Stereo installation looks great and sound is awesome.

Did a great job with the 12 in my Maxima. A few months in and no problems so far.

Most of the time I disagree with the negative reviews because that is usually not my experience. But in this case, I agree with the 1 star customers. When my son got home from having his speaker and amp installed in his new truck (new to him) that he took out of his old truck, I had to redo the whole thing. Very unprofessional install. Nothing secured down, wires just running across the carpet. And unfortunately my son said that the guy was a jerk. 👎

I made an appointment for my daughter to have her stereo installed today at 1230. She shows up and drops it off on time. She waits till after 2 to go back and get it because we were told it would take about an hour and 45 minutes. The car had not been touched when she arrived back. He said he forgot to write down her appointment but she could call next week and make another appointment. Yes I said next week. There was not a let me make this right and give you the first available appointment date option. His actions have told me that we are not valued as customers. She may be just a teenage girl but her time and money are just as good as anyone elses. Just beware that your appointment doesnt mean a thing evidently. We will be taking our money some where else this week because the lack of customer service shown to my daughter today is unacceptable on any standard.

Had two subs and an amp put in my Elantra and it’s hitting HARD. So hard in fact I may have to go back and get the trunk rattle-proofed.Manager was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and had my car ready two hours earlier than expected.Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Went in they told me I need an appointment made the appointment for 10:30 Monday morning. I arrived at 10:00 dropped the truck off. I was told it would take about an hour and that it would be about 30min before they would be able to get to it and that was fine I had a few things I needed To do in town. Went back at 1:00 pm and the truck had not been moved and was only told that it wasn’t ready and if I needed it I could take it so I did not going back terribly customer service. What’s the point in an appointment. This was just my experience.

Cheaper than others in area.he got his work done and honors his warranty personally. ..no send off or repurchasing equipment waiting then for a refund. He speaks straightforward and I feel honestly

I had my wifes Dodge Nitro windows tinted by them more than 5 years ago, the work was excellent. Only problem I had was that the employee forgot the brow on the windshield, as soon as I pointed it out it was taken care of emediatly,customer service was great. We still own the vehicle and the tint is still in great shape, I recommend them to any one looking. I will be taking them another one very soon.

Very rude. Called to ask about getting plain black 5% tint on the rear windows of my truck Before I was even through explaining what I wanted, I was cut off by him saying no, thats illegal and was hung up on.

Guy was supposed to call back when he got the stereo system in for my SSR bc I didnt like the one he installed originally. Its been 2 years. He isnt calling bc he doesnt want to install it even though i offered to pay the difference. Also, my tint is already coming off. I had a warranty on the tint but I dont want him touching anything of mine again. EVER...

He will not install your equipment unless you purchase from him, or a local store. You just lost a customer with your rude tone explaining why you wouldnt.
