I expected, based on their positive reviews, that Sentry was a good door repair service. This was FAR from the case. I booked a door examination with them (which costs far more than the going cost at other garage door places, but figured their good reputation made it worth it). Not only did they reschedule on me twice, they didnt show up either time. We waited for 8 hours, would NOT recommend.

I really appreciated that he explained what was wrong with the garage door, how he was going to fix it and how much it would cost before he started on the job. The garage door and parts are old but he was able to replace what he could within an hour. I will be replacing that garage door sometime in the future and Joe will be the one to sell me a new door and install it!
