I had a mobile order for curbside pickup. The sign says to call but as soon as I called to let them know I was there the lady who answered said “OKAY WELL YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT.” You should work on your phone manners because I was not in a rush, I was not rushing you and I was simply informing you that I was here- I didn’t say ANYTHING ELSE except just that and she kept cutting me off with ”you have to wait” and “okay but you’re going to have to wait” meaning she wasn’t even listening. I did understand that she was working alone and busy but I didn’t realize that made it okay for her to bite my head off JUST FOR SAYING I AM HERE. I like the guy who works here- he’s efficient, very straight to the point but never in a rude Way like this woman- she was something else. Someone needs to teach her some manners or at the very least that you don’t treat people like they’re a nuisance.

Everyone is always helpful and happy

Lady who works here “Jeannie” is rude, no eye contact, and feels like I am being rushed. Workers are supposed to read you a list of everything you got and she forgot 2 of my cereals and left some of my groceries in the store because she was rushing to another customer.
