I am giving a bad review because I went in and the person was in the back on his phone and I said hello is anybody here like 4 times then the worker end up showing up. Like where is the employee. The employee suppose to stay in the front when Costumes come inside the 7 eleven. So please managers please talk to your employees. If they keep doing that someone could have stolen your products. So please be aware your surroundings.

Be aware this place automatically charges your cc $100.00 I was pumping gas when I received an alert from my cc showing me this charge. Needless to say I stopped at $15.00. When I went in to speak with the manager he said it’s my bank that does this, AH NO!!! Anywhere else that I get gas it’s either a $1.00 pre charge or the charge of the actual amount Of gas I pumped. Discover has never done this it’s the business owner and how they set up their merchant services! I asked for them to reverse it oh don’t worry it will get reversed on Monday. That is 7 days from now. Telling me not to worry when it’s not their money. There are so many in our community that this would have put them back financially! Not an acceptable practice!!!

The employee was in the middle of cleaning and stopped what he was doing to assist immediately. He was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. This was around 7:45pm EST.

I use this station for pumping my tires whenever I need it. They now have contactless payment, which you could pay with Apple Pay, and it costs $1.50 to fill up your tires. I used to go to Sheetz or Wawa, but there would either be a big line, or the free machines would be broken.

0 star for the customer service. I tried to put air on my tire Tuesday night Wasted $1.50. Machine did not work after I insert $1.50. Then I again Insert .$25 did not worked. Then I talked with the cashier Sam about the issue he reply no body complained. I suggest him you have to put out of order notice because other people in need will know about but he replied he don’t know. Even he did not say sorry about that. Even the amount was small but my problem was big.

If youre coming here for gas, good luck playing pump roulette. Today (my last visit here) I hopped from three different pumps that didnt work. No signs. No way of knowing until Id pulled up.Its definitely the norm here. At least one pump is always down. Usually multiple. They never seem to be fixed either.So if youre in a rush, would advise not stopping here to test which pump works for you.The convenience store is pretty good. Nice people. But if youre coming for gas, maybe dont?

Great atmosphere. An employee named Ahmed provided me with great customer service and helped me find the way to the bathroom. This specific 711 has extremely clean bathrooms and are very well maintained.

7 eleven needs to break the contract with uber eats, the staff at 7 elevens are lazy, never have the orders ready and play dumb when we delivery drivers walk in. CEO of 7 eleven needs to just break the contract with us if they are not in using our services.

Worst store in my area. Coffee usually old and cold or none available as was the case today and yesterday. Half & half always empty.Today I had to wait for coffee to be made and then was refused $1 cup after entering my info on the electronic pad.If you need a receipt for fuel be prepared to go in to ask for one. Employees to lazy to keep receipts in pumps or fill glass cleaner containers same for upkeep on coffee bar. Talk on phone while waiting on customers. I could go on, but you get the pictureavailable

I was there on August 14 to fill gas as i do all the time and decided to clean the window the water was extremely bad smelling so bad that one of the other customer said out loud someone needs to call Health Dept this might be inviting Zika Virus, so as the owner of a business i thought to let them know to get the water changed as someone night call and complain. Guess what i got the shock of my life. Krishna THE store manager came out and i was explaining her she told me Quote unquote You are threatening me get the hell out of the store before i call the police i told her i am not threatening just letting you know and the lady with to her heard me and i said she is my witness i am just telling you about the water need to be changed. Again she said get the hell out of here they cant do non about what i have to say, so i guess she is threatening not only the customers but the employees also. As a business owner myself slept over this issue over a week finally realized that it is not fair for the owner of the store to know what is going on at his store. 77% of the customer dont come back because of the bad service. we will behind the houses of that 711 i am talking about store location 7001. I have already told my family and friends not to go ether up until people like Ms Krishna is there.One more thing and i am going to call county is that she made a racist remark while i was leaving something about people from Pakistan are crazy thing to that affect. I wanted to turn around and let he know i was born and raised in New Delhi India if she wanted my address.Ms Krishna need to be replaced by some one who cares for the store and not telling customers to get the hell out of here i hope the owner can read this email. He lost lot of good customers.

Bathroom is extremely dirty! Dont think it has ever been cleaned

The clerk ripped me off. I gave her two five dollar bills to pay for an item that was $5 dollars and change. She swore I only gave her $6. I hope it was an honest mistake but I didn’t have time to argue with her. Beware, and I will not be shopping there anymore.

This has to be one of the filthiest 7-11 I’ve been in. I stopped by for a cup of coffee and the coffee counter looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I left without a purchase and probably without a case of the Hersey squirts!! Avoid this location costs you’ve been warned.

This 7 11 has 4 catty women that work there and they snear at everything. This is a dirty, nasty place and I have seen cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door locks have been broken on both men and womens bathroom for months, and they are too cheap to buy a new door knob that works, instead they make the bathrooms out of order for their customers. This place is so trailer park.

There was a credit card skimmer on gas pump #7 which led to fraudulent clone credit card.

Some of the screens on the pumps wont work and when you complain about it they just look at you like youre stupid for buying gas here.
