they made recommendations. The people they referred me to were also fairly priced and skilled technicians. I highly recommend Titan Collision. Ive referred them to friends and I will continue to use them in the future.

Needed a specific part painted vivid black and these guys were great to work with. They got me in right away, asked great questions, and turned the part around super fast.Not only that, but when there were a few minor issues with the clear and dust setting in they had a guy revisit it and address all the minor items to ensure it was 100% to my liking. The attention to detail from the entire team & Tony, the owner, being nice and ensuring I was taken care of was superb. Certainly will utilize Titan again should I need any more parts painted! I highly recommend Titan! They did a beautiful job on repair and painting. You would never know work was done and my car color is not common and had pin stripes. They finished the work earlier than promised and the cost was within estimate. Everyone there was friendly and their level of service was excellent. They have a great reputation with my insurance company and car rental. They worked well together and I hardly had to do anything. I hope to never need their service again but I am very willing and happy to recommend them. You and your vehicle will be in great hands.

To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. Everything from the work to the service was beyond comparison. If you are considering taking your vehicle here, seriously stop searching and choose them. I was rear ended and Ive already forgotten the car was damaged. I had them paint the roof while they had the car, something I have always wanted done and since they paint, I figured why not ask them to do it while they had it. They gave me an unbelievable deal on the job. It looks like glass its so pristine! Skip and his son knew exactly how to handle the insurance and rental places for me. They made it to where I didnt have to think about a single part of the job once they were approved to work on the car. They only had the car for a week. I will find every reason to do more business with them. A glowing review was the least I could do.I really appreciate it guys! I know I said it 10 times at the shop but youre a shining example of what service should be.

Have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 sedan. Had a wreck where my right rear door was completely messed up. Took it to their shop and they fixed it with a very reasonable price. Ive been to many mechanics and auto repair shops, this owner is different. You really feel like youve just entered a family strange way to put it but its true. Would give 5 stars but after I left I noticed my windshield had a crack and is now stretched across my windshield.

I have always had friends and family come here. And had amazing experience with customer service and repairs. My car was hit in a hit in run and my insurance sent me to herbs. But after I was able to I came here first. And have no regrets and will always recommen these guys. It was done it the estimated time given . I had to have my grandmother take me to pick it up and I was running late. I called to inform the shop and TONY answered. And said he would wait for me . And when I arrived he was so kind and amazing he even had my car cleaned. Which I did not expect. So Im honestly saying dont go to any other shop. These are your guys to go to.

I am a verified, real-life customer who got six different quotes in the Dallas area for repairing the paint on the front bumper of my 2013 Genesis Coupe. I corresponded via email with Skip at Titan. He looked at the photographs of my car and sent me an itemized quote (only one other company of the six sent me an itemized quote--the other four gave me a whole number estimate with no explanation of what they would be doing). Skip also answered all my follow-up questions via email with specific responses. He was incredibly honest, and he didnt price gouge. He ensured that the quality of the work completed with integrity. The downside was this company was the farthest away from where I live out of the six--BUT the price, honesty, quality work, and customer service was well worth that drive. Ladies!!! Tony is your man!!! I have been everywhere trying to get my Celica fixed after my accident. Maaco and Herbs were trying to over charge me. They gave me outrageous rates thinking I didnt know any better. Tony was a first class gentleman from the start. He let me see all the prices on the computer to prove he had nothing to hide!! He gave me options to fit MY budget and he let me pick my favorite color TEAL!!! The paint guys didnt even take any change from my cup holder! I will never go anywhere else for body work!!! I needed some work done on my bumper and fender, I didn’t know what body shop to trust and do the repairs at in Dallas. Like many others, I googled multiple shops around Dallas. If you’re reading this, you can stop your research, go check out Titan’s! Titan’s customer service is excellent, they were able to give me a quick estimate and fixed my car pretty quickly! Skip and Tony are super and I’m so glad I picked Titan’s to do the repairs and paint job. The car is now back to the condition before the fender bender. I would highly recommend them to fix your car if you’re needing repairs. They have made this whole process so easy and helped reduce my stress. I cannot say enough great things about Titan Collision! They are professional, courteous, efficient and communicative. From the moment I walked in for an estimate, Skip assured me that they could fix the issue and then proceeded to take care of EVERYTHING (insurance approvals, rental car, etc.). He is extremely adept at dealing with claims so I literally did not have to worry about a thing once my vehicle was in their care. I had my doubts because the price was affordable, similar to Maacco when they have sales. They are way better. I bought an older 2003 Audi TT and the paint was faded and chipped off the top, hood and trunk of the car. Basically didnt want to spend lots of money so figured anything will look nicer than what it looks like now. When I saw my car, I was insanely surprised with the color and paint quality. Now I will put this in perspective, if you look closely there are some what looks like dust particles you can see. Which before we started Tony (owner) pointed out so he set the right expectations which I greatly appreciate. I was ok with it considering the price and when it was completed I cant be happier. He totally transformed my car. In addition to the work and the price Tony is a great guy to work with very honest through the whole process. One thing i hesitate to mention was he also fixed my fender for free! It was so broken I had several zip ties holding it together. I hesitate to say that because I dont know that he will just do free work for everyone but man what a guy!!

I would recommend anyone to, at a minimum, to visit with Tony and Skip and get an estimate, before letting the “chain” repair businesses fix you automobile. The physical plant is older and they are pretty landlocked - but their work is above expectations and their customer service is excellent. I have done business with them twice and a family member has used them once. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently brought my daughter’s car to Titan Collision and painting because of an accident that she was involved in. Now Skip and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the damage but that’s not the main reason for this review so I’ll get back to that in a minute. I asked my wife pick me up shortly after I dropped off the car for repairs. Unfortunately, on her way to pick me up, she too had an accident with the cab of an 18 wheeler! For some reason, my mobile phone automatically went to speaker phone as my hysterical wife called to let me know. Without hesitation, Skip grabbed his car keys and dragged me to his car so I could get to my wife’s side. I could not ask for a more caring person who goes well above and beyond company job description. From my experience and conversation with Skip, it is clear that he is a very religious and moral individual with the utmost integrity. He is one of the most conscientious and trustworthy people I have met since moving to Texas five years ago. With Skip, nothing is done part way. When a job is done under his supervision, it is done well and without compromise. I do not hesitate to recommend Titan Collision and Auto Painting for any work needing to be done on your vehicle. My daughter is thrilled with the results.

Went through Titan Collision & Auto to get my Lexus repainted and it is absolutely phenomenal, I didn’t want to give up my first car or for it to cost me an arm and a leg to get it repainted. My car looks new and now I can go get it detailed in the inside. They are awesome!

I was referred to Titan Collision by a close friend who has used them for years and Skip & Team did not disappoint! I was impressed from Day 1 when Titan arranged online for Enterprise to pick me up but Enterprise didnt seem to be on their way and wasnt answering the phone so Skip offered to ride with me up there and to drive my car back to the collision center so I didnt have to wait,a amazing! Once the work began, unlike those big box collision centers (Caliber/Service King/etc), Titan proactively kept me informed through every step of the way... I knew when parts were ordered, when they arrived and when they were to be installed. I was never wondering where my vehicle was in terms of the repair process. My experience with the other guys are that sometimes they can take so long to complete the work that my insurance calls to tell me that my rental coverage could expire but that was not the case with Titan. Even better, I had always felt like my car looked incomplete without a rear spoiler and since they were going to work on the rear anyways, I asked Titan: could I order a spoiler and have it installed and for how much? They only charged me for the paint, not the labor or installation so my car actually looked better after leaving Titan Collision than it did in pre-accident condition! Finally, they were flexible on payment and although its pretty unorthodox, they were willing to accept PayPal for payment! Id happily recommend Titan, Skip, and Team to anyone needing a first class collision repair--theyre first class people.

Tony and Skip were also accessible on a Saturday when other companies were either closed or told me to come back another day. They also provided the exact right solution to fit my needs so I could get my truck painted. As for quality, they went above and beyond to provide great work, repairing several additional small dents at no extra charge. I never write reviews but I had to here because I am so grateful for the work done on my car! Tony, Skip, and their guys were great from the start. They were nice people who gave me a fair, reasonable, and well-priced estimate for the job that was way lower than I expected. They also wrote out the cost and thats exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. It was half the cost of an estimate I received from an auto shop in Highland Park from people that were way less friendly. And the estimate was $1,000 dollars lower than another place I would have taken my car to if it wasnt for Titan Auto & Collision.And my car looks fantastic! I was comfortable working with them and they always worked with me to lower my costs on different auto parts. That showed me that they care about their customers and want them to be happy. From now on, I will always go back to Titan Auto & Collision for my auto needs and I will recommend that all my friends go there too! Auto care doesnt have to be ridiculously and absurdly expensive when youre going to fair and honest people like Skip and Tony.

Absolutely fantastic work on my 97 Honda CRV. I needed a new hood replaced/painted, a new front bumper and a few dings on quarter panel repaired and painted. I called Titan and spoke to Skip to set up a drop time and met with Tony, these guys are a great team. Tony evaluated the repair in detail. He took the time to explain repair options, he gave a fair price on repair/paint and a good time frame to get the work done.When I was called to come and pick up the the car, Wow... did they do a great job. My 1999 Yukon has been hit twice now. Titan replace the left front fender and blended the paint into the door. On that job, they also painted the roof at cost.The second time, the passenger door was caved in by a small car. The door was replaced and they painted the rest of that side at cost AND repaired the door jamb that was dented for free, just to make sure i was happy. I am very hard to please and I can tell you that Tony will make sure you are satisfied with the work.My mechanic recommended this shop and I did my research. I saw the one bad review and from what I know, this is a disgruntled tow truck driver that used to work for them (check the grammar). I have done some work in a body shop when I was young and it is a messy business. This shop is not fancy or located in a high profile location, so they dont pay the rent that the other guys do. After searching and asking for quotes from 5 to 6 different shops, I end up sending my car to Titan. They had an unbelievable price for fixing the large and deep scratches on the rear door of my car. Other shop said it would take more than $1500 because they had to rebuild the body line, but Titan just did it without saying anything in three days and with an unbeatable price, they didn’t trick me with any weird terminology or pretty words. Skip from the shop was super patient and answer whatever question I had, while I couldn’t believe how cheap it was comparing with other shops’ quotes, he really made the promise and listed every little detail and how much that would cost- every parts that need to be fixed and how it would get fixed, every hours they would spend on each part, every supplies it would cost, his attitude toward the client is really the service. I immediately showed off my car to my friends and coworkers ( too excited) after I picked up the vehicle yesterday, and they could not even tell it got scratched before. Skip even noticed some other small chip-off of my car, which I didn’t even show them, but he saw it and put some touch-up paint there in order to hide the scare and keep it away from rusting. I hugged him so hard before leaving the shop, and he said hopefully he would never see me again in the shop, but if unfortunately anything happened, he would be there for all the client :). Please don’t hesitate to bring your baby cars there, they would never play tricks.

Titan has always provided me with the best service and prices. The work quality is excellent. I found that if you need something cheap, they can do it with aftermarket parts. If you want OEM parts, they will still give you a good price, but of course OEM original parts cost more.

Repainted my 2010 F-150 SuperCrew perfectly. Now having my 2005 Lexus IS300 fixed here. They do fantastic work for a reasonable price.

Ive taken my all my cars to Tony. From paint jobs to complete body work. Weve done business with him 5 times and the service gets better and better. I wrecked my 04 F150 and it was pretty bad. He knocked it out for an amazing price. He also went out of his way to find new runners that retailed for $700 a piece and he got them both for $350 including labor.
