Dont go here unless you want to be insulted and racially profiled. In April, my daughter purchased 2 Metro PCs phones for her business. But decided she wanted to use T-Mobile. So the phones could not be used on the T-Mobile platform and she gave one to my son and the other to me. My son went into the store in Alexandria and had the phone activated, without any issues. I wanted to do mine from home but the wait for an agent was too long. So I decided to go in a store, this store. She lied and said that she couldnt activate the phone. She told me the 2 to 3 months had to have past since the phones last use before it could be re-activated. April to October is six months (since the phones last use). She told me to call customer service. So I called my daughter and told her what the cashier at Metro PCs on 4120 Dale Blvd, said. My daughter told me that my son did not have any problems and that I should go to a different Metro PCs store. That is what I did. That Metro PCs rep took all but 5 minutes and activated the phone. Then I decided to go back and let the cashier at the 4120 Dale Blvd, that it can be done. So next time she can help someone else that might have the same issue. That is when the true thoughts of that Metro PCs cashier came to light. She told me that store I went to would activate any phone and will switch people without the phone owner knowing it. It was then I realized, this Cashier were racially profiling me and insinuating that the phone I have could be stolen and she wasnt going to activate it. Listen, dont go to the Metro PCs store located at 4120 Dale Blvd and run the risk of being racially profiled. I wonder why the cashier believed that Black people are criminals. Also, before you ask, I wasnt dressed like a bum. Furthermore, I have a really nice job. I use Metro PCs because I get a discount on my 4 cell lines. And, Metro PCs service does the job; calling, internet access, and anything I want without the high price of AT&T (that is why I switched). So, again, please heed my word, and do not go to the Metro PCs store located at 4120 Dale Blvd. Theres a Metro PCs location at 4810 Dale Blvd that is staffed with really pleasant professionals and not like the racially biased cashiers at the 4120 Dale Blvd location.
The customer service by Issis was absolutely amazing! This was the type of service my wife and i were looking for when we went into two other metros. Her friendliness and attentivness was awesome aswell as her willingness to give info. I am a regional manager for my business and i would hire her if i could.
Service was horrible. Had to request help 3 times and they refused to acknowledge us and spoke in Spanish the entire time.
Issis is the best! Super friendly and helped me instantly. Fixed my phone in moments. Store was clean and she was also wearing her mask the correct way!
Yoselin and Issis were extremely helpful. They understood the issues that I was having with my phone and my daughters phone and took care of my problem. They were very nice and knowledgeable of the stores policy. I would recommend speaking to one of these young ladies if you have a problem with your phone or if you want information on anything they sell in their store.
Issis provided me with great customer service. Provided me with great options and was very patient. Co-worker was friendly as well. Recommend this location for your metro-pcs needs. Thank you!!!!!

Was switching from old phone to old phone when finally I caved a bought a new one. Omar was very helpful every time whether I wanted to switch my sim card or had simple questions. He was very polite and informative about the product resulting my in purchase of the galaxy 8 which I am very happy about! 5/5 would recommend this store :)

I dont care what metro pcs in woodbridge and occoquan i walk in they have very poor standards of customer service and is very racist representatives ive experience. Its suppose to b first come first serve but im a black woman with a small family and the spanish families get served with extra care....unacceptable. this whole cell phone provider should b banded from branded with well known companies. metro will bring your rating down
Thats the worst store you can see... the prices its more expense than any other metro pcs stores
They think the customer is stupid. Went to port my numbers. I was told by the lady who claimed to be the manager that their computers can only activate $50 or $60 plans. I should go to Rt. 1 MetroPCS to activate $30 plan. this store is a joke, Stay Away.

Its a metro store. they have the scheduleFrom 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. .. Ten or fifteen minutes before they close ... that they remove that schedule if they do not respect it
