Been coming here for years for moulding and doors. Such a great selection, real wood moulding, reasonably priced, glad they are still around thru Covid. Much better than the HD press board MDF alternatives.

I placed a very large door order worth over $16,000 about 3 weeks ago. This order was for white oak interior & exterior doors. I had changed all the sizes of the doors to ensure they will not be custom sizes.Taylor was the representative I was working with. After following up with Taylor on the status of the order for approximately 2 weeks, Taylor finally reached out to say the order will probably take longer then expected, and on top of that the “supplier” wants more money. I had already paid half for the order to be placed, and now he’s saying the order will take 6-8 weeks and will cost me $3,000 more. Already lost about 3 weeks of not even having the order started on. All they are offering me now is a refund. Avoid Anderson Moulding for any special orders and don’t expect them to care about your projects timeline. Side note, Taylor is was respectful but there’s just overall very poor management.

A good place to buy doors, windows, and moulding for your home. For the best service, ask for Oscar to help you for your sales order.

Do not waste your time with this place ordering windows. they can mess up everything .. even small orders.

Wow! The stock here is abundant! As a classified general contractor and engineer in the greater Los Angeles area, the organization and service was amazing. 1/2 star should be an option. Ordered five doors and moulding. Everything delivered incorrectly, repeatedly. Two custom width doors took longer than two months to receive, incorrectly. Paid for holes and lockset to be be boored, also done incorrectly. Terrible communication, they will not inform you when their deliveries will arrive. Delivery does not include carrying the items off the truck to your home. They’ll be nice to you in the store when they’re making a sale, but after that you’re screwed. Completely incompetent and they’ll make pitiful sounding excuses. I have no idea how this company stays in business. Don’t make my same mistake, go somewhere else.

Super unprofessional and rude staff! almost all the fake reviews they got are from their own staff and family. Ive been going back and forth with them for 6 months for the order that was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks (not 6 months). They never apologize or they never say sorry. They dont return your call. I dont believe they have return customer at all. I write this for those who wanted a first hand experience.

Im writing to let all the consumers who work very hard for their money just like I do need to know how this business doesnt take care of you customer service sucks I placed an order about 2 months ago they said it would be ready in a couple weeks I called back theres this Latino guy whos worthless always speak in Spanish I dont understand what the hell hes saying but yet when I asked him a question about my order hes confused he has to make phone calls find out whats going on with my order and he cant get a straight answer this place is suck non-professional very disorganized if you read this you have been warned not to go to this place take your hard earn money else where.so I took my business elsewhere.
