I dont typically rate/review when I get the experience is mediocre. Mediocre is fine, its neither good nor bad and something we need on a daily basis.Having said that, something about this Target location on the day I write this review was excellent. The store felt clean and well organized, neither over nor understocked. Whoever was responsible was certainly doing more than one thing right.

Stopped in for a few household items..Target was super busy..but Trent? He made my experience positive! Very polite and tentative to the customer and he moves quick! Customer service was top tier..the best I’ve ever experience! He is a focused and a great young man! Thank you Trent!

I always have positive experiences when I go to any Target location. Went in today to my local Stevens Creek location and it was wonderful. Cashier, Trent, was very polite and personable! Making conversation and being very positive. It is always nice to see someone truly taking customer service seriously.

Nicest Target in the area!Sure do wish all the Targets would stay open much later — 10 o’clock is so much too early, but hopefully they’ll restore hours soon. That’s nothing against this particular Target obviously.

I visited on July 8 to get a few items before a trip to Disneyland. I picked out two Disney-related shirts, one of which I kept thinking I should put back. After self-scanning I decided I should remove it. Dan came over to help and asked if I would like it more for 1/2 off, 75% off. Incredulous I asked why he would be offering. He wanted me to be happy. He showed me the 75% off price and I was sold. I told him he was sending me off to Disneyland very happy.

Targets customer service is always first class. Your employees put the customer first. They always look around to see if someone needs help. We shopped at your Cupertino store this afternoon and were helped by a gentleman named, Dan. What a wonderful man. He genuinely enjoyed interacting and helping us. Dan, youre the best. The place is a perfect grocery store. It is near the Cupertino area. It contains all the products you need on a daily basis. The rates are sometimes a little to high, though.

I shop at Target because it is a better shopping experience than Walmart.The Target app is great! If you want to know if a product is in stock anywhere or you want to place an order, you simply scan the barcode using your cell phone.

Found what I needed. Inexpensive avacado and guacamole ready to go snack.

I stood in line to purchase for 10 minutes..... they opened up 2 new registers since there was a long line to purchase. Did they take me no they took others who waited less time......this has happened before too. Wait wait wait and then they open up but they dont take the next person in line/ NOT cool Target. Plus the frozen and refrigerated shelves are always almost bare. This has been an issue since the start of the remodel.

I love Targets but not this particular one. Unfortunately this Target is closest to me. I have come to this Target and the one at Westgate Mall for seven years. This one can get 2 stars max while the Westgate one is a 5 star store. There’s some problem with the culture of this store such that over six years i have been to this store, i have found most of their team members not in good working spirit. It’s not good for the image of Target. Customer service is worse than any other Targets i have visited in the last three decades, honestly

Its clean and well stocked. They also added a customer service stand at the entrance with hand sanitizers availble to use which is a welcoming addition. This location has greatly improved in many aspects. Im glad they continue to improve even during the pandemic. There are always clean cart and baskets ready to use.Parking:Its easy to find a spot, its large with minimal businesses in the plaza. They also added a million Tesla charging stations which is the best part. You can go shopping while you charge up your vehicle.

Store is great (other than out of 19 checkouts they never have more than 3 open), the online shopping experience is a nightmare. You select something specific like liquid hand soap - and if youre looking for a specific one say Up and Up brand, if you select sort by Low to High you will get (literally) more than 70 products you have to scroll through (many of them not even soap) before you find what you need. Its EXTREMELY time consuming & totally avoidable.

I like the recently remodeled modern look. Even though I have to get used to rearranged product placements, layout now looks very good. Starbucks inside has a new look. However Pizza hut has been removed from Target. There are self checkout counters. People were maintaining social distancing, there was no line outside when I visited. Feels good to shop here.

This is my most visited superstore in the area. They have Tesla supercharging at the parking lot where I can let my car reenergized while shopping at target.

Customer service lied and threatened you and Im disgusted.I went to purchase Similac formula with their rebate check. The cashier cannot apply it, then I was waited for 15min and a lady (First name starts with V) from exchange/return started to handle my case. She doesnt want to help because there is another costumer waiting behind me. So she lied:1. this particular target store cannot accept this check (while rebate check says any similac retailer, and I used it at this target weeks ago)2. you cannot use target wallet along with it (which not the case last time I was here)Then she reluctantly applied the check on 3 of the ready to use formula, which are not on my priority list. I need the big bottle to feed my baby. And at the time when started to purchase the big bottle, and she knows I need it. She lied again, saying:oh, you cannot apply check anymore, each customer can only use one check at a time (but check is saying one purchase at a time, meaning you need to check out for each item separately, as we were doing previously)I pointed out its not per customer, its never said on check. then I will go outside the store, and come back, this should count as one purchase She refused to service me anymore and threatened me:No, its one per customer, I know you, and I wont apply this check to you. Unless you ask another family member to come to the store, you can apply this checkThis is ridiculous, who gave this lady the right to refuse a customer who is doing nothing wrong? And you can feel she doesnt treat you with respect.Target really needs to train their employee how to treat customer.

Target is relaxing. Its not cheap, its not expensive. Dont expect Amazon in a retail store. Its the feel. Use Target online, but pick up, is so good, employees are good. I noticed that prices posted on the shelves werent always what you pay at the checkout.Other than that, its a well stocked, spacious store.

Target picup has been the best pickups. Also I have seen staff at Cupertino target work so hard to deliver the stuff on time. Kudos. I wish I could find everything at target. The app works perfectly and lets me notify the store about my arrival. Showing the code to the staff does not even require us to lower the window down. During this pandamic, shopping at target has been my best experience. I have always felt safe in the store as well. Cupertino sterling road staff are doing everything they can. They keep the cart always clean and waiting for you. Every time I get into the store, I am greeted with warmth. Returns at the store has been seamless as well. Good job guys.

The Cupertino Target is clean and convenient! The staff are always helpful and our checker really understood that we didnt want to use too many plastic bags. I also really love how Target is very green and provides recycling bins and I will be glad when they return this service to customers.This Target has also upgraded the Starbucks and the staff there are always very pleasant along with the core Target staff.

Ordered some basics to restock and some silicone straws via their app for drive up express service. Got to my next destination to check my order. The 3 pack was straws was clearly missing one. Tried to call ahead to alert customer service, no answer and was disconnected x2 after a 10 minute hold. Went inside the store to exchange desk, eventually was given store credit, but when I asked for some one to get the item for me to exchange for a complete set, they said to go find it myself. Previous visits to this store also experienced limited stock. Feels like they do the minimum here and hope you don’t notice.TL/DR: given defective product, exchange was a hassle. Store is smaller than normal target and not well stocked. Go to the Sunnyvale Target instead.

If I could give a sales associate and a store zero stars, I would. Ill be filing a complaint with Corporate Target as well. There is a sales associate named NHAN here who thinks its appropriate to let customers berate other customers and does not know how to uphold the Target brand. I was minding my own business purchasing Lysol disinfectant when the customer he was with (a lady who fit the Karen stereotype to the T) started shouting at me saying there was an arbitrary limit of 2 cans per person. First, my family members were coming to meet me and pick me up so no problem there. Second, there was no sign and another sales associate confirmed with NHAN that there is in fact no limit currently. Additionally, four cans for three people really is not excessive. And lastly, the cans at checkout were all priced incorrectly. (Yes, they give you a bait and switch during a pandemic.)

I like remodel target, stuff is organized, new arrivals are easy to find. More groceries and service is great. This is the only store left in this area now where you can find most of everyday stuff at comparable price at don’t have to drive a lot.

I started going to this Target about a year ago. I have found it disappointing, because its grocery shelves are often half empty. I was just there today and they didn’t have such basic items as fresh ground beef, low-fat lactose-free milk, etc. This is not the first time I have failed to find such basic things. What is going on there?

Instead of pet specialty stores, Target is my go-to store for pet needs. They dont always have some of the specific items but for regular supplies theyre sufficient. There are frequent discount events.

My time shopping here was cut short after an employee by the name of Martha rudely adressed me regarding my service animal. She shouted at me TWICE not even allowing me to explain he was a service dog and after that treatment I no longer felt welcomed to continue my grocery shopping either way. He is not a pet, he is a service animal! The employees here should receive more training on how to approach customers regarding their service animals because this was unacceptable. I have been to many targets in the bay area and this is the only location I have been treated like this.

The prices are much better than some stores. The quality of clothing is so good. I wish I had more money to spend. I do miss the nursery to buy plants. Honestly, I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t like this place. I go there almost weekly for everything. It’s got everything for everyone-for any price. It’s literally one of the best stores I’ve ever been to.

Great as always for on-the-go shopping. The interior has changed over the years, but the stores presence can still be felt. Strong white-red background are seen throughout the whole store. Staff here are friendly and nice. Its also located quite nicely around Whole Foods and other stores nearby.

I went there to pick up an order. Had to wait for a good 10 minutes because theres only 1 person working at Customer Services. The store overall is clean and well-organized. The product I bought online is $2 cheaper than in-store purchase.

Target itself is friendly and nice, good selections, open till late. I just once saw a security guard manhandling a woman for shoplifting (fair enough, probably deserved it). But somehow that violent image is hard for my brain to shake off, I get weird flashbacks and I dont go here as much anymore.

It can be called a one-stop convenient shopping store because it has men, women, babies and kids clothing and accessories, household supplies, grocery items, fruits, drinks, beers, ice creams, toys, stationery, and pharmacy. Starbucks and Pizza Hut are also inside the store for a quick snack or lunch. The store is clean. The price is reasonable.

I went in late and there was an issue needed to talk w manager. Staff named Ben? super rude and said “fword” while waiting manager picking up phone at Black Friday sales at tech section. There was not even other client waiting. This staff should be fired, not even polite. 👎👎👎👎

I always use this location for regular needs. This Target has pretty much everything. Only negative side is their customer service-its really slow. I wish they would provide more staff at customers service desk.

I was a Targets fan, but not today. Could not find duct tape. Seriously! The check out lines were very long because the manager dude chose to close out 3 registers all at once when there are lots of people waiting. It was just my luck that there was a credit card application and a customer with like a 100+ candies a head of me. Then it got worse because the manager brought in another customer to go ahead of us. I had to move to the self service line (also long) which did not bring up a sale item correctly, so I had to wait for a young lady to help me. When I asked the same manager (Blond young dude) to open more lines, who btw was just going around with a clip board and looking at it intensely, he responded with no apology: you are almost next. It took 30 minutes to check out. I was so blown away by the services.

I have been in this neighborhood for many years. I shop at this Target location a lot. I like the way that they reorganized and now stock many food items. It makes it very convenient to do a one-stop shop. I recently began to shop online and I found many of their items are cheaper than Amazon. If you are not in a hurry, their online prices actually beats Amazon.

Favorite supermarket.Clothes- I like.food- easy to pick up.Cosmetics- good price compared to CVS.Medicine- always 5% with cartwheel.Though it has large booths for sports, none of them works for adults. One day I were looking for swimming glasses. It turns out they only sell for kids sports.That is a pity.

Most friendly Target store Ive experienced. I work as a Target Mobile contractor and discovered Target has incredible deals to encourage you to upgrade or start a new line. Just pay the city sales tax and for qualified individuals you walk out with a new iPhone 7, Samsung Edge, come see us in electronics.

Bad management. Rude staff. Poorly lighted parking lot with potholes. Scraped, twisted, and bruised from falling in them.

Waited at the store for 40 min for an online store pick up. They packed the wrong items. Incredibly inefficient and frustrating process. Dealt with six different associates who werent helpful, told me they would get to it. A few even left to go on their break and didnt transfer the responsibilities of getting my order. Had to get my own merchandise in the end since they all just gave me a blank stare. Poor execution and training at this particular Target.

We love Targets, there are a huge number of these stores in the San Jose area all offering a huge range of household and non grocery products at reasonable prices. Bright and airy well laid out, limited range of food and drink available, well worth a visit

This is one of the most run-down Targets Ive ever seen. It was serviceable, but it seemed worn out and tired. Some fixtures were damaged, floor coverings werent in good repair, and the bathrooms were a disaster, with no toilet paper in the mens room and only a few rolls of consumer-packaged paper in the womens room. Staff was incredibly friendly, though, and I overheard one of them talking to a customer about an impending renovation or store closing, which would explain the poor physical condition of the store. Otherwise, it was great! Exactly the selection and prices you expect from a Target.

This store has become bad. Self checkouts were closed and ended up having lengthy queues. The cash register folks takes lot of time for every small thing. Many events although they list they dont conduct. When we walk in they say they dont have resources to conduct events like disney/lol surprise/og doll etc.

It takes a lot of willpower for me to avoid going into Target. If Im bored, Ill come here and leave with a bunch of stuff I dont need. Its fun to wander around and easy to get lost in the store.Ever since they added the grocery section, Target has become my one stop shop. I love that I can grab makeup, snacks and wine all at once. Helps me save time and gas. Sorry not sorry, Safeway.The employees who work here are nice and for the most part, seem to know what theyre doing. The people who run the dressing rooms are especially nice, always greeting me with a smile and friendly hello whenever I visit at 11pm to try on clothes that I definitely dont need.They also have a Starbucks and small food court in the front of the store, which is honestly such a clever way to get customers to spend money at the store. Coffee and a jungle to get lost in, I honestly couldnt ask for anything more.One thing though, they could work to figure out a way to handle the lines. The register area quickly becomes crowded during peak hours. But its peak hours, so it isnt really the stores fault. Cant help having lots of enthusiastic fans like me, I guess, haha!

Pretty fast. Easily accessible. They offer different colored caps so family members dont confuse prescriptions. Hours arent great.
