My husband said it best. They have some good old boys working there. We had 2 flats on our camper while traveling. Very stressful. They immediately had us park at the back of the store and got right on it. They even suggested more work on themselves to help us out at no extra charge. They took off the best tire and suggested we use it as the spare and have 2 good tires on the road They even moved 1 of the tires so the new tires would wear more evenly. We had only asked them to fix the flat I dont think it took more than 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Its hard to find decent humans these days but theres some at this walmart.

Great place to shop with always great prices. I love Walmart’s meats compared to others in the area they might be pricey but the meat is always fresh. And other shopping is great.

I have NEVER seen generic or store brand AA batteries in stock EVER!! It is what keeps me going to dollar stores. They never have problems keeping them in stock.Also, they do not follow Louisiana EBT guidelines. When hot foods are allowed during emergencies such as hurricanes, when people cant prepare foods due to lack of utilities, Walmart goes against the Louisiana EBT guidelines and refuses these sales.

This Walmart is definitely different theses people truly help you u can tell when youre in the South thanks for all your help and keep it up.

This was located in Rayne Louisiana and is a clean and productive store. You wont find stockers out in the aisle for too very long and the end caps are neat. The cashiers are helpful and fast.

Orders were opposite. Dark meat mild was spicy white and spicy white meat was dark mild. 1 piece of the dark meal was black inside. No drinks when 2 were ordered. It is a 12 to 14 mile trip from home. We have been visiting Popeyes for years but are getting discouraged. Similar debacle in Shreveport, La. while on a trip. My wife is blind and cannot have anything with pepper. She loves the wings and red beans and sometimes orders only wing and sides. I am beginning to feel as though I should leave as a customer.Thanks,Larry Cormier

Crowley La has a Line all the way out the door from Customer Service desk I have been in a line for over an hour, asking Manager what’s the problem, she stated all systems are shut down that the Walmart Giant don’t mine loosing money when customers are Leaving. Where is LIT person a store of this size should never shut down due to a technical issue. You want to make sure your Customers have a pleasant experience but this is ridiculous, no seating and next to me is a 91 year old trying to return peaches. I hope she don’t pass out so I told her I give her $5 dollars for that can she was so thankful.

Have all them registrars...and self check out but only one person u can find working if u come across someone that works..they will tell u hold on I dont work this department...and walk off

I can usually get in and put pretty quickly.

The people at the door act like u have to let them check your receipt as you leave the store and will get loud with you if you dont. But really you do not have to let them, they have cameras to see if you pay for your things or not. So dont let them bully you around.

Decent store, clean rest rooms, as well as entire facility. Employees are hit or miss with willingness to help or knowledge of items, but all in all pleasant experiences thus far. Be sure to grab a cart before entering as they are known to not restock the carts adequately.

If I could give it negative 5 I would!! The store is always dirty. There never is a rideable cart for a disabled or elderly person. More than half the workers dont have a clue whats going on and they dont care. Half the time I drive to Eunice or Lafayette I hate Crowley Walmart!! Avoid.... avoid.... avoid!!

Everything I needed I had no trouble finding them. Each row on top has everything thats on thats aisle and when you look down the aisle you can see everything in its place. Very well organized I was shocked. And it was very well clean. And the cashiers were very friendly and nice. Oh (LOL😂) I found a lot more that what I was looking for I found a Pouch of Marijuana Buds somebody forgot in the store (LOL😂).

Make sure your not going after work because you will have to work again when you go give them your money to ring up your own items, that’s why they have one cashier so you will ring up your own stuff then they save money both ways. Walmart has become one of the worst companies out there and one of the richest. Should be with paying one cashier.

Customer service is always slow and no matter how many prone to back behind the counter.. including the csm.. no one ever helps reduce the long lines.. they never have enough registers open which isnt anything new.. but when youre self check out hasnt been accepting cash payments for days now you would think they would open extra registers

I can honestly say the Automotive department are wonderful people. Well informed about your vehicle. When you tell them what you need they are willing to listen and help you. Not like the one in Jennings la. Dont go to Jennings walmart Automotive they lie to u you tell them what you need and they disregard what you say. Crowley la automotive is wonderful. And helped me save my oil pump in my suburban. The customers always right when it comes to their automobile. THANK GOD FOR WALMART IN CROWLEY LA AUTOMOTIVE personal. They are the best I have ever seen.

The one in Crowley La does not sell guns or ammunition anymore and will not give a reason for it. And the restocking of everything else is pretty bad. And I am being nice by saying pretty bad.

So crowded, shelves nearly empty. I waited in line 1 hr and 20 minutes.

In store prices are reasonable. Online shopping has become popular to me especially if I cant find something in the store.The downside is the checkout lines. Only 4 lanes open and all are as far as the clothes. The self checkout line is all the way to the bakery. Most products are unavailable at this time (ex: disinfectant products).

The number of registers open with cashiers is literally 1. Everything else is selfcheck out. Usually Cards ONLY! Im honestly sick of it. Makes me wanna shop elsewhere.

Seems like the store was poorly stocked. There were only two registers with people were open. The self check( which I loathe) did not take cash. Oh, this was at 6:30 in the evening!!! I am getting to the place I hate to shop at Walmart!!

Front bathroom was closed. Back bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor, paper towel dispenser was empty and a share roll was sitting by the sink. It was wet. Sink area was dirty.Staff was friendly when I asked for bathroom directions.

The store was clean & had a good variety of items. There were plenty of options to buy from. The blonde headed self service cashier needs to be trained on how to be more helpful & not walk away when you ask for help. That however I could of easily left a 3 star review on. The worst that happened was while we was leaving I could smell marijuana smoke in the lobby while leaving. I was confused & rushed outside to my car because I do not want thc in my system. My husband was still inside the store. While we was leaving I asked my husband who was doing that for it to be so strong. That is when he told me he saw a few of the workers by the area where they push the buggies in smoking there. Look if you want to smoke weed then do it outside of the workplace away from customers. Do not make it to where we as customers have to risk getting thc in our system just because you want to smoke it at work. In the area you push buggies through! If it was legal in the state of Louisiana then I wouldnt even care. It however is not legal & we shouldnt be at risk of getting thc in our systems because youre too selfish to wait until youre off the clock!

Have just about everything I need. The frozen vegetable section was a little slim though. Clean store and very nice cashier. Could open a few more registers, Im not a big fan of self checkout

Awesome Staff... pretty much All your needs in Groceries and pharmacy needs they Carry. BUT When going to Check out. Theyre Definitely Having Problems 16 regr .. but only 2 in with cashier.. 4 15 items or less. .. and they mean it. Super long waiting.. Sorry. Well everyone paying with cash had to go to a checkout lane instead of self check out. Im glad they have workers back at the register but they were really slow. .I waited in line seemed like forever .

No signage restricting overnight parking. Online database indicated they allow overnight parking. Asked at Customer Service for permission and was refused by the manager to park my RV overnight. Decided to buy my food and supplies elsewhere. Vote with your wallet.

I go here often I usually have no problems but I bought a humidifier for my daughter when she was sick, it was the last one on the shelf so the box was a little beat up anyway, I set it up and ran it for a while checked it and realized the water inside was filthy (I used bottled water) I opened it and realized it had been used, when I returned it the woman in customer service had an attitude with me because I was upset! How could they put something like that back on the shelf when someone else used it! Especially being its something you breathe in! Come on! Covid-19!

Stood in line 15-20 minutes to be told that checker was closing that lane. Then went to another line to a new cashier so another 20 minutes in line. Changed all their self check outs to credit card only. If they are trying to inconvenience their customers then they score 100%.
