This is by far the worst supplier I have ever dealt with in 30 years of business. Customer service is horrendous. They dont have items that they claim are in stock. They ship you the wrong parts completely damaged. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Good customer service is only offered if you know your part numbers haha Does that make sense? Them people there dont like to help people that dont show up with the part number. Their reason why they ask for part number is description basically doing their job. If you dont have the part number they simply tell you they dont know or Do you have the part number? Like okay you work here and dont know your own products??? Like come on I have a million things I have to remember from my job and now have to remember the part numbers yall sell and make money off of??? Their front desk need a training on learning their own product part numbers. All WE have to do is describe the product and thwy should know what WE are talking about. Other than that good company to buy from.

Dont waste your money or time, their customer service is disgusting, Dexter is rude and a liar, when I told him ill complain about him to the management he laughed!!! At me and said go a head!. They have hidden fees they forget to mention. And when they promise a refund, they never do.Theres a rude elder woman at dallas service center that really needs to get fired because of her bad attitude!The customer always right, the fact that shes miserable doesnt mean she needs to be nasty to the clients!
