It has huge parking lot and mostly you will easily/quickly find a spot..Maintained very well and very clean and organized..I felt this shop had less offers compared to the Garden Grove Costco where I usually go…

The slowest food court in the World.Imagine going to your grand parents waiting for food at 11am and didnt get ant food until 2pm. This place makes u feel the same way.

Having your receipt checked on the way out seems easy and painless, but huge lines form and it takes entirely too long. one of the worst parts about being at Costco is the length of time sitting in lines weather behind people in aisles, trying to check out, or just trying to simply leave the store

Always a pleasant shopping experience. One draw back is the parking lot..The main cart return area for the associates that gather them up, is located in front of the store. Very poor planning by whomever it was decided that would be the spot. Always a headache!

Love the self serve gets me out so much faster than the normal check out.

Gas lines could use a little more organization, they are in between parking spots. Its not the same as other costcos.

This is one of the best Costco I like to come and shop at. The area is organized and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Zandra was especially helpful. She went above and beyond to help out me and my wife with our shopping needs.

Uncomfortably busy on Sundays. Hard to navigate the aisles with the big carts. If you can dont go on Sundays.

The food court and the Costco is awesome. Almost everything you need is there to food to supplies. The Mac n cheese from the deli section and the broccoli and cheddar soup is good as well. Would recommend going to this one instead of the one in Lakewood.

So disappointed in COSTCO, Ive been a member for almost 25 years. This is the first time Ive been truly disappointed. So many people without masks. During a pandemic. Just no.

Workers tried their best to be thorough as well as speedy as possible on a busy day. Quick. Great Service.Also they do a AAA 10%discount. 👍

The door greeters were friendly and had an upbeat attitude. The customer service desk employee that helped me was nice and even though I didn’t realize the shirt I wanted to return wasn’t from Costco. He never treated me differently or rude and even explained how to tell a price tag was a Costco one. The girl who was refolding the women’s tops was so sweet and complimented my elderly mom which made my mom’s day. Even the cashier was nice and told us we didn’t have to take anything else out the basket and they’d still scan everything. Nothing was messy looking even though the store had a lot of customers. I definitely recommend this specific location for courteous staff and organized store.

Its a typical Costco. Although to be honest the parking lot is insanity, seems like the Asian community that lives in this area is notoriously bad at lot parking, and this is one of the worst. Wait and see...Otherwise its a good store. Expect lots of people, daunting check out lines - but easy and fast service.Four stars - would be five if not for the absolutely terrible drivers in this area. BEWARE THE PARKING LOT

What a disappointment this Costco turned into. Food court is cheap on dressing for Chicken Bakes, they are super strict about masks, and everybody is so rude now. Only shining spot is the Service Deli.

Good deals on the food and snacks. Some of the employees were a little rude, pushy, and acted like security guards.

This costco is like a mirror layout. Its all reversed and it doesnt seem to have the entire stock as other costcos. Its cool for convenience, but I still like the ones closer to home

I still remember Price Club but Costco is a very worthy successor. Reasonable prices for huge packages of mayonnaise, pasta sauce, olives, cakes, and more. Samples are back and although the food court is now members only, the cheese pizza and hot dogs havent changed, still tasty and low priced after all these years. As is the classic rotisserie Costco flavor chicken. This is my favorite warehouse club!

There is always good deals, prices are great, the food court now closes the same at the store which is better, the only down part is they are not offering the combo pizza or many of the other varieties they used to have (oh well...)Even if you dont have a big family you can still find many things for the house hold. I just dont buy many groceries here since they sell huge packs and it can get spoiled if you dont get to consume.The cypress location is a little better from my point of view,

Costco is the Seafood 🦞 Capital of all other venues in California. Look at the Alaskan King Crab 🦀 legs; unbelievably big. Reasonably priced as well.

Love when you can find something and then share with friends and family. They have Online shopping! Friendly service,great prices. Love their sampling stations. Would definitely recommend an Executive Membership.

Not crowded like most other Costco stores

Great help from DANIEL this week as he was stocking produce. We couldn’t find peaches (very small stock) but he kept looking and found me in the “cold room” to report success - really went out of his way!

Awesome, but better save your shopping days for the weekdays and in the mornings, otherwise a nice crowded place to bump into people 24/7. They carry some extra things that some of other Costcos dont have which is cool. One of the cheaper gasoline places. I also recommend Norwalk and Fountain Valley Costco for gas.

Finally, keto bread! I found a basket full of keto goodies. Thank you Costco!

Stopped by to get gas and a few hotdogs. As normal, (especially on a Saturday) they were packed. My mom decided to leave and I would grab the hotdogs after gas and then meet back at her house. The problem was now Costco asks for membership in order to get the dog. I explained to the clerk that it was my mothers membership and she had left. His reply was I need it in order to scan. Well I didnt have it, the clerk still more puzzled didnt know what to do. Finally I asked the guy if I could swipe his card, he said no problem. The clerk said he is not supposed to, but w ppl ukd anyway. After this another guy next tom me went throughTHE SAME THING, but he wasnt so lucky. So, there new thing at Costco is Ids requiredFor hotdogs.P.s. The hotdog line has gotten shorter.,

Got new hearing aids. OMG what a difference. They are so good.

We were there for gas which is always one of the best priced. They have several islands with 3 pumps each. Depending on day & time there could be a long line but they generally move rather quickly.

Jammed Packed with shoppers on a Friday, but short check out lines. Some items sold out or not available (Kirkland toilet paper).

These guys are usually pretty good about their presentation, layout, and helpfulness. Though there have been instances where I am shopping their latest technology sales and their tech sales floor staff has made rude remarks in front of my family. Otherwise its a good place for most household goodies.

02/21 I was sitting outside Costco from door waiting for my taxi I WAS BULLYED by the store make manager and 15 employees.they made fun of me and treated me like a wounded dog. Im handicapped and thank God I did not have my service animal with me. If your handicap DO MOT GO TO THIS COSTCO they will make fun of you and attack your purchased cart, be careful if its close to closing YOU ARE NOT SAFE.

Seriously I cant say anything we buy a lot from Costco this location everything always is good nothing much to say five stars for the managers five star to the employees. This location is better than if your locations in few miles.

Very busy but love the hot dogs and pizza deals.

As my wife was waiting in the payment line, I went to order some food. It was also a long queue there. Then after 10 minutes waiting, the food serving person asked me to provide member card or she wouldnt give me the food. Thats very uncool. My wife had the card as was still in the line.I witnessed no other Costcos asking for member card at food station. Usually there have machine to order and you just wait at the line for pick up food. Much more efficient than pay and serve at the same time.

Aside from the 2 hour wait our experience was great!!! They were so organized and there was no chaos! They only let a few people in at a time so even shopping was way better than a normal Saturday at Costco. Good Job guys!!!

Super crowded. I dont even think theres a head count. They keep moving inventory around, not only seasonal items. For some reason theres always a huge line at returns. Its the 2nd time I have issues with employees being rude, sent an email with no response. Today was the last time I go to Costco, not renewing my membership. Im also a Sams club member and prices and customer treatment are way better.

Good prices and nice products. Very crowded though. It was a weekend but it is always crowded.

Its a nice costco, well stocked, people in Cypress seem to love it...who knew we had so many older people in Cypress!? Special shopping time for 65 and older...nice.

I was at Costco today returning something and I got stopped by an employee named Erika saying that I was not allowed to bring my service dog into the store. I left because I have never been stopped before for not being able to bring my service dog in. She also asked what my dog does for me? I just looked it up and Costco does allow service animals so why did she deny my entrance with mine?

Very crowded today, first day of new ad. No thumb drives in stock, which is why I went. Disappointed in that. Glad I found someone who could tell me there arent any.Was lucky to get GOOD parking.Checkout lanes were CRAZY!!!

A very well organized store and that makes it easier for you to find your products, they also have a very good customer service, but what I like the most are their prices, although it is in wholesale many items but it will save me time to continually go to stock

I’ve been a member for close to 20 years and I always get great service from Costco until I came to the Cypress warehouse. One of the ladies ( Marlene) at the return department has a really bad attitude and poor customer service. She‘s definitely not a good fit for Costco and shouldn’t be working with customers. Management should find a better position for her somewhere in the back or the loading dock.

Its Costco, what can I say. Im never displeased with any product I get here and their product backing policy is outstanding.I just really wish they would put lanes in the aisles though and maybe push back se of the product that is so near to the check out lanes.

Their product,produce itmes are great,but customers servise wasnt as i expected it.out of four employees only one person answered my question correctly, three didnt even wanted to help .

I ordered a washing machine from them and they delivered it fast but then never had anybody come out and put it in they said they wont be able to get it until mid to end March and I got mine at the end of February and thats not right asking me wait that long especially when I have arthritis problems and I cant even move my thumbs because its so painful but I love Costco the store mad I dont know if Id ever buy anything big again like that

Is this Costco in Cyprus warehouse I came across 25 people without face mask 😷 in store.With Delta virus going around people getting sick and dying.They should Think about others than yourself.

We try to go an hour before closing and hit it fast o we dont have to deal with crazy crowds. The outside food court is always slow, but everything else is good and clean and quick (especially if you use the self checkout).

They have lots of nice designers eyeglasses in the optical department.

Very clean and well stocked! The employees are always very helpful and kind. There are always more than enough sanitized carts. Love it here! This has been the Costco I shop at for the last 7 years

I went in for 1 item. There was no delay entering store. I asked an associate upon entering where my item would be in the store, and he directed me right to the item. Checkout was less than 5 minutes wait, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent experience today.

Love the New York size pizza. And a recycling center, able to cash my cans in for some gas, no line., but had to remove the bottle caps for compression. The guy was very quick, and funny.👍🏿

Great customer service and prices. The parking lot is chaotic so take it slow and keep your head on a swivel for pedestrians and people backing out without checking.

So now you cant buy a hot dog, pizza or a drink unless you have a card on you. Really cool! The food court menu is cut in half and a membership is required to buy anything? Didnt used to be that way and now that that is the new normal I guess I have no reason to ever go back. So any nonmembers be aware that your money is no good to them unless you are the elite!
