Well I picked up my Polaris today. My salesman Bill did a great job. The one I wanted had to be ordered from the factory. So almost a month to the day it arrived. Was as ordered with a couple of accessories. Very professional dealer and salesman Bill handled everything great will be coming back for service.

Bill Moltzan was wonderful. He was the salesman for the 2009 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS motorcycle I purchased from Tommy’s Motorsports of Crossville. He was easy to work with and went out of his way to get me the exact bike I was looking for. His description was accurate and I was very pleased when I saw the bike. He even sent one of his coworkers to pick me up from a nearby hotel because I took a Greyhound bus from my home in Lakeland, Florida to ride it back. Delivery was just too expensive. The bike performed flawlessly and I averaged 47 mpg at 75 mph.I would buy from them again and I would urge anyone to consider them for a purchase.Thanks again.

I made an appointment two weeks before I took my four wheeler up there. I took it up there on the day they told me to bring it. It sit for 2 1/2 weeks without anyone looking at it. I was forced to go pick it up after I called up there nearly 3 weeks after the day I dropped it off and they told me that they would get to it next weekI went and picked it up, I’m taking it somewhere else . Tommy’s motorsports is a total waste of your time, additionally they have poor customer service. I would not recommend them to work on any four wheeler or give them any business

A great place for honda owners, the mechanics and sales people are friendly and knowledgeable, service is fast, dropped a wheel off to have the tire changed on my fathers bike recently.

Hubby bought me my first Ryker here, it was an easy process. Just like anyone prefers I imagine...not having to spend lots of time filling out paperwork etc. Salesperson was nice, professional and helped me thru the process of knowing my bike better. After a BAD experience down the road with Mid-State motors in Cookeville, it wouldn’t too terribly hard to make me happy. The people at Tommy’s Motorsports took customer service to a new level. The salesman, Bill was great. He was straight up and forthcoming with all the answers I was after. I was in the market for two 4 wheelers. Unfortunately they only had 1 but Bill went through the trouble to locate a 2nd unit for me even though it was at another dealer. I was real nice to have someone go out of their way to help me find what I was after. These folks are good people and I definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a new Polaris 900 S with a new set of aluminum a arm guards installed by Tommy’s service dept. The first time we went trail riding the back a arms would hit hard against the stabilizer bar and the front a arms hit and would not let you turn the front all the way.I called my salesman Bill Moltzan and told him what was happening.His response was that they were the right a arms.Not the response I expected.

If youre looking to buy an ATV or side by side this is the place to go. They are so noligable and make sure you are informed about the unit you are interested in. They do everything possible to get you financed. The parts department is the best, very helpful very nice people.

No extra charges or fees just a straight up deal. It was well worth a 6hr drive to crossville. And I felt very comfortable the whole time and left feeling like we got a great deal! We shopped all around and tommys had the best OTD price. I can only say good things about tommys, and will look here to buy our next quads first.

After show me around the store, which has a very large inventory, he got to know exactly what I was looking for in a side by side. After going over my budget, I decided to wait and see if any used craft came in before the July sale. Not a week later, Bill called me up with the perfect used Kawasaki. It met and beat all of my expectations. Paperwork and financing were a breeze and I was out of there in no time with my 2018 Mule FXR. I would recommend anyone to go to Tommys and seek out Bill for all of your recreational craft needs.

My wife and I recently were in the market for a side X side, and were not sure what model would best suit our needs. We wanted something that would be good on the trail and be useful for work. We contacted Tommys Motorsports in Crossville, TN and spoke with Bill Moltzan. Bill was knowledgeable about the products he sold, and took the time to find out exactly what type of use we needed a side X side for. Bill ultimately directed us to the Can Am Defender HD10 XT. Tommys was able to complete the sale, give us a tutorial of the machine operation, and deliver it all in the same morning with very little notice. We could not be happier with our choice in the Can Am Defender, it has exceeded our expectations in all we could throw at it. Tommys Motorsports was a great company to deal with, and Bill took care of us from start to finish with fair pricing, delivery, and just being pleasure to do business with.

I was visiting your area on a mini vacation for a couple of days. I still had about 3000 miles of a 4000 mile road trip ahead of me. I have a 2012 Honda Gold Wing, I had been having a problem with the front end bouncing for a number of months. I had tried everything I could think of Changed out the front suspension and adjusted multiple times. I had done everything except replace the steering bearing and the tire. ( had replaced the steering bearings last year as well as replacing the tire.) I had double checked the balance and the roundness/run-out o the tire and it was all good. It did have a very what I thought was minimal cupping. Anyway the bounce was seriously detracting from my enjoying the roads here. I bit the bullet and stopped by Tommys Motorsport of Crossville. I dont trust my local dealership as they had scratched my fender in the past. Tommys quickly identified the problem as the cupping although it appeared minimal it was the culprit.They Replaced the tire, and gave me a good rate to boot and had me out in about an hour.Rode the Cherohla that afternoon and 650 mile run to Branson MO the next day. All is Good.Good People. Good work. Treated me very fairly.Thanks.Tom
