The worst service and rudest people in the world! Raven and Sam at the printing dept. Treated my aunt and uncle like sub-human beings who were just asking for help to print something for them. The Manager Thomas Simmons did nothing to help at all! Take your business somewhere else if you need any help.

I come here mainly for business cards but occasionally grab a few other odds and ends. There staff is Always very friendly and knowledgeable and there Prices are very reasonable. Most of there printing services like business cards, flyers, banners, etc can be done the sameday to.

Poor customer service waiting over 20 minutes for someone to help with a computer chair after someone was called to help me and no one came and it wasnt that busy.Needed a chair and I was going to buy it. Only go in if you dont need help. Walked out

I needed office supplies for my offices and customers do not always put items back where they belong! Not staples fault! Its best to order products and you can have employees pick up or orders. You can have supplies mailed or delivered. AWESOME SERVICE!

Michael was very knowledgeable and informative on the computers i was looking at. The guy at the print center was kinda of a Dick. He kept telling me I had to use my credit card to make a .57 cent copy. Some of there prices were a bit high...

I wasnt going to leave a review, I was trying to be nice an just call management but after sitting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up. I walked out of this store because the girl behind the counter in printing couldnt even turn around when I was 2 feet behind her rattling my keys after a few minutes to even have the courtesy to say Hi, I will be right with you...after 3 people lined up behind me, all of us ignored and 5 minutes later I walked out and wished the other ignored people good luck...now on my way to Office depot!

The store is always easy to navigate. It is always clean and the associates always look like they are having fun.

I have been a Staples customer for over 12 years, and have preferred their store for office supply / AV equipment, etc. That may change now. I had a horrible experience at the Staples store on 6816 Katella Ave in Cypress, CA (LA area). Store is clean, I found what I needed with minimal difficulty. Then I got to checkout. The machine would not accept my MasterCard. The clerk said it was a card problem. I objected - it was a brand new card - but I was easy going and tried a different card. THAT card had an error reading also. I said that was not possible. The clerk just shrugged and said he did not know what to do - maybe another card. He was absolutely NO help and clearly did not care about any resolution. I made it a point to thank him for No help and left the store. I suspect the problem was the register or, more likely the most common problem - OE (Operator Error!)I went across the street to Target - found everything I needed, the people were actually friendly - imagine!My days at Staples may well be numbered.

The price is a bit high.But it is okay to me. Because I only come here during back-to-school. They have really good discounts at that time

Quick and easy... plenty of parking...They answered all my questions and I left with exactly what I needed.

I’m editing my original post because it was disappointing the store did not price match similar products. I purchased a sign holder few days ago from Office Depot and had to drop by Staples because Office Depot did not have enough inventory. I noticed the Staples sign holder was $6 more for the same type of item and asked an employee if they could price match. They said they could not do it because their product was private label and it has to be the same brand. I had a sample of the Office Depot item in my car and offered to show it to them so they could check product similarity/quality. Employee appeared to be a shift supervisor, but couldn’t even escalate my concern to a higher manager.I didn’t have time to argue with the Staples employee about a few dollars, so I just left. What Staples didn’t know is that this mere $6 dollars costed them a print job and other purchases worth few thousand dollars for this month that I needed to complete for work. The Office Depot down the street is always willing to accomodate me and I would rather drive further down the road for better service.Sorry Staples, but you guys lost a customer for life!

Any office supply need you have will be net at Staples. The Cypress Staples is always clean, stocked and well organized, plus the staff is friendly and willing to help.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to quickly print documents from my Google Drive on one of the self service copy machines.

The electronics section is somewhat limited in selection, but you can order from the kiosk. The customer service was helpful in helping me pick the laptop I wanted.

Ridiculous hours. Stopped by on a Sunday to buy a micro USB cable, and the doors were locked (despite people inside). Some employee pointed to the sign showing the hours, and that they close at 6. I looked at my phone, it was 6:01. Who the hell closes a store at 6pm? Wont be going back anytime soon, the Target across the street was sufficient.

How about, letting me talk before you interrupt me with all of your smart answers? If youre just going to cut me off anyway, just tell me everything you need to tell me up front and stop wasting more of our time.

Maybe you guys should hire competent employees that give good service, and maybe you guys wont lose so much business to Best Buy. This Staples is horrible and this isnt my first experience with their terrible quality. I bought one desktop and one laptop from this store on seperate occasions, both computers had defects with them. On the desktop the fan broke after a months use and it came from the damn box! My second experience, my laptops battery would not hold a charge after 3 weeks of slight use. All I did was install Microsoft word for god sake...then when I went to get it replaced the tech guy just told me what I already knew, yeah, its the battery. And gave me the number to the Toshiba help line. When I called, the people on the phone told me to take it to the store I bought it from....Overall Im exceedingly dissatisfied with my experiences with this Staples store.

They had everything I needed. It was easy to find everything and what I couldnt find the store staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about pointing me in the right direction.
