When in to get a new voice box for my old bear and came to find out they dont keep any old recordings I guess everythings upgraded every year very disappointing cuz I had my bear with the same laugh for a while and I missed that laugh

We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time building a bear. My daughter set the Barre for her birthday and was very excited she has so much fun shopping in the store. The bear consultant will sell patient kind and helpful she even had me excited. I wanted to build a bear for myself. :-)

I think the people who work at build-a-bear are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. The customer service is the best. I wish every sales person in every store was as excited about their products as these women are about stuffed bears.

Great collection of toys, board games and fun knick-knacks. The space is filled with items from floor to ceiling, so it can get pretty tight in there with all the kids and adults perusing the shelves. If you can go earlier in the day for a less crowded shopping experience.

I give this place five stars for being what it is. Yes, it can be expensive but the value is translated in the eyes of the little girls that are treated here. My six-year-old granddaughter had the time of her life in the store, and we all raved about the quality of the lunch as well as the layout of the store. Where else can you take little girls at this age for a fantastic day, to remember and cherish for years to come.

Great place and wonderful services, additional very helpful. They interact with kids with the choose of buildings a bear or etc. My daugther always have a smile on her face, every time we are walking near by this store my daugther always tell me dad, can we go to build a work shop. My Response is yes, even she 5yrs by now i think she have at least 10 by now.Thank You Build-A-Bear Workshop team, for and always putting a smile on my daugther face. Thank You🤓

Took more than 20 minutes to help

Today we just walked in to celebrate a bd to BB at Westfield Culver City . The store manager and stuff went over and beyond to make this day special ! Store manager organized everything on the spot and made kids very happy ! Really appreciate what you have done #beststoremanager

Excellent the people work in their, are amazing. We went to get our old bears restuffed. They put new cotton inside and gave us new boxes and we also printed our old bears new birth certificates, as if they were new. They also have really nice cartoon bears, such as the power puff girls and spiderman. Really good reasonable prices.

These ladies are simply wonderful. Very helpful and efficient.

I love to go here its wonderful and the staff are very nice its a little expensive though but it will make your childs, neace, nethew cousins, any little kids day and they have a big variety of stuffed animals to choose from and u can even name it and I just love this place and its very clean.

I took my daughter she loved it. But its a bit pricey.

So my daughter is looking for Poppi. We come here and no luck. I ask the attendant Richard who says theyre out and he cant tell until they get a new shipment when theyll have more. I then ask him if he can check to see when a new shipment will arrive. He says they dont have a way to find out. I then ask him what kind of way is that for a business to run. His response was, Were a new company. ????????????? I want to finish this review but I just cant with these guys. Im gonna sum it up real quick. Its chaotic. The manager Richard has no customer service ettiquette. And apparently have the oddest inventory system. Ive come here before and everyone else was very help if you run into this guy be prepared to get a very rude man with weird responses to your questions.

I used to go to build-A-bear when I was little and now that Im older I took my little sister there to get her first one, Im glad I was there to see the joy in her eyes as she was making her bear.

Although the prices are not the best, it is a very good place to buy gifts for children.
