I got a bed mattresses & frame I ordered from the book. The bed cant be whats in the book. Ok, the top mattress sanked in the middle, they brought another one out replaced it with a pillowtop its even worse than the first one. Ive been asking for a replacement for 3 -4 months, but they want me to come to the store. Why they cant just replace this one just like before. Yes I have been late on payments, even short sometime but tell me why they knock on my door for $14 late payment and Im almost finished paying out a 6month term? Employees are good people but its the policies they suck ...
