Good Target store. Stocked up on all the usual things. Good place to pick up things when visiting the area.

Love the face lift they did to some of the stores. Things are a bit difficult to find because of the new changes but you can always ask an associate at the store to help you out. They are very friendly and helpful. I feel I can go to Target and find almost everything I may need or Im looking for. I love their Universal Thread jeans. Theyre very affordable. I just really wished that they carried them in a petite/short size more often. I feel lucky when I do find them! Overall I enjoyed shopping at this Target!

Went in to purchase some pasta for dinner, and look for a few cosmetics items. Grabbed two packages of ready to make pasta, and was unable to purchase cosmetics due to the products I wanted being out of stock. The lines were long with only 2 registers open, and the self checkout line was more of a crowd than a line. As I start boiling the pasta, I notice black mold on it. The dates on the package state it goes bad in July, meaning the food was not properly stored.. Very concerning. Had to throw it all away and hoping to receive a refund.Edit - A manager reached out to me apologizing for this experience and ensured it would be looked into further. They mailed me a giftcard to reimburse me for my purchase and troubles. Added a star.

If you want to shop an incredibly small selection while being blasted by religious music, this is the Target for you. Otherwise, steer clear. Returns process is wonky as well - had to take a cash return for items purchesed by debit card because well, the button to put it back on your card isnt showing up, so I dont know how else to do it.

My order was ready quickly and brought out quickly.

Target is always clean and well stocked with a variety of different items and brands. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The biggest reason for todays visit being great was that the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you.

I do drive up target About twice a week I work 70 hours a week and I absolutely love it . All of the employees are always so nice they always let me know when something is out. And there a super fast

Target stores guest services is manually subtracting dollar value off of items when a guest returns an item. In turn giving back less taxes and money to customer than supposed to. Target is stealing money from customers constantly because not scanning all items being returned and lowering returned values the belongs to the customer ultimate resulting in more poverty less money for the customer and more money for the corporation and doing it deceitfully which is called fraud by lying to your customers and tell them this is how you have to do it at this store but you can try it another store and they might do it correctly but when the items were from the store still dont do it correctly I dont know if people arent reading the return policies of how returns work or if they dont work in these departments and theyre from another corporation but it seems like nobody has any idea of what theyre doing. Weve been in business now for over almost 100 years and we are for the stealing peoples money no wonder theres such a big corporation with so much money to donate and to live wealthy not in their cars or on the street like everybody else

Honestly, this is one of the few Targets where ALL their employees are ALWAYS nice.

Super easy. Super great. I did a pickup which made my life much easier. The woman gave me an awesome smile that really made my day. She was super polite and the lines were quick. I was told “have a nice day” by an employee and another smile on my way out. Little things like that are important to me.

I love their curbside pickup! Best pickup yet! It was like they were waiting for me. I was only there a second!

HUGE selection of items at great prices. Probably one of the only stores that offers cute womens clothing, on a budget.

A single line to feed all registers to create social distancing, but, the single line had 20 people waiting. Not all registers being utilized. Not very effective and no supervisors overseeing the process. .

Helpful employees. They find you in the aisle, so you dont have to go looking for someone. They are always eager to help. Employees are very positive about the company. Cypress, although small, has a lot of Customer Service Positive employees.

The shopping experience is horrible, almost every time I go in. The shelves are empty and the lines are long. Clearly, having enough staff to run this store is not a priority.

Pick up was fast, store was clean and staff was friendly.

Their customer service is exceptional. I am always impressed by how much these employees go out of their way to help the customer. That is the reason why I havent stepped into a Walmart in years. It is refreshing to see the lengths they are taking to maintain everyones health and safety. Thank you.

There is nothing you dont do well. I am convinced they have spys in China at the factories of Pottery Barn, CB2 and Anthropology. Seems that or their Design team is brilliant. They almost never miss the mark for me!!! I am a home stager and mom.

Truly an incredible store. We had a great time shopping here, very clean, quiet and organized atmosphere. Employees go above and beyond to sure customer need are met and worth a visit.

JUNE 2021so happy to see everyone..customers and workers still wearing masks and still sanitizing carts. I usually get my Drive Up order, ready within the hour. Parking lot can get full since it shares with other eateries.

One stop one shop. love the drive up contact-less pick up. One request though, wish the target associate wore a mask for his/her safety as well.

Morgan gave exceptional customer service at the Cypress Target on Katella. As he was busy stocking frozen foods, he was watching confused customer such as myself. He offered help and assisted me with further shopping in the grocery area. Many stockers focus on their duty at hand of stocking items but not Morgan. His focus was on the customer and making their shopping experience pleasant. Many kudos to Morgan and Target for hiring a customer oriented employee. Way to go Morgan!!

Clean store, friendly and helpful employees, easy to find the items I am looking for or an employee to direct me, returns are so quick and easy that it took like 2 seconds for me to get it done on my last visit during my lunch hour, and they work really well at getting cashiers at the registers when there are a lot of customers lining up to check out. This is one of my favorite locations to go to, and Im so glad that they are so close to my workplace.

The shelves were not stocked. Employees were standing around talking not helping. Cashier was super friendly..

Very helpful staff until we load the TV to my Suv. All staff are wearing protective Mask. Save us time alot.

Better products and quality and over all the store environment is cleaner more updated and thank the higher spirit there’s no such thing as “People of Target” haha. But yes I love target over the other type of competition!

Customer service needs retraining! They hire all of these no nothing teenagers! Phone justs rings couldnt get a straight answer from anyone I asked to speak to a mgr they placed me on hold someone who wasnt a mgr came on the line to tell me there was no mgr. Will not do online business ever agai ! Walmart hands down!!!-

Love this place my only problem was they didnt sell any grips for your tennis racket. But I had to buy a new racket didnt really mind . Clean place like it close to my house. Nice employees. They never answer the phone...had to drive all the way from Anaheim hills because they wouldnt pick up the phone..just to find out they didnt have what I wanted..after the website said they had it online. After I told the employees that when I was there... acted like answering the phone isnt their job. Dirty store by the way... will never step in any Target again.

The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. More often than not, the store is sold out of certain grocery items such as milk, cheese or frozen vegetables. Still our local go to Target though.

This place is close to where I live. I have been in other Target stores that are a lot neater. The people who work here are great, but the store is always messy. Stuff all over the floor. Also you need to check all expiration datesOver all I like the store, and really like Target.

Their phone customer service socks, if you are going to translate your introductory message please do so in all languages not just in Spanish, and if you have a phone number assigned to that store its for you to answer it.

My cashier’s name was Summer and she was so friendly and genuinely talked to me she made me feel more than a customer she took her time and I appreciate that others make you feel rushed to get you out the door but she is awesome! I hope she stays at this target for a while because I am a regular customer! I hope I got her name right I went in on the 16th and she was working at night! Hope to see her again.

This Target is top of the line. Equipped with a cafe and produce section. You will be leaving this place very satisfied.If you have a chance talk to this guy named Bill, he will tell you war stories that will make your jaw drop.

It is pretty sad when you try calling and NOBODY answers the phone. I have called the corporate office to report this issue.I am going to the Seal Beach location instead. It is a little farther but customer service is so much better...

Target Drive-Up, the best thing that happened to me!

Target has good items, but sometimes a bit pricey.

Today I had a terrible experience. If we are going to need to bag our own items I think they need to add a self checkout. I gave the worker our bags and he just set them on the counter and then put all of our items on the counter too. He did not put anything into the bags. My daughter and I had to bag everything. So disappointed in Target.

The employees are excellent. There are only a few items that they dont stock that I wished they did.

Two stars for the remodel and zero for the girl with brown/black hair in the tech department that was talking to the brown haired skinny guy with a beard. Help your customers first and dont bully us with bad comments both during our request for help and right behind our backs as we walk away. I will continue shopping at another Target from now on. The middle aged woman in guest services with brown hair wasnt any better.

If youre looking for clothes, shoes, under garments or new baby items, I think Target is pricier than Wal Mart or any other supposed discount retail stores. You can find excellent buys at Target but you have to price compare before hand. I personally never shop at Target unless Im going to The Starbucks located inside.

I like Target and am a loyal customer (I own the REDcard) but this is not my favorite store. This particular location consistently has long lines. They always wait until the lines get real long and the customers get noticeably impatient before they start opening up other registers. Otherwise it delivers what you expect from Target. The parking lot has plenty of spots and at night it is very brightly lit.

Huge store and well stocked. Usually very clean and there are plenty of staff to help you out. Freakishly busy in the middle of the day. Better off going in the morning or evening.

They have been remodeling for months which was inconvenient for the shoppers. But the outcome is great. Once inside, I felt like I was at a mall in the airport!! Very nicely done indeed. Better lighting and appeal. The ladies section is quite tempting!! Bigger selection of handbags, sleepwear, organized make up section wow is the word 😀 Zoya from the make up isles gave me valuable information about some products which I have never got before. She knew what she was talking about, now dont transfer her to do marketing 😁 my experience was awesome 👍

I really like how the remodel turned out for this Target. Store seems more brighter and they put many of the hardlines/non-clothing sections along the perimeter of the store, which gives the home good sections better space for merchandising. Starbucks also got a “face lift” as well. If you’re into Cosmetics and the personal hygeine section, you might like how they expanded these sections and installed more appealing display fixtures. Can’t keep my wife away from this section 😫

Well maintained and friendly staffs. No long line waiting when checking out. Usually at competitor has long and slow check out so I hate going. However, two empty parking spaces reserved for law enforcement should be utilized since police vehicles are parked right in front of the store anyway.

We found everything we needed fine, but of course there was nobody to help us. Bathrooms were the worst! Between poop and pee on the floor, and flooded tpilets, it was a nightmare.Worst part was that the hourly bathroom checklist was fully completed for that day. Theres no way that this got that bad in less than an hour.

Friendly store! This is my favorite Target! Its the perfect size to run in and get what you need fast yet big enough to have what you need! :)

We walked in the door and there were no carts. As we walked around the store we noticed dozens of carts full of shelves, brackets, and multiple units of the same products. It appeared that they were using all their carts to hold things while they changed shelving.
