I enjoy getting the mocha frappe when I need an energy boost through the day.

Good service at order counter, less so at pick up. Latte is decent. Outside seating is better than inside, more comfortable chairs, awesome pepper trees and sort of an East coast look a long the block.

Such a great Starbucks location!The baristas are extremely kind and always go above and beyond to makes sure I have a good visit!TIP: If you want to have a lunch sandwich there, I recommend getting it earlier in the day, as they sell out in the afternoon by around 3pm.

The best customer service ever not to say the coffee ☕ hot chocolate and lets not forget their seasonal drinks and also the backery O YES Sir!!! and I forgot their gift section and snacks. Enjoy

Usually is fine although occasionally issues with seating and the music is blaring and cannot have phone conversation. Whats with Starbucks strategy to keep me from staying? They make it cold, loud, uncomfortable so Ill not sit too long using Wi-Fi. They need to think this over. Look at how theyve removed seating in photo just posted. This is typical of many large Starbucks.Update 6-18. Too cold. Its 80 outside yet 60 Im here. Thats too discourage you to stay long time on your laptop. Sorry but no.

Andre was great!! He was very helpful with an amazing personality!! The energy of the staff collectively was just so positive and uplifting! They really changed my mood in a great way! I will definitely visit this Starbucks again!

This is by far the best coffee Ive had in a long long time! Smooth, dark, strong with no bitter aftertaste. I sought it out several times now since discovering it and I havent been disappointed yet. Its a small little narrow place and sometimes I dont have the time to wait in the line but if I go in off times theres no line and Im in a happy little spot sipping on coffee that doesnt suck. Go get one!

This location is pretty clean and not overly crowded on a Sunday afternoon. My almond milk hot chocolate was terrible, they dont take into consideration that almond milk has 1/4 the amount of sugar as cows milk and is much thinner so my hot chocolate was bitter and watered down. Disgusting. There was also a vulgar homeless woman outside screaming obscenities at customers who were seated at the outside tables. Nit an enjoyable overall experience. I hope not to return.

Pretty standard Starbucks.The location is a bit tricky for parking. You can find some street parking but its better to park in one of the lots and walk over. Careful where you park, this location is next to the PD and they have very proactive parking enforcement.Beverages and food items are very consistent.I really like the Lemon Loaf with my coffee. I know it probably has a tooooooon of calories but its good, sweet, moist and the right amount of lemon. It comes to the store individually wrapped. Kinda buggs me when they take it out of the plastic wrap, discard it and then put it in another bag.Love that they carry soy milk for lattes too.

This Starbucks location is on a corner in downtown Culver City and is kept clean and the service is fast and friendly. The food section always looks fresh and seems to offer food items they are testing out sometimes, which is cool. If you are hankering for a coffee drink and are in the area, no cant go wrong here.

We stopped in here after dinner at Tender Greens. We were too stuffed to order any desserts, but the sweet tooth was still kicking in and it needed to be satisfied. The warm mocha latte hit the spot. The cashier spelled my name correctly. Big plus!!! I cant tell you how aggravating that is when they dont ask how to spell your name and completely resort to haphazard spelling that is embarrassing to hear and read every time you take a sip. He was even nice enough to take a group photo for us. Six photos to be exact. He was delighted to keep taking photos for us until we agreed that he took a satisfactory one. Great customer service for something he wasnt required to do. I remember things like that and love to frequent spots that employ genuinely friendly people with an enthusiasm for their job and the willingness to go above and beyond at times!

Always busy it seems! Parking here is not very easy. No parking lot. Limited seating unless youre willing to sit outside there is more. The location on a wedge between Culver & Washington is cool & its near Sony. Its not an easy run in quickly & grab a coffee joint.

This @Starbucks full of men wearing comfortable shoes with few purchases before them is a place you should avoid if you are a woman in wet high heels that needs to sit down. Half the seats are empty with only coats and backpacks but nobody will move their backpack for me to sit next to or across from my daughter. They all say yes, when I ask if the seat is taken, but in the 20 minutes I stood in wet shoes waiting for my daughter to finish, no human beings joined any of them at the tables. Every time I come here I am just stunned by how inconsiderate the patrons seem to be.

This Starbucks is pretty great. A decent amount of indoor seating, but even more outdoor seating. This location can get pretty busy, so be patient. I was there around 11 am and there was a line and the baristas were pretty busy trying to keep up with the orders.There are parking lots nearby that give you 2 hours for free, so take advantage.

Tall guy working the toaster for sandwiches and pastries took 10 minutes to give me my bagel. He had it toasted 1 minute after my order was placed but continued to toast 3 more orders while keeping mine there to get cold

Downtown Starbucks in a very attractive building(on historic register)across from City Hall and a short walk west on wash is the Kirk Douglas Theatre.The decor is nice but there is limited indoor seating. There are more nice outside seats.Hours are longer closing at 10pm.Above average bucks in one of the best locations/settings in LA County.

Good I go there to charge my phone and use the bathroom. A bunch of lovelies work there...

A little shop in a nice location. Its a nice spot to drink your coffee and relax a bit on a slow day. There are tables outside too, however heavy traffic on both sides doesnt help.

Generally I dont mind Starbucks. I take advantage of the rewards program, and I know that when I order something its going to taste pretty much the same, so its a safe bet. This particular Starbucks, however, is barely average. It is always dirty, has an old, funky smell to it and the service is meh. Its too bad, because the location is great. And maybe thats why they dont care. Theyre always going to be busy, so why make the effort?

One of my favorite starbucks! Great scenery both inside and outside has plenty of tables under shade from surrounding trees. Only pain is the location is between two busy streets that you need to cross. No big deal, just small inconvenience.

Awesome baristas. Love the ambiance of this location. No parking lot, but they have metered street parking around the building. Several parking options within a block or two. Great spot to grab a cup of awesome and type a novel or hang out with friends.

This is a very good Starbucks. Mainly because it has a Clover machine, which at least for me, actually makes Starbucks coffee drinkable. Im not a fan of the regular coffee drinks at any Starbucks, but coffee from the Clover is coffee done right. Good location and nice baristas.

I love this Starbucks because they have a Clover machine that makes a great single-cup brew of their special coffees. Great for people and city watching, with a view of the downtown Culver City X and key businesses.

The lines are always long they dont know how to manage their bar and they dont know how to use the clover machine properly. Waited for 15 to 20 minutes for them torealize they had ignored the drink at the clover machine after paying $5 for a cup of coffee id expect it to be done in less than 30 minutes. It wasnt really the time that bothered me at the end it was the attitude that was received when I asked for my drink. Id expect more from people of their age

Not especially nice or courteous staff, they come off like they dont care and are more concerned with their own side conversations. Their staging bar can get a little cramped if youre waiting for a drink next to patrons at the bar and the line, the long island of seating is narrow, so much so that you cant sit across from anyone if you have more than a drink and napkin on the surface. The outside patio is nice, since it meets at the end of the an intersection and provides its own island terrace, but getting to the actual location can be tricky because the crosswalks are set up to feed directly parallel with the street as opposed to across.

Slow staff and fine coffee. Staff has to be changed. Coffee is great.

I did an app order and within minutes of being there- the staff had my order ready. They were also super busy, and I requested more half-and-half for the sidebar- and the staff was exceptionally fast and nice.

I am so annoyed!! The guy behind the counter is working really hard, but I ordered an iced coffee for me and a frappuccino for my daughter so we could sit outside and enjoy the Sunday morning. I got my iced coffee quickly and I stood there waiting for my daughters frappuccino. It took almost 17 minutes for me to get it. By then I had finished my iced coffee. They need more help behind the counter.

There isnt any parking for this starbucks other than the metered street parking on either side of the location. However, most of those spots are almost always taken because there are literarily 20 other restaurants within a 2 block radius of Starbucks. There are plenty of seats outside and inside. The ambience is amazing outside because its downtown Culver City. You get to see everyone bustling around and you can always count a cute dog to walk by with their owner every few minutes. Staff is very friendly too. Good location to study. Overall great location, if you can find parking.

I went to Starbucks on a weekday to work with a group it was around 6 p.m. during the rush hour. The issue with the area and location is that parking is very scarce and it is Street meter you have to bark a bit further in a structure otherwise its not available luckily I manage to find one after 40 minutes. we sat outside the ambience was great its a very quiet nice area and pleasant atmosphere the drinks the service everything was great but when the evening got really cold we went inside it was freezing that all of us including the guys could not sit there we had to go somewhere else I wish they could keep the temperature a bit lower its not summer time and even if it was its extremely cold for an average person to handle I was freezing and everybody else is well. They wanted to stay outside after 8 but they wrap up all the seats and tables around that time from Outdoors.

Ridiculous prices.

My favorite drinks at Starbucks are the Snickerdoodle hot chocolate, White chocolate mocha, Caramel frappuccino, Strawberries and creme frappuccino, & the Mango Dragonfruit refresher.

It has a normal Starbucks fare but it has an overperforming air conditioner the baristas say they cannot control.I went in on a recent chilly and rainy night.Seated patrons were all sheltering themselves from the Arctic blast coming out of the AC outlets. I do not enjoy my own shivering, so I chose to patronize a nearby restaurant, which had both enjoyable coffee and atmosphere.

Is bucks was one of my favorite Starbucks to hang out in, beautiful atmosphere, great area and location, perfect for a small meet up. but never a good experience with the barista, they always seem to be pompous arrogant and always busy with each other, orders placed here are often very slow which cost us a lot of time and delays. but most of the time the drinks are exceptionally well crafted, the restroom here needs a lot of attention throughout the day which the staff neglects on a daily basis.
