This was the second AutoZone that I have been to tonight the first one in Olvido didn’t want to help me the lady was smoking outback. Then I traveled all the way over here and I came in at 8:45 PM yes it was 15 minutes until closing. My battery was dead by the time I got there. The attendant told me that it would take an hour to charge the battery and that they do not have time. So he charge my battery for five minutes. I’ve never felt so alone in my life.

They were extremely nice and even replaced my headlamp light for me in my 2013 Chevy Tahoe! Wonderful service!

I came into autozone to buy new lights for my brakes and was immediately helped by Nicholas M, who is the kindest person. We were checking to see what kind of light I needed and he had zero issues coming out of the store to check it out with me. It was then we realized we had to do some work to get to the light (Honda Civic). By “work” I mean Nicholas spent at least 20 minutes unscrewing parts, going back and forth to the shop to get more tools, and problem-solving the obstacles to learn that the brake light was completely inaccessible. Throughout the whole process, Nicholas was beyond informative, thoughtful, and helpful. While the brake light is a bust, I am super thankful to Nicholas for all his hard work and help.

I stopped in for wiper blades. Great service!!! Nathan looked up my car model, walked me to the aisle where the wiper blades were, explained price points, and offered to help me install the wiper blades. 🤗❤️👍🏻

Tino was the best. He helped with everything, even installing the new turn signal bulbs for us. Professional, friendly, fast, everything you could hope for. I recommend this AutoZone to anyone on Earth. Some of the finest men and women in the business.

I came in to recycle my motor oil and before I got to Auto zone it had spilled in my car! When I got there and brought in the jug I asked Judy for help finding somthing to absorb the oil from my floor mat (got lucky it wasnt on carpet) and she immediately knew exactly what to recommend. She had showed me my options between regular shop towels, the cat litter type stuff, and these Pig brand towels and she said they would be the best for my situation, and they were! Thank you Judy!

Recently by my own fault my battery went dead while eating lunch in my car. Luckily I was within walking distance of this Auto Zone location. I went there to see if they could loan me a jumper pack which they did. Unfortunately it wasnt fully charged and did not start my car. One of the guys there, Jason Nuss was not only nice enough to help me start my car with his own personal jumper pack but also insisted on driving me there in his car. Big shout out to Jason Nuss! Way above and beyond!

I have always had a good experience when I go to this Auto Zone, specially when Luis V. Helps me. He is always on a good attitude. Not only that but he is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help you. He is the kind of person that clearly shows passion for his job, he is not there only for pay check only. He definitely provides the best customer service. If I could give him six stars I would!

I just went to AutoZone in Crystal Lake and Luis V. was so helpful! Not only did he help me install two new headlight bulbs, he cleaned up the corrosion on my battery and taught me how to maintain it myself! He gave me so many helpful tips to help my car run smoothly. Best customer service ever.I highly recommend checking them out!

I went in to get wipers and there was a long wait.. they gave me three options I chose one and they came to install it and said it doesn’t fit into my vehicle..(went to O’Reilly Auto Parts for the same wiper and it was on in 2 seconds) he went to exchange it without asking me and came out again to put a brand I didn’t want or ask for on my car.. had to go back inside for him to refund me back on my debit card because he couldn’t give me cash as a refund. They shouldn’t have agreed to install it if they have no idea what they are doing.

My experience at AutoZone in Crystal Lake was amazing. I called them while I was on the road I told them that my light went out in the back my brake light. I talk to Manager named Judy I was in and out of there with a brand new tail light to my Hyundai sonata 2018 And she changed it for me and checked my other lights just to make sure they worked which I didn’t even think of within less than five minutes. I offered to tip her because how quick the service was she said no thank you we’re here for you if you need us we appreciate your business.The last time I went to O’Reilly’s in Crystal Lake and ask them to please check The codes to my car to see if there was anything wrong with my car. They told me No.. Went to AutoZone they said yes we’d be more than happy to help you. So when I had something wrong with my car this time guess who I went to the one and only AutoZone.

These guys in crystal lake have been an excellent help. Luis solved an issue I spent two hours on phone with different stores trying to fix. Hands down great customer service.

The staff there are very helpful. You can also get your codes read if your MIL / Check Engine light is illuminated. This is helpful because the diagnosis from the code(s) help you select the more likely parts to check/replace.Heck, they will even help you replace your wiper blades. Plus you can return your used engine oil to be properly processed.

I have always been pleased with my experience at the Autozone in Crystal Lake. On recent visits I was greeted by Alisia and Luis, who were helpful in providing the parts I needed and answering questions about my car repair projects. The store is stocked with what I need (even for my 25 year old Jeep), and they can order parts within about a day if theyre not on the shelf. I highly recommend this AutoZone store for your car repair parts.

I first called auto zone to see if they could change my battery after I purchased a new one from them and the guy on the phone (Mike) was so pleasant and once I came in he change it so quick that I could not believe it. The ladies that work there were absolutely wonderful. What a great experience.

This sales associate found exactly what I was looking for after replacing headlights on a 12 malibu. They had all the body panel clips and screws I lost in the process. I even had them double check to a screw sample board and he was correct both times. Even priced brakes while I was there. I love this place.

I went there to exchange my brake pads. Then remembered I got pulled over by the police for my licence plate light being out, the night before. I couldnt figure out how to remove and replace the bulb. So I decided to ask the employee(Vince, I believe his name is) if he knew how to do it. OMG we struggled cause the screw would not come off but he eventually did it. I want to thank you again, Vince. I believe you went beyond your duties for me because i probably would of gave up.

Bought an evap solenoid for an 07 suburban to fix check engine light. When it didnt fix the problem I began replacing other parts still to no avail. About $500 later after a smoke test it turned it the evap solenoid from Auto Zone was the problem. Replaced it with an OEM solenoid and the check engine went away. After 1 year of frustration I told the manager at the Crystal Lake store and I was repaid with attitude. Wont shop at this store again and I will consider other parts suppliers before any other Auto Zone. Think twice before buying Duralast parts. I compared the Duralast solenoid to the GM and the orifice was the wrong diameter.

Needed a license plate light. Not only did they have the part but Zac installed it is just a few minutes! Thank you Zac!!!

If you get a woman at the counter, turn around and go somewhere else. Unless you need wax or an air freshener. Come to think of it, the dudes are just as clueless. This place has run of the mill parts, and the staff know enough to be dangerous. But, if youre a serious do it yourselfer you already know NAPA or Advance are the place to go. If you need oil, Walmart is a third less or more. I think autozone purposely hires people from DSW or 9 West. Dont get me wrong, they used to be the bomb, but that old crew no longer works there. Theyre at Oreilys.
