Absolutely, without a doubt the worst decision I could have ever made was to go with Xerox equipment through MRC. If I could give zero stars I would, because they have not earned the right to be given even one star. I cant say they drop the ball because they dont even pick the ball up in order to drop it in the first place.From the day they delivered my first machine (since they didnt deliver them both) while I was not there even though they were supposed to wait until I was there, to the times we needed a service call and didnt get one, to the times we needed toner to run our business and could not get any, to the next time we needed toner to run our business and couldnt get any, to the Service Agreement Contract I put in place before signing a contract which has not been lived up to, I HAVE NEVER, EXPERIENCED SUCH A COMPLETE FAILURE OF AN ORGANIZATION AT ALL LEVELS. I would be embarrassed to be part of this team. I would be ashamed to be a part of this team. And if I was a XEROX executive, I would fire them all and then fire myself for letting this situation get so ridiculously out of hand.It truly is that bad.
Bought a printer and two copiers and paid cash. After a few months main copier quit working. That was November 17, 2019. Today is Feb 14, 2020 and machine still not fixed. Finally I bought a new Canon. Xerox has no service. The sales manager Lisa, was rude to me-even yelled at me that I could sell the copier if I wanted to. They promise a replacement in contract, but Lisa could never find one. I believe they sold me a lemon and probably a used copier. Totally non responsive company. DONT BUY XEROX!!!

I have been using So Cal for over four years - they are fantastic. The service technicians are great and Regina in the supplies/customer service department is awesome! Friendly and efficient.
Well this would be the last time I do business with them period. Everything I write here I have proof of. After we agreed on the equipment it took them a month to delivery. They said set up will be done within a day or two. That took another 3 to 4 weeks. Then the machine was a used and none working unit. Took them another week or so to bring a new unit. Meanwhile they were billing us the fees without us using it. Then come to find out their sales person has signed a document and initialed my name on 2 documents. Now they wont respond or come correct their errors. BTW the software we got thru them to do OCR is not working properly. SO NEVER WILL WE BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. NOT TO MENTION OUR LEGAL TEAM DRAFTING DOCUMENTS FOR FRAUD
Met with Scott who is the CFO and Vice President, and Melissa our account executive today to discuss our copier for our church. We have had the Xerox WorkCentre 3615 and it has been a dependable workhorse for us. The installation process was simple and easy. The customer service has been stellar! Thanks for recommending a great product and providing GREAT service to the Pillar of Fire Church, Los Angeles!

Regina takes of ordering our toner and she does a wonderful job. Other customer service reps not so friendly but, Regina is awesome.
Regina,I wanted to say thank you for all your help last week, getting out printer back on maintenance, with ComDoc here is Ohio.You did an awesome job, figuring out what happened and assisting with getting it straightened out. We even gave up, I was going to call out rep at ComDoc to figure it out. You had it all it figured out, left me a voicemail stating it was all cleared up.I appreciate you getting it all squared away. Not everyone takes the time for say thank you, and I’m a week or so late. But, thank you. I appreciate your time, patience, and determination to get it all cleared up.
Worst customer service, dont call this company unless you have ALL the correct information.... one wrong serial number and GOODBYE they wont have anything to do with you, wont help you, wont offer you solutions. They basically tell you they cant help you (or even search your existing account in order to clarify) unless you provide them with a serial number which can be confusing when there are many located on a printer! I wish my company did not have to use their services because it is a hassle EVERY time I have to order. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have spoken with Tanya in Customer Service on more than 3 occasions and she has the worst attitude and customer service demeanor. She cuts you off, cant remember more that two numbers at a time, doesnt listen, seems to be bothered that her day was interrupted by a customer, nothing pleasant about her. She needs to find a new career that doesnt deal with people or the public. I hate that we have to deal with her for any orders. She seems to be the only one that handles large customer accounts....what a shame. SMH (one STAR for answering the phone)

Had to say goodbye to socal. The Service dept.got so bad. Using Used parts andAnd generic toner. The last tech here took2 days to respond and he said i quote. I dont work on this machine Thank God my leaseIs up today. Just a horrific experience. BoyI can say a lot more.

Customer service was Disappointing. We placed orders for parts on several occasions and never received them. Needless to say, we went to another company.
