She went above and beyond to explain progressive lenses, helped me choose the perfect frame that complimented my face and made sure I used the right coupon to help with my purchase. I brought my own frames into Target Optical. They were Gucci designer frames. I paid for lenses and got measured. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I never received a call of text stating the glasses were ready for pickup so I called Target Optical. I was told the glasses were shipped and would arrive sometime during the week. I waited till the end of the week and didn’t receive a call or text. I called them on Saturday morning and was notified that the lab “lost” my glasses. When were they going to call and tell me this? Had I not called I would not have known about this. Further, my glasses weren’t lost. Someone clearly stole them with how shady the service has been. Then they stated they would provide me a frame that they had in store. They carry cheap frames in store. I want you to refund me for the cost I purchased these glasses for. Not to mention I’m now going to wait over a month before getting new glasses.

A great place for glasses at a great price and customer service. They take care of you here. My prescription is very strong and normally, my lenses are very very thick. My Target Optical lenses are much much thinner. It took about an hour from selected the frame and getting the glasses fit fine tuned.

Visited this store with our 9 y/o granddaughter to buy sport goggles. We were pleased with the selection, pricing and especially the helpful and courteous service of Don who helped our little athlete choose the correct pair. He was knowledgeable and very kind to her as she chose.

I just had the worst experience, terrible customer service, the girl who answered was just not empathetic or helpful at all. I would not recommend you going somewhere that would realize that people are people and just a dollar sign. I have a ripped contact, life got in the way and I have been able to go in an get my eyes checked, and of course I cant find my glasses. I asked to please allow me to get one contact today so I can survive my day at work, instead all I got was attitude. I asked to please help me out in any way she could since I need to work in order to afford to see them, and her response was that I was not even their patient so no she was not going to do a thing. Since I moved from out state but I had been seen an optometrist at Target as well where I lived.

Ordered two glasses for me and my wife.My wife got hers like week ago.I was told it was delivered and need to be checked for the right measurement, contacted again and was told after two days then when i called again was told it was shipped and will come within 2-3 days then when i called today was told it wasn’t shipped and when i told them, then was told by the end of the week.So disappointed!
