I came into this particular store was greeted by the manager it was the last 15 minutes I had to get a item for my car he asked me was it and I told him his sister and me didnt pressure me to get out of the store say professional I enjoyed my few minutes there awesome

Excellent service with the staff members

Went here to get my battery checked. The worker who helped was Tyler. He was kind and professional. He knew what to do and fixed it for me. Would recommend anyone go here. Very clean and friendly.

Crowley Auto Zone is a great parts store. Ms. Rachel Woods is an amazing employee. She is great with customers and knows how to keep people smiling.

My go to place for all thing auto. Knowledgeable staff and helpful

Very dirty, with staff that knows nothing about vehicles. Always has broken down vehicles and people working on junk, outside the store. Usually has people blasting horrible music, through their hoopties in the parking lot. Place used to be really great but has since went downhill and fast.

I shop there a lot. Prices are decent, but nowhere near Rockauto. Quality is pretty good, but NAPA is far better in quality, but then you do pay more. They usually have what you need in stock, and if not, it can be ordered and be there in a day or so. All in all, AutoZone has a big thumbs up from me.

Just an observation about the quality of people working at this location. I live 50 miles away from this store and found myself with a dead battery across the street. I walked over hoping to perhaps pay for a battery charge, or perhaps get a new battery or something. However, Autozone employee Ken offered to give me a jump. He got me on the road for home and was so kind and friendly in the process! My wife approves and encourages you to patronize this AutoZone! :)

There are only a few good workers the rest are not knowledgeable and extremely slow and rude.
