Horrible experience with the so called manager RAUL. I had a problem with some paint I bought. RAUL did not want to hear what i had to say. Raul just said we dont take back paint and mentioned other company policies. I didnt want to return it. Wanted Raul to look at it. Raul me to go on line to figure out how to fix the paint. Raul offered no options except for Oh well. Raul his buddy Brett to help with same customer service training. No help. Went to Home Depot off Lincoln. The Department Head there exchange my paint. No problem sir. We will help you. My new store. The store with GOOD customer service is on Valley View and Lincoln. Dont expect anything from RAUL at the Chapman and Beach store.

This Home Depot is the one I go to almost all the time... Its as close as a Lowes... But I always gravitate towards the Home Depot... I think its the employees... most of them seem to know what theyre talking about... And provide good advice... Some of them will walk you to the place where the product youre looking for can be found... I hope thats encouraged by management... the place has everything I need... and I look forward to purchasing a Whole House Fan from them soon... Ive never had a problem with returns... this Lowes is at the corner of Valley View and Lincoln... I think its Cypress... Could be Cerritos... take care of each other and take care of yourselves... At home @ home depot 🥰 Here often for DIY projects and gardening...so often that I have a store card💳 My new 🏠 home doesnt have a garage...so this is a good alternative spot for some me time. Good prices and friendly staff. Nice variety of products that help doers get more done✅

I went to buy a board to set my 20 gallon fish tank on. Found the boards, but there was a problem. I needed the board cut and the associate said the machine was broken. So I have to call before going to see if they can cut the board for me. But I do like the store for all the merchandise they sell, lots of selections to choose from.

This place has nuts and screws, and even some nails for wood! Some objects are green and leafy but i still dont know what they are.. check the plant section and youll see what I mean.

This is my local Home Depot and I absolutely love it here. There is always friendly staff and well stocked shelves. The people who work in the blinds section are very knowledgeable and very nice. The is a women who works in the paint department who is great to talk to about any home projects. If you are in the area I recommend stopping by this location for something you need or maybe just for an ice cold Topo Chico in one of their coolers, you will not regret it.

Nice big, clean store. Employees were helpful.. Only negative, is their Self Checkout machines suck. I had to redo my checkout 4 times cuz the credit card readers dont work properly.

They are always so helpful when I come shop. If they dont know where to find the item I need, theyll find someone who will. And they usually have everything I need and if they dont, theyll either try to order that item for me at no extra cost or find a nearby store that does have it.

After a rather rude and unpleasant experience with their assistant manager Jeremy a couple of weeks ago, I contacted the store manager Brian the next day. Brian was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. He was extremely attentive and showed exceptional customer service. I highly recommend going directly to him if you have any issues.

Took my mom to look for a stove the guy who helped was not very helpful. She asked for one stove but wanted it with the back and the picture showed 2 different styles he said she couldnt get it the way she wanted. Needless to say we went else where and she opened the door and there was her stove. A bit of advise if you want to make sales be A little more willing to check it out before you open your mouth

Always clean ans well stocked. Plenty of parking and the spaces are a decent width so tou can get in to your car without having to squeeze yourself in there. The Tuesday night Food Trucks is cool too. A tad bit expensive but the foods good. The garden center is huge and has a great, well maintained variety of flowers, seeds, pots, soil, outdoor decorations and lighting etc. Very clean well maintained store.

It was great more items In Stock but almost most high ticket item is lock up so harder to check on supposedly item to buy. But other than thats service is quick if u need help.

Product location are in sink with website, makes it easy to find. Overall staff is helpful. Painting department much efficient. Finding help in plumbing department is challenging sometimes. The layout of return became cluster jam when there are more returns.

Hes 14 now and still loves to go to Home Depot. It is our family store. Every single time I walk in, no matter what project or what aisle, the team knows where to lead me. As a single gal, I really appreciate my HD partner. Sometimes I just yell in the aisle, Anybody? Theyre there lickety split and with answers. Im so glad Im 5 minutes away. Thanks, Team.

By far cheaper than lowes. And they have everything. And even seasonal sections. We go here for all bathroom fixtures and lighting and plumbing and electrical and chains and wood cuttings and most everything.

Home Depot is Home Depot. One can usually find tools or materials for the home. What is surprising is that I found toilet paper during one of my visit. So, if you need toilet paper and could not get it in the stores you normally buy from. Drop by to Home Depot, you might find it there.

This Home Depot is very original it has been here for a long time. The parking lot is not the best but it is very large considering that the only thing thats here is Home Depot on the corner theres other businesses but this is the Home Depot parking lot so it does get full. Across the street there are other nice shopping centers like clothing stores and eateries. But I do like that there is a light so you can go across the street to the other section. This Home Depot is good its well-maintained on the inside but the parking lot is not that great what are the pluses is that they do have the food trucks and I am a foodie so I love the food trucks.

I was looking for a product that was on the website and was supposed to be in store. Couldnt find it and waited to talk to associate that after showing them what I was looking for was just told they didnt have it without looking or further inquiries and turned away. Ive had multiple problems like this with this store.

They have self checkout and someones cleaning after each use. Friendly and helpful workers.

Went to home depot parked my car and went next door to get a drink before I ordered $2500 carpet order along with $1600 washer and dryer. When I got out of home deport my car was gone. Someone in the parking lot said that they just saw a tow truck leave. I called the Tow truck company Joes and sure enough they were on the way to the yard with my car. I had to call my wife to pick me up and take me there. Cost me $265 to get my car out. They stated that home depot gave them permission to tow anyone they want. Know I have to cancel my order and go do it all over at lowes. Do not go to home depot. They dont care about you.

Wasnt to happy with waiting for Rachael in Lumber to show up after running up and down the store for 15 mins trying to get her to return to her post in Lumber. When she arrived she wasnt very pleasant. And refused to cut 11 inch length. Wasnt very helpful didnt ask about project. I could have adjusted my cut to 12 1/2 in but she was just not open or helpful at all

For a Monday this place wasnt that busy. I was able to find everything on my own. Only cuz I come here, every two weeks so I know wheres everythings at. New paint department got a little upgrade. That was new.... Might be back next weekend.

There were no employees at the Appliance department. I went to customer service. They called the Appliance representative over the loud speaker multiple times. After half an hour of waiting, I was told the Appliance employee was on meal break and there was no one else to cover that department.

Theyve got everything for building contractors, home doors, & DIYers.From indoor & outdoor plants, to lighting for everything in the home or office, to flooring & window treatments. If a pipe gets old & needs replacing, theyve got what you need. Friendly staff that always work hard to get what we need for whatever project weve got.

They have the best selection. I used to also shop Al Lowes, but found most of the time I would end up having to go to Home Depot anyhow.

Staff is helpful, and with this Virus that is going around, they have been the fastest when it comes to getting people to the checkout stand and out of the long line. So it is kind of annoying about the face masks, but at least it isnt like the DMV where you sit for 4 hours to be told that the computer system crashed and that youll have to come back tomorrow with no appointment to just sit in another long line. So two thumbs up from me for this store.

You can make keys with automatic machines very quickly.

Friday 3:00 pm pro desk close. No one working forklifts to get me a pallet of plywood. Waited over an hour to finally have someone get the plywood on my trailer. One of the worst home depots for contractors. If your a contractor better go someone where else unless you got spare time to waste.

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. Overall, enjoyable experience - even during these times. I showed up before curbside pick up closed and no one would answer the phone.I was a little ticked off but a staff member walking back from a customer’s job let me know that curbside had closed around 6pm. Even though I showed up before it closed, I was happy with how she responded. So, I decided to go inside and pick it up. It was around 6PM. I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but it was 1800 (6PM) on 6 May 2020, when the nice curly haired customer service representative helped me. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but, my mask 😷 was a little bit too high. Thank you Home Depot for your service.
