I waa a bit skeptical, but it does blow coolee air than any other fans. Design is quite nice and well built. Noise level is similar to regular fan. Unless it gets hotter, probably won’t use ice packs which were included. Remote is nice but sometime I press once but machine reacts twice. Will definitely consider buying bigger one for master bedroom.
I ordered a Frigidaire item on august 30, 2021 with two day delivery charges added on. On Friday September 3,2021 we called to find out the tracking number to learn it never shipped nor were we contacted but that the order had been flagged for fraud. No email or call was placed by the company to request additional information and today September 5,2021 we still do not have the item. I filled out a credit card verification form and just now received an email requesting a copy of my ID. THIS COMPANY IS DISORGANIZED AND FAILING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the customer experience expert Christina to call me on the phone and instead she sent an email threatening to cancel the order if she did not receive a copy of my ID.
Does not even deserve one star!My Son has paid for a Product which he has not received. He purchased a Black Stainless Steel Wine Refrigerator and TWICE received a regular Stainless Steel product. To add insult to injury, although company will pay for shipment, he still has to package and bring to Shipping Carrier. This is a large and heavy item. First Refrigerator came in a box which was unusable due to Damage during Shipping so he is required to pay for another box. He has escalated issue to Supervisor, 1st representative told him he would receive call back in an hour- no call. 2nd Representative told him by end of their Business day- 15 min. before end of Business Day- no call. 3rd Representative PROMISED that he would get a call today even if it was after Business Hours...10pm- still no call!SWITCH AND BAIT: Follow up: Received a call from Supervisor FIVE days after leaving message. Product no longer available and they will NOT arrange for Carrier to pick up the Refrigerators they sent in error. My son will not receive correct product AND Refund will not be issued until HE boxes and ships back himself. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer Service!
Iʻve had my New Air Ice machine for about 3 years and the shovel that lifts up and pushes ice, a piece broke. So I ordered a new piece for $9.99 through company. I live in Hawaii and shipping was $47! I chatted with a compant representative asking if there was anyway to lower shipping. They said no, flat rate.So I bite the bullet figuring ok its gonna get here quick like 2 day air from CALIFORNIA. Nope came over a month later in small maybe 12 inch bubble wrap envelope. I reached out again to New Wave by email and phone and no one responded. Very disappointed in thid company, I feel that they where not truthful in pricing. I get people need to make money, but just be transparent by adding price to product. I personally do not recommend this company.

My portable a/c units compressor went out and with a few weeks warranty left. I contacted NewAir by email, they got back with me same day and I had a new unit within 7 days. The rep at NewAir was so nice and quick with the service that they have earned my respect and I will definitely shop with them before anyone else.

Excellent customer service. Showed concern and offered not just support, but an explanation of why I had the issue: I was using distilled water in my ice maker. Because there is a censor that detects the minerals in the water --and distilled water lacks the minerals--my machine detected that there was a need to add water, when there wasnt. I absolutely loved the machine, but it only worked for a few minutes. Because I insist that I only want distilled water and ice, it didnt quite meet my needs. Love the customer service, though.

Great wine coolers and cigar wineadors. I been using them for years and just now it damaged 2 fans due to condensation caused by high humidity. Tech support sold me the 2 fans and got it done fast. great experience overall.

First of all I purchased a NewAir ice making machine and absolutely love it ‼️ Works great ‼️ I’m sorry but I have to give 4 stars. When draining the water tank I misplaced the rubber stop and cap and had no way of stopping the water from just draining out. I called customer service and had a very helpful and pleasant experience with Christina and I would like to say Thank You to her 😊 She took care of my problem and sent me a new plug and cap ‼️ I do have a suggestion for New Air...You really need to find a way to attach the plug and cap to the machine because they are very small pieces and are very easily lost...Just ask me ‼️

We purchased 2 NewAir wine coolers and one came with a dented door. To avoid returning it to the store and waiting for a new one we had requested a replacement part. After a few back and forth emails NewAir was helpful in taking care of our issue. It was nice to see a company stand behind their product and support the customer in a convenient manner. The coolers work great and have a great design and appearance.

I have been anemic my whole life and have a habit of eating ice.. yes I know its not good but it is what it is. Great customer service! Purchased the 84-can fridge through Kohls and had it delivered to the house. While unpacking and setting the fridge up, I found a large piece of black plastic in the rear cavity where the condenser sits. I wasnt sure if it was something for shipping, or a part of the fridge, so I emailed NewAir to find out and they responded quickly and explained what it was and how it should look, they even included a photo for reference.
Our NewAir wine cooler stopped working and we hadn’t even used it so Liz helped me diagnose the issue and sent me out a new part. (Not thrilled I had to pay for the shipping but it was only $3). Hoping t fixes the issue. She was helpful and Efficient.

Had some issues with recently receiving a wrong order. Customer service/ Kenmar was great in resolving the issue and getting me the correct product. The product (dual zoned wine cooler) itself is pretty good, holds temps well but the fan is really loud.

I received a NewAir wine fridge as a gift about 5-6 years ago. Recently one of the electronics boards died and i ordered a replacement board from NewAir. Im a fixer so I try to repair before buying a whole new unit. Turns out the board I ordered was not the board that failed (Im now thinking its the power supply). Customer Service messaging system on their website was quick to search my order and start processing the return for this extra board I no longer needed. I was fully expecting to have to eat the $26 (I know its not much, but hey, its $26!) but within the next day or so theyll be sending me a return label and refunding my money. Hopefully the power supply replacement fixes my fridge...

Anfernee took care of my concerns as the top part of my cooler went out. I thought I was out of luck and it was just going to remain broken but he assessed the problem and said he could have the part sent out today if I didnt mind fixing it myself. At first I thought that was kind of weird but if it avoided sending this thing back or having to wait for a repairman, I was game. The part came today. I had it apart and back together in 30 minutes and it seems to be working fine. The directions are a little vague but I looked it up on you tube and they have a video you can watch. It was an easy fix. Thanks. Hopefully it wont go out again but its nice to know if it does, theres any easy solution. Love my cooler. Thanks for the help.

Had a problem with the control board (lower section). The support group walked me through the process to identify the problem. The replacement part arrived within a few days but upon installation the board did not function. Called again to get a replacement for the replacement. No hassles. The board arrived in a few days and my wine cooler is working again. Kenmar did a good job of resolving loose ends and making it easy for me to do business with NewAir.

Bad products but good customer service! We bought a New Air Beer and Wine Fridge for our home. Had to replace it 3 times in less than a year. It was builtin so we kept having to replace it with the same one because of size/specs. They did replace our $300 worth of wine we lost the first time...after that fiasco we never put wine in it again. Had to buy a new one and a home warranty when we finally sold the house. Not sure about their other products but I do not recommend buying the 24 inch dual zone beer and wine fridge.
I recently purchased a 46 bottle wine cooler, from a store. When I got home it was missing the shelves so basically it was useless, I called the company thinking ill have to purchase the shelves, to my surprise, the customer service rep told me why I was purchasing this. So I told him the story and he said that it could be covered by the warranty so I sent an email to the warranty department of NEWAIR and within a week I had my shelved and my wife was happy. This service has been outstanding they solved my issue with a matter of two or three emails, this is what great customer service looks like!Thank you to the support agents from the warranty department.
I bought an Avalon Air Fryer and used it for the first time only around 2 months later. Unfortunately I discovered that the pan has some manufacturing defects. I contacted Avalon Bay and they agreed to replace the pan including shipping at no cost to me.This is a good way of showing their commitment to their product quality.

Had other companys ice machine. When I melt ice cubes with hot water there are lots of floaters and micros.... Ice cubes are made in the stationary water socket which you cant see and clean. This ice machine makes the ice from the flowing water layers by layers. You can see how ice is made and clean easily. When I melt ice cubes made by this ice machine there are no floater and micros.!!!
Awesome product and customer service! Love my NewAir ice maker! I was bummed when it stopped working after 2 years of constant use, but we called customer service, quickly diagnosed the water pump was the issue and had a new pump sent in 3 days. Easily installed (see video on website) and we are back in ICE, ICE baby!

I purchased the 120 can beverage cooler and am blown away at how quite this unit is as well as how cold it gets. I keep mine stocked with Rockstar Energy drinks and it gets them to a frosty 34 degrees! I did need to ask NewAir for a leveling foot that seemed to be missing and they rushed me one out right away. The customer service is fantastic. I will definitely be buying more NewAir products!
I purchased a NewAir Wine Refrigerator from Amazon. I received the unit with a broken shelf and the door would not seal properly. I also received extra parts in the unit and missing other parts needed to reverse the door swing. I called NewAir and they requested a copy of my receipt and pictures of the damages.Upon receipt of the pictures, NewAir emailed me that they would send me the replacement parts but would require $16.95 in shipping and handling fees. I contested this as the unit is brand new and was delivered to me damaged. I should not be required to pay shipping and handling fees for a new unit which was delivered to me damaged.Stephan at NewAir informed me that I needed to leave feedback on three websites before he could waive the fee. He provided three links and this was one of them.I am giving NewAir two stars as thus far I have received a damaged unit and need to jump through hoops for NewAir to stand behind their product. I called new air because we have one broken caster on our new portable A/C and spoke to Evan. I explained the situation to him and he helped me out right away. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and courteous and I was happy that I got to talk to someone that knows what they are talking about and is also polite. Evan was great, so if you have a problem with new air, I highly recommend that you call and speak with him.

I purchased an evaporative cooler for the home and it worked great until it didnt. Luckily, it was still under the one year warranty and I was able to get them to replace the unit. The support team handled my request, although it took a couple of back and forths since I received some conflicting info from the second agent I spoke with. Overall though, I am pleased that they are sending a replacement.
