This store has really sweet sales people, but once you buy your nothing to them. And the delivery people dont care what they mess up in your house and just get the furniture out as fast as they can breaking it and than wannansay o you bought it like this. Hmmm. Im. Not paying thousands for broken furniture. Noone would. We bought the insurance as well. Cant get them to come out and fix anything to save my life or theirs. Figure of speech. I would go to a different location for sure.

The store had really nice furniture. First time there so cant really give a true review. We were looking for end tables with power outlets built in. They had a few and looked great only problem was Ive seen that same table at 3 other stores for a WHOLE lot less Im talking right at a 100.00 per table less. When we walked in you could feel and see this place is going to be expensive but we rode 75 miles one way so I figured we would at least check it out. Not a bad store they just deal with a different type of customer.

I dont even bother going to the other furniture stores. The folks here are always nice, generally attentive and they generally have what I am looking for in furniture. I recommend you go here for your furniture needs.

Sales lady Kristy was great but the 2 kitchen tables that we purchased was not made out of anything only had 3 weeks already messing up. Happy with couch so far but will not purchase tables from there ever again. Poorly made will not last my family a year if that. Service delivery guys messed 2 of our items up, was just piled in truck not even wrapped. Poorly packaged for delivery.

I really wouldnt even give this place one star!!! I have bought a lot of furniture from this company but the Cullman store is not worth even going into!! The manager there will do nothing but lie to you. I purchased a couch from there and was told one price and was charged a totally different price. When I called about it the manager there told me an outrageous lie about how she had witnesses that she did not agree on a price. I did in her office and agreed on a price and she charged me over two hundred more than we had discussed. She wouldnt fix the problem either. Im taking the couch back and will get it at another store. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. ESPECIALLY FROM THE MANAGER. YOU WILL BE LIED TO!!! I also called corporate and they would not help me either. Of course they did with her. Basically calling me a list!!! Do not buy fom here. You will be sorry!!!!!!!!!

Dont buy from them, if you have a problem they wont fix it. I have been given the run around for a year while they try to run out the warranty. They only want your money and dont care about service. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Great people, understanding and helpful, easy to work with and they helped me build my credit back up. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

The staff here was good and the place was cleaned but the prices were just too hot for my taste

The employees are nice but quality of our living room suit is not good. It was purchased in June. The delivery guys messed up my door and material is already tearing in the middle of the cushions.
