Avoid NIRVANA. Worst smoke shop ever. I bought a water pipe but it was broken went back the next day and told that the manager was not there and the employee could not do an exchange or refund. Unfriendly, unkind and uncool.* Since the owner replied and has video, where were you and your video camera two years ago when I did come in and the guys said they can not return anything without the owner manage and that I as a person with an immune compromised disease called LUPUS made three attempts before the shop was closed and once for a short time when your store was doing drive up shopping the employee refused to return.I left my email and phone number for you to call and respond at the time.As a business owner, you did nothing then but now that I have the time to write a one star true review you immediately take action, i wish you were that attentive to all.When I did return in a timely manner where was your prompt action and response then? I see here now that I am obviously not the only customer who is treated this way by your staff. I was a loyal customer for many years and there are plenty of other stores. Nirvana, I dont think so...

Attached is the photo of my broken cartridge. The vape would not hit. I had a receipt it was obvious that I bought it 12 hours earlier they wouldnt even exchange it for me I had to buy a new one pretty rude...

Had great service there and great prices and selection!

I called to ask if they have a specific type of vape coil, and they hung up and now they they won’t answer my call. I heard the guy crinkling something to pretend like he was losing connection. Like just tell me no that you don’t have that coil. But how they handled this situation was rude, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The girl who answered next was honest and said they don’t have that coil. What I find odd is that they sold me this vape. The girl said she’s never even heard of the tank or coil that I have/need. Some vape shop. They don’t even know anything about capes. PLEASE PLEASE get EDUCATED if you are going to work at a vape shop. It makes the WORLD of a difference if the workers actually know a thing or two about vapes. I’ll be ordering everything online from now on. Plus it’s WAY cheaper. It’s just inconvenient when I need a coil on the same day.

Update to the below. The owner of the shop called me and apologized for the mix-up. She said she has a pretty good idea of the vendor who shipped her the counterfeit papers. She assured me she is on top of the issue. She insisted on refunding my entire purchase and a box of real Zigzag. Took the box and called it even.I will go back one of these days just to check if they still sell fake papers.Buyer beware - Counterfeit merchandiseThis was my first time going there. Bought 3 orange zigzag papers, not only they charge more than other smoke shops, the papers are counterfeit, see photo. Called them about it, the lady said she will call me back after she speaks to her manager. She calls me back apologizing, totally fake, you could hear she was just giving a speech. I show up there, its her and another guy. I tell her how upset I am, she says nothing and motions to the guy. I wait by the guy, hes putting stuff away, I wait a little more. The girl goes to the back and comes back saying her manager will be out soon. At that point patience ran out, told her I changed my mind, that I will dispute the charges with my credit card and report them.Their prices are super high compared to other smoke shops in the area.

So many awesome products! Didn’t get a chance to get his name but the gentleman with the dark hair and glasses I believe? (Closing Saturday 8/1 night almost 11pm ) was very knowledgeable about all the products, and let me know when a product low in stock was going to be back in stock and I didn’t even have to ask! But wasn’t overbearing by any means. This place is awesome, will be back again Tuesday!

Good vape shop

I had been coming here for almost a decade now and every time I have been treated with really good customer service except for my last few visits, which is prompting this review. Do not go here, save yourself some time and money by just buying directly from the manufacturer’s websites. They sell a bunch of defective products and returning/exchanging said products back to them has become impossible.

Great smoke shop. Kind of small but they have what you need. I can usually find a nice assortment of cigars and other products here. This establishment is open late and the staff is friendly and helpful here.

Honestly they have everything you could need but i avoid them cause the staff basically ignored me last time i went in. I’m not paying for overpriced papers when the staff can’t even be bothered to say hello. Very unfriendly, will not be returning.

The store owner and employees are always very helpful and go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. They have a very good selection of flavors for vape, as well as other items. This includes the high end stuff and less well known ones. The store is clean, has a professional look and is open late.

Nirvana, the comprehensive neighborhood head shop in my neck of the woods... Throughout the last decade, I have made many visits here for a wide range of incriminating miscellany...and honestly?! I have truly never had bad experience or vibe with the employees, proprietors or customers. For a lot of other retail stores, that wouldnt be too incredible; however, when youre dealing with the type of merchandise Nirvana carries youre almost bound to encounter some misunderstanding or miscommunication. Sooner or later youre ripped off, insulted, embarrassed, etc. But I have never had such an occurrence at Nirvana, and that alone is a solid explanation for the 5-star rating in my opinion. The prices for most of their goods arent exorbitant, but reasonable. Being right on the border of Culver City is their biggest downside for me, yet its been conveniently close to my residence(s) for some time, so thats a hypocritical con coming from me. Not quite nirvana, but in this biz, close enough!

Alright this place is awesome!! I walked in asked for a charger for my pen. I was directed right to where they were and they even made sure the charger was compatible be for sending me on my way. As Well as the price was better then anywhere else around! I will definitely be returning to nirvana smokke and vape.

They are also one of the ONLY places that sells NuNu disposable tanks (3@$20) which are amazing & last forever! Great customer service too- everyone was really friendly & helpful. THEY SELL YOU CHEAP GARBAGE AND REFUSE TO REFUNDWent there and spent over $100 and one of the things I bought was a torch for $30. Went all the way home and it doesnt work. Ok, a little annoying but not a big deal. So I drive all the way back there in traffic and they fill it up. The later that day after 1 or 2 uses its empty again. So I drive all the way back to the store in traffic and ask nicely for a refund because something is obviously wrong with it. They tell me rudely theres nothing wrong with it and it must be me and no refund will be given. The owner or manager saw all of this unfold but she was more concerned with looking for cars to tow then to maybe apologize or even find out whats going on. Well they can keep my $30 but Im gonna tell as many people as I can about the way they do business.

Good products in this store. But waaaay over priced. This was my experience.4/2015 up date. Went back today. Everyone was very nice. Great inventory got everything I need. The price for the 6 items was reasonable. Left happy. The best thing about this store is a complete inventory.

Kinda pricey shop but the employees there are superbly knowledgeable on all of their products, and that is always a good thing. They sell vapes, juice, and accessories, many different glass pipes, bubblers, bongs, lots of different type of tobacco and cigarettes, small items like grinders and such and incense.

They have everything you need and then some. The Nicest sales people!! I recommend it to everyone.

I will never go back to this place. I bought a sourin drop and two days later when I tried to charge the device for the first time it didnt work. They did not offer an exchange on a $45+ purchase that didnt work. Im taking this as a sign of a very dishonest store. (Id give them zero stars if it was an option).
