Been coming here on and off for a few years now after a friend referred me here. Just decided a few months ago to stop going to other local parts chains at all because every time I end up coming into bumper to bumper I receive great help from many of the same people and they have a good variety of parts for a fair price. Other chains - the service is more hit or miss. I’ve received excellent service from both Kevin and Randall - both good dudes that are easy to work with and helpful. I am an experienced (home) mechanic and have been to every parts store in 60014. These are good people. I help a lot of friends fix their cars in the area and will continue to refer people here as well.The store feels a little dated and the parking lot could use a facelift but still didn’t ding them a star because the parts and service are still awesome. Great local places like this is why I don’t shop at the “latest new chain” store.

I have done business with this store for about 20 years and my experience has been consistently excellent. The counter guys are knowledgeable, polite and accurate and they offer very competitive pricing typically beating the other guys. What more could you ask? Jim, the store manager, has been there for many years and runs a nice store. He is very easy to do business with and also a very nice guy. What really prompted my review though was an experience earlier this week. I had stopped in to pick up brake pads, rotors and some brake cleaner for my boyfriends SUV. I needed to carry out the parts in two trips as the brake rotors were quite heavy. I carried out the smaller, lighter items first and as I turn around from putting them in the car the nice young man who sold me the parts is standing there next to my car with the brake rotors. I didnt ask him to do that. He just did. SUPER NICE!!!!! Made my day! Thanks again :-)

Absolutely the best at finding the right part the first time at an excellent cost. I drive my car every day, and when I need to repair something it needs to happen yesterday. Bumper to bumper makes sure I get the right part so that I can get the job done that night so I dont miss a day at work. The right part, the first time. No one else can really claim that, while simultaneously not breaking the bank- even for those hard to find Subaru parts. These folks are awesome, dont even bother anywhere else.
