Other than my rear brakes getting replaced. I had issues with my car back in July, that CARSS took time to figure out the problem. I think all techs had a chance to drive my car to get the issue to replicate! Took awhile, but it finally got fixed! Don’t ask me the technicalities, but my Honda drives better now…and starts up appropriately.Just want to thank Chris and his entire team for helping me keep my old car running.

Not only did the mechanics not know what was wrong. They missed obvious things that needed fixed, while leaving me to do my own research and fix the car myself. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the shops effort to genuinely take care of there costumers.

Very good mechanics, they do a through inspection of your car and will tell you the truth. If your brakes are getting warn but not in need of replacement they will suggest you wait until the next service and check again.They do fleet service for many companies, I have seen USPS vehicles and Comcast trucks there for service and repair.

Chris and crew are the utmost professionals when it comes to car-care. If its complex like fixing a camshaft and engine lifter or an oil change you get the same treatment. Fair pricing is what you will receive as well as timely updates on the progress of your repair. I will never go back to a dealer or lubyjif again.

These guys do a decent job but they are really expensive! Shop around and see if you can find yourself a private mechanic. You’ll save yourself some money in the long run. These guys quoted me for a job that according to them would have cost almost $500. I went to a private mechanic and he charged me $100 for the same work.

Once again, the CARSS guys came through with flying colors. After checking why my check engine light came on, they determined that the issue didnt have to be resolved right now, that perhaps it was caused by the extreme cold. They reset my sensor, and it hasnt gone off since. They dont coerce you into having an unnecessary repair done. When a repair is needed, they will take the time to explain why it should be done now. Another satisfying experience with Chris and the Steves. You guys ROCK!
