They are NEVER EVER THERE at 5888 Mapledale store! Nobody answers the phone now. A phone store that doesn’t answer the phone? What’s going on? I called the main TW company number and they can’t figure it out either.

My wife recently renewed a pre-pay plan here and the staff here went out of their way to make sure our kids had what it is they needed. Great service. My only issue is that they were not open when they advertised when they said they would be.

This place is amazing. RHODA and MALEEHA are so accommodating. What a team, they even opened their store for us on Sunday to help us through our needs. This store will give you the family way. Im their cust forever.Thanks guys, for your excellent experience

Needed my iPad screen repaired took it to total wireless and I must say I am so happy and impress with the fast and efficient service I received,as was promised by Rhoda she is a friendly and amazing worker,making her customer happy is her number one priority and greatest delight.

I was surprised when i walked in and saw 2 young ladies working. They were so friendly. Dropped off my tablet with a broken screen and was able to pick it up by midday. Very reasonable.

When they are actually there (dont go by the hours of operations they post because they do not abide by that schedule) they are very nice and are able to answer your questions. However, if you are told that they will call you when your part comes in or to just give them a call you might as well take your business elsewhere. I have called and left 3 messages in the last 3 weeks, tried going to the store during their hours of operations (no one there), and emailed them directly from their website with no return call. I would say they may have potential but judging by there varied work hours and poor customer service that the business in general is very lazy. If you are able to catch them in the shop and they have the part you need then you should be ok going there but if you can only get one of those two, save time and go somewhere else.

Had my iphone screen replaced did not have time to go back before the 7 day warranty. No my screen is installed wrong. Dust keeps getting in my phone and my front cameras quality sucks now.

Terrible Terrible Terrible, never returns calls, never there. Doesnt follow office hours. Had my device for almost a month. Couldnt get it back for weeks, had to keep stopping by to see if someone was there. Was going to file a police report and finally an employee came and opened the store. Not to mention they didnt FIX it. Surprised the doors are still open.

Zero stars wasnt availabe sooo... Anyhow, I dropped off my daughters tablet there and never saw it again. After several months of leaving notes on the locked door during business hours and leaving several voicemails...again during business hours, I finally left a voicemail saying Id be calling the police. Only then did I receive a call back. I was given some lame excuse about them having fired their technician, but told I could either come get my still broken tablet, or wait another couple weeks for the part to come in and the repair to be made. At this point, theyd had my tablet for MONTHS. I was over it by now. The tablet had been a gift and wasnt a big brand...so I decided against being bothered with it anymore. I just gave my daughter my old Galaxy Tab 3 instead. Long story short...do not take your items here for repair of you actually want it repaired and returned.

I dont even want to rate it ONE start.i dont even know what to do. I am moving to chicago in a couple of hours. I went by the place, following the business hours, 4 times today. i called and left messages over and over. No answer.My car was just packed to be delivered to chicago. after 6pm, ROGER called me back and then he hung up on me. He told me that whenever i want to come pick up my FULL PIECE COMPUTER, that i wanted to resell then i could. I told him multiple times, i am heading to CHICAGO and my car was already packed up.he didnt care and hung up on me. His excuse was that i was interrupting him. I did my part as a customer and followed the hours THEY set up. I drove multiple times to get my computer. and now i am screwed. i WILL LEAVE VA WITHOUT MY POSSESSION.i KNOW they have a company car so he could have dropped it off since it was HIS fault, but he told me to contact the boss.i have NEVER.I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE!!!!

I gave them my daughters tablet they said it will take 3 to 5 business days to fix it and a weeks later I called back they said they ordered the wrong part for it they had my tablet for over two months and every time I call I leave messages and no one is returning my call when I do get the chance to go in there Im getting it back or there going to give me a big ass discount
