Danny helped me replace a faulty SIM card on my daughter’s mobile phone! Extremely efficient and friendly experience! This is my go-to AT&T store!

I came in with my grandma who was having trouble with her iPhone and Kenny was quick to come over and help us. He was patient and systematic in his diagnosis of my grandma’s phone issues and we got it resolved within minutes. I was dreading that we’d be here for 30 minutes plus but Kenny got straight to the point and was very professional. He said he just finished his training but I though he was a seasoned customer service guy. Thank you so much Kenny!

Rudy was extremely helpful. After going though the online and call-in customer service for weeks with no resolution, Rudy immediately understood what I was trying to do. He was very helpful and friendly. I definately recommend coming here for help.

AT&T ended service on my brand new phone with 5g coverage citing the reason as Many Chinese phones only offer 3g coverage and we only offer 4g and 5g in this area. I went to the store on August 2nd at around 4pm. Daisy was the first to handle my complaint and told me I would need to buy a phone with 4g or 5g capabilities from their store instead (minimum $500). Once I pressed for a cheaper flip phone she said it would be $60 minimum. I told her I wanted my service restored or a free phone with service and she essentially insulted my choice in phone and told me there was nothing further she could do.At that point I walked over to her manager who told me to call a number and they would restore service to my device. Once I called the hotline (611 for people facing similar issues) they restored my service immediately.Is that how youre training your employees to handle this issue? I know Im not the only one who faced this issue as Daisy pointedly informed me. If I had not spoken to the manager I would have ended my contract. Why did she not escalate this? I was practically yelling so why didnt a manager step in? The customer service at this store is lazy and you should go somewhere else.EDIT: Thank you to you, store manager, for replying to my review in an equally useless manner as your worker, Daisy. If you had bothered to read the whole thing you might have realized that my service has been restored since it runs 5g. You might want to train your employees to refer customers with the same issue to the hotline instead of trying to use the distress of your customers as an opportunity to sell more phones. You are lucky that not all of your shift managers are as incompetent as you are. Best of luck holding your job!!!

David is an amazing and customer focused individual. I found him to be hospitable and client first attitude to his service. Kudos to him and we need folks like David to make customers lives easier with fast service, respect and a smooth experience. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Not great. Not terrible either. Rep knew nothing about the new phones. Rep couldnt get old devices to connect to the network. Had no knowledge of anything except for iphones.

They doing awesome service. We ordered watch overthrow phone in At&t but the guy who took the order he missed completely all my information. For the issue we went the store to resolve the problem. They solve the issue and they give want we need .

I received the best customer care from David and Samuth. Needed a new iPhone and they did everything they could to send me on my way with the best promotions and conversions to my new phone. Really appreciated their meticulous research, cross checking and genuine care for the customer. I had been to several stores in the Bay Area, and am so glad I stopped in to this store. 🤗

When I arrived I was told that I was next and then waited 30 minutes however I noticed that another man came in 20 minutes after I and he was helped before me. (Keep in mind that their were employees available to assist me prior to the man so their was no excuse to have to wait for 30 mins in the first place). When I noticed the man being helped, I expressed my concern to the same lady that checked me in, but she made an excuse instead of apologizing for her error. Shortly after an employee named fern addressed my concerns and made the process run smoothly.

Daisy was clear and patient while working with us. She managed our expectations and even went the extra mile to help my wife with a problem on her new iPhone 12 mini. We went in to get a phone for our soon to be teenager. And another customer service rep named David helped us as well. They both went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed without overspending or getting something we didn’t need. Awesome team there.

Hameed was very helpful with helping to upgrade to a new phone.

I went to this store to replace a broken phone while on a business trip. During my phone replacement/upgrade they informed me that because I was a first responder and used Firstnet I could recieve a free Apple watch. I originally decline the apple watch, as I am a Samsung user, but was told multiple times that it was a free watch and I should take it. They even tried to use the watch as a trade in and get me a Samsung watch that was compatible with my phone. When it didnt work they told me I should still take the watch and just sell it, as it was free. After a few months of billing I realized my phone bill was $30 a month higher than it had been normally. I looked into the phone bill and realized that although the watch had been free, they started a second data line on my account to support the watch (that again, was not compatible with my phone). A second frustration was that once I returned home from the business trip, I began looking for accessories for my phone and found out it wasnt even the phone I had asked for but a generation older (S20 ultra, not the newest 21 ultra). Today, when I realized the second line I was being billed for, I contacted the store to see what my options were and was informed that they wouldnt talk to me over the phone and that I had to be in person to recieve any help (I live 5+ hours away). All said and done, I would suggest not going to this store, and make sure that you realize that these people are sales people and not any form of customer support. Buyers beware, these people ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE.

Had a wonderful experience with Rudy, he was extremely helpful and receptive to the things I needed help with. Immediately when I came in, he approached me with a friendly demeanor and sat down to address my concerns. I had to do a simple trade in for a phone, but there were several other concerns I had with my AT&T account that I did not expect to get assistance on, but he went above and beyond to help on those as well. Rudy is a prime example of what excellent customer service is and is exceptional at what he does. He not only answered all my questions that other AT&T stores were not able to help with, but offered to go beyond and helped me to give the corporate side of AT&T a call on my behalf to address a billing concern. I had a great experience with one of the workers here named Hoang. Prior to speaking to him, I had a lot of questions regarding my tv service and phone provider. He showed me that I was able to download the HBOMax and DirectTV apps to allow me to watch the same shows I was watching on my tv to my phone. He even called me and provided step by step instructions to make sure I got everything downloaded and working correctly. Thank you AT&T and Hoang!

I upgraded to iPhone 12Pro Max on the day before thanksgiving. (which took 2 1/2 hours)My account hasnt been cleared yet, so even if I call and texted message several times, theres no answer. So I couldnt solve it myself, and even if I believe that youll call me after clearing it, Im so upset. I got a bill from the app today, but it came out very different from the price I first time heard it.

I lost all my emails dropped in at AT&T in Cupertino Main Street and within 5 minutes my emails were retrieved by Fern who was very friendly professional and just kindness itself. Thanks Fern you are my hero of the yearRosemary Koinange

Very bad service. Dunno why it has four stars in general. A male manager, Quang, kept us waiting for 30 minute after he pick up our name. This is insane. His call colleague came back with a SIM card in 3 minutes. It took him 30 minutes instead.

I was treated very well when I asked to transfer the billing responsibility for fiber internet service. They explained steps clearly.

Had a new phone issue. Got me set up with a new 5G SIM and I was good to go.

Terrible company. The only thing that they know how to do at this store is sell you stuff. They are not trained to help you if you have any problems. I’ve been going back and forth to this location for months, they made a mistake on my account and the manager told me it was fixed twice when it wasn’t. I regret the day I decided to start ATT internet service. Wasted so many hours. 1 star is too good, they don’t deserve a half one.

This location was great. I was turned away from the Saratoga location and came to the Stevens Creek location where the team took great care of my boyfriend and I. Hameed was the associate that helped us and he even took the time to go over our plan to see that we were paying more and saved us a TON on our phone plan. Our visit to this location made it to where I will drive the extra miles to return because they are willing to work with us. Definitely a great experience and if you get a chance, request to work with Hameed!

Hameed was amazing! He provided the best customer service I have ever gotten at AT&T. Originally I went to the Westgate branch and the customer service there is horrendous. The young looking kid with a Rosary tattoo who helped my wife and I was too by busy with his dog and he kept his AirPods in so it didnt even look like he wanted to help. Simple questions we asked looked painful to answer as well. Westgate branch is THE WORST. Like I said Hameed and Stevens Creek was amazing. Not only did Hameed help setup our phones he also helped us switch plans and save almost half our bill! Definitely going back to Stevens Creek.
