They treated me well Specialy Silvia I bought this bedroom for My daughter about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Just because they do not have the mirror of the vanity. They want to bring bedroom set with out mirror but I say no I want all the set together.

Less than 2 years old and this is how my couches look already I paid for warranty but was told warranty can’t cover this damage. Quality is cheap you can literally feel the wood when you are seating down. Do not buy from this place! People are rude and do not try to help. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure I tell people how bad this place is.

Unfortunately you have to select a star to leave a review and theres no option for a negative star or absolutely a no star rating because that is where we are with this place. We made 4 calls for help and got none. We finally went up to the store and still got no where. We are still waiting for someone to show up to look over this supposedly new refrigerator that has not made ice in a week. Pathetic is the only way to describe how we been treated. Theres not enough space to type the whole story, but then again I honestly believe it wouldnt matter !!!!!!!

I went to famsa today as.ofJuly 17 2021 i have paid off 2 loans and 2 tvs i was told if i get something like furniture or electronic i could get another loan thats what i was a told lie after i payed my tv off on time i came to the store to get a loan that was a total lie every since transunion took over its really messed up .

Suppose to get our furniture today but was told that we will get some parts of the furniture today on Saturday and some other parts on tuesday of next week because the dresser part of the bedroom set was damage. We had got our refund back and bought furniture from somewhere else that my hubby had bought a living room set from. Never again with those unprofessional people. Uuuggghh.

This place has horrible service, purchased some couches 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. I have asked to speak to the manager several times and shes never available. Lack of communication and professionalism. Will never purchase from this place again !!

This place deserves five star rating. They have good quality products at an affordable price. The workers over here are very friendly and go above and beyond to satisfy their customer.

Furniture is cheap material, doesn’t last very long, my cabinets wouldn’t even close right, and the bed frame Doesn’t even support itself... never am I shopping here again.

The worst dont buy anything here they make you buy all kinds of insurance and warranty and they dont cover your damages or replace the items like they tell you.

This place is great. Read the reviews and I still decided to stop by, everything was great. The payments are affordable and it was easy to get a good amount of credit from them. They also report to your credit which I liked because Im currently building credit. I have no complaints except my sales lady was not very outgoing and it felt rushed. But other then that it was good, they promised me next day delivery and they did so which I wa a happy with because they delivered on a Sunday most companies dont. Im in love with my bedroom set! So dont go based off these reviews alone I would honestly just take the trip out there they really do have great products.

I tried to support local business and purchase a stove from here instead of the big chain stores. I asked them if they deliver/install and was told that they will install my gas stove. The sales lady even gave me the connector and told me to give this to the delivery guy when they deliver the stove, they can install for me. First lie of the day...Additionally, they told me if i paid cash/debit, that i would get an 8% discount. Second lie of the day... they would not honor the discount and instead offered to give me the connector (way less than the 8% off). The connector wasnt even the right size.When the stove was delivered, they refused to install it because company policy states we do not install gas stoves. I went back up to the store to get my $100 back, and they refused to credit me the install money because i paid for delivery and they delivered it. Then i told them to come pick it back up and bring it back to the store, and I would come pick it up myself and then they can give me my money back. They told me that I would have to bring it back to the store and they would charge me a 15% restocking fee.This place is awful. The stove is a piece of trash, and the people work there are even lower than that.

Their customer service is only good when it comes to trying to make a good sale/commission. Only 3 months after purchasing a Serta mattress from them, which was supposedly under a warranty, the mattress pillow top sunk about an inch and a half to two inches, and after going back and forth with them at the store, and over the phone I can honestly say that seven months later, I never got the issue resolved. The so called store manager at this location was rude and condescending, and did not show any concerns with having a satisfied customer. If I am still paying this off is ONLY because I do not want to hurt my credit score.

VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!The sales people are liars !!I got a bed here and i had it for 2 weeks i called because we noticed something on the bed they sent someone to look at it and they said they will call me to see what was going to happen and its been 2 MONTHS ALREADY!!! And NO ONE has contacted me and every time i call they NEVER know anything. They always say someone will give me a call back and NO ONE EVER DOES !!! DO NOT BUY HERE !!

My elderly and disabled mother bought a bed and stove yesterday. Delivery was set for after 12pm today. The delivery people just threw the bed in her room. They didnt set it up, nor did they even leave bedrails. Then they left the stove in front of where it is to fit saying it didnt fit. Funny, I slid it right in.If your delivery people dont want to work, then they need to find a sit down job!

The top bunk bed fell on my daughter that was on the bottom bunk bed .. My kids dont use it cuz there scared of it ... What do i have to do to get it replaced i have been calling n calling n finally i got someones attention because i went up there ... I live 25 mins away but i have to wait another week to see if they can fix it ... I dont want it fixed i demand to get a new set!!..The furniture they sell is a very poor quality ... I have been trying to be very patient with them n they are really pushing my buttons ... The bunk beds i bought are falling apart ! Should of just sticked with Canales furniture they have great quality ... I regret buying from here.... Maybe I should get a lawyer n Sue them for the top bunk bed falling on my daughter ... Smh

Horrible Do NOT BUY anything from here my husband has great credit with this company. And in November 12 we just purchased a refrigerator from there 2 days later the ice maker messes up i call the following day to see about getting a replacement or getting it fixed for about 2 weeks i got a run around saying the service order will be sent in, after the 3 week went buy I finally ask to speak to Manager Daniel saying the same thing he will send the service order out finally on December 2 they call to schedule an appointment for the 6th for someone to come out now our payment is due on December 15 and we more likely wont have our refrigerator fix or replace. I am beyond furious Do Not BUY FROM THEM

Paying a bunch of hard earned money for a broken used washer that’s supposed to be brand new.

This store is very easy to get credit.. I never had a problem with the stuff I have bought it. ( if you take care your stuff they will last) Ive been with this store for more than 7 years now and also thanks to this Store I was able to get a CAR LOAN and a good Credit Card, I dont know why other people are mad about, most of the brands that this store sales are also seen on sore like Best Buy, Frys, Walmart and many other stores etc. The Living Room/Dining Set I got from this store is still good and SOLID with no cracks, scratches or paint coming off and the laptops/computers /TVs I also got are still running strong and without any issues at all. I do recommend this store to anybody,, that is starting credit or already has credit.but before you buy.. +You the Buyer+ must really know what you are buying or search before you go and buy at any Store, ask questions to sales reps/associates dont wait for them to tell you what the warranty really covers and read the warranty card that they give you before you go to any Store Mad and make a fool of yourself. All warranties/ protection plans at any store have Limitations... This means that the buyer also plays a role and has responsibilities over their merchandise..dont just spect the store or their employees to do the work that you the buyer should do ++keep it nice and clean+++ same way goes like if you were to buy any car.. ++the buyer/ owner++ needs to take care of it so it can last for every long time... right???NOTE: just to clarify.. this is not a store that you can just go and say 6 months/1 year later I dont like it... i dont want it... and i want to return it.. or thats how I received it all damaged on the day of delivery or report it 6 months or a 1 year later demanding an exchange/ refund and while the merchandise was being used by you all this time.... Also the merchandise is no longer the stores merchandise the merchandise bought at any store is yours from day 1. regardless if you paid cash or you are making payments... is the same..TIP:There is this thing also called Normal Wear and Tear from everyday use that is not classified as a Manufactury Defect..

Be very careful I bought a refrigerator in famsa and I put a warranty for 5 years it broke down and it turns out that I called them to repair my refrigerator and not only say they already placed the order that they have many orders and I have 5 days that I open and I do not receive reply. Its the bad thing about these companies where we buy Hispanics dont pay attention to us. Think before spending on a guarantee since they dont solve anything and they still get angry because some call them.
