I just want to say- major shoutout to the pharmacy staff. The few times I’ve been in was during their busy hour at 5pm and they are running around like crazy trying their best to keep up! They still help everyone and as quickly as possible. Keep doing your best!

(pharmacy review) regarding the hours, not being able to pick up a prescription until 9:00 a.m. doesnt work well for those who work at 9:00 a.m. has anyone used GoodRx?

I am amputee in wheelchair with bone marrow cancer + mess up my talking part in brain too; I keep forget to give a BIG SHOUT-OUT of THANX to Patricia!?the Manager (sorry if got name wrong but used my sales slip) The cancer is very pain to arms move dif. ways and makes it hard for me to speak out the big words now in talking...she always take time to wait for my words to come out + at c/o bags puts them on back of my wheelchair or in my cart so I dont have to struggle with them. Thanx again to my Guardian Angel at CVS in Cuy. Fls..(also other employees working is kind too) Also like to add ignore poor reviews of this stores Pharmacy; I have been in for several shots and the covid booster past few weeks in Sept. 2021; and everyone Working back there has been AWESOME!!

When I pulled up to the pharmacy window to receive my covid-19 test, I waited for about 5 minutes to be handed my test kit. When the girl handed it to me she rattled off instructions which I couldnt follow or understand. I reminded the gal I was sick and Im sorry could she repeat. She placed her head down into her had and sighed. Im still not feeling well so Im keeping this short. Was not a good experience.

Worst pharmacy ever trust me youll do your self a great pleasure going out of your way to another location the pharmacy staff has no type of social skills what so ever rude condensing attitude not to mention how long its takes to fill prescription you need fired the whole staff and rebuild Walgreens is the place to go

The State rd locations staff are always kind, knowledgeable and always helpfull, up front as well as the Pharmacy. They are the reason I continue to use the State rd location.

My insurance forces me to fill my prescriptions here, otherwise I’d avoid this place like the plague. Every time I have gone to the pharmacy, the people have been unfriendly and rude, and they treat you like an inconvenience. I’m looking into using GoodRX and returning to Acme just up the road,m. That is a much better pharmacy and you don’t have to wait as long either, nor contend with the general negative attitude.

Clean and friendly. Finding deals and discounts is a great reason to shop at this CVS location. I found a decent price on a bottle of Dior perfume here.Will shop again.

I am very frustrated with CVS. I only go here because I am forced to by my insurance company. The pharmacy staff are not very responsive. I stood at the drop off window for 2 minutes, and there was a staff member 1 foot away from me that couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there. Their pharmacy phone system is also terrible! Dont go here unless you have to.

Hey I met this guy and he was working at CVS! Nicest person ON THE PLANET! He was SO funny and was crazily kind to us. Shout out thi the guy who I don’t know his name ! :)🤣😃😅😇

Always helpful and on time! Got a new medication for headaches and the pharmacist there explained really inportant things about it to me the doctor didnt even mention. Thankful for this staff!

Staff is not helpful and can rarely get the correct medication without there being numerous issues.

The employees at this and other locations break my confidentiality every single time I walk up to the counter to pick up my prescriptions. They name out loud the medications that I am on while other customers are standing there waiting. HIPAA?

Pharmacy staff is great BUT the front staff needs some work!! Stopped in to pick up one quick thing on Monday after work and there was no one at the register. I waited for like a minute and then went to go find someone. I find a guy stocking shelves so I politely ask him if he could ring me out. Seriously doesnt say a single word to me - no hello/sorry for the wait - just acts super annoyed that I interrupted him and ends it with a snotty Have a nice day. Maybe he wasnt supposed to be manning the registers, but thats not my problem and no reason to be rude to a customer. Will think twice about returning for anything other than my prescriptions.

This is probably the worst pharmacy experience Ive ever had in my life. I went to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes after being told itd take a few minutes. The kicker is that my prescription had already been called in ahead of time and when I called to confirm they said it was ready. I eventually ended up leaving without my prescription because I needed to leave for work. Dont use this pharmacy. The customer service is deplorable. Ill be sticking with Marcs on Darrow Road in Stow.

Went to get a prescription filled after the doctor gave us the script as we were leaveing for vacation. They refused to fill it even tho my child would run out while out of town. They told me to fill it in N.C. where we were and I specifically asked if there would be problems do this and they assured me I would have no problems.When we tried to fill it out of state in N.C. it could not be filled due to the insurance being Ohio Medicaid. So my child went with out a controlled med because this CVS has no clue what they are doing. Got back from vacation today and took this CVS the script and the lady who I delt with questioned me as to why I did not get it filled already. I wonder...... Then they did not have the meds in Stock even tho we told them 3 days ago we would be coming today to get it filled. I will be going elsewhere and never back to CVS again for anything. They just lost me for everything as a customer forever. Everytime I have gone in there for the last month there is some kind of problem and they do not call you to tell you they just wait for you to come in and now there is no time to fix the problem.

Manager kept extra bills that was stuck together at check out. Big ones.

Its a nice, clean store with a friendly staff, but an older lady in the pharmacy was rude. Moreover, CVS prices are extremely high.
