Didnt have time for me because my 2021 was purchased in Illinois. I just moved here from Indiana. They only want to work on machines they sold. Ill never go back. Only needed a oil change. Ill do it myself

Had so much fun with this new toy! I’ve worked hard for years and recently retired, so this is gonna be a fun way to explore my land and/or take it to a few spots I’ve already looked up. Dealing with Lansford was a great experience. I had chosen a side by side that was more tame, but the engine had a recall and they couldn’t release it until it was cleared. They transferred that order into this fun side by side. It sure is lots of fun so far! I had a great experience with this family owned business.

Awesome place to purchase a motorcycle and get parts. Its like a museum inside with various antique motorcycles. A definate yes in my book!

If you’re in the market for a new toy take a look around before giving them a dime. They will gladly take your money and give you a made up eta of delivery. You can also change to another higher priced used option with no warranty if that floats your boat but they will hold that against you as well. If any questions are asked you will be verbally attacked. Needless to say this cost me a deposit but better in the long run to not give them anymore money.

When I bought my side by side new just under a year ago I thought the place was good. I recently called to inquire about selling it back due to a move and they tried to take full advantage of me and under bid the price. There is business and there is just plain wrong. Very disappointed as a customer who spent a good chunk of money only for them to try and rip me off. Insulting.

Great sales and service team. Im from Louisiana and working in Clinton,TN. Left my z900 at home and wanted to ride. Drove to Lansford and bought a 2020 Z H2 . Shout out to the young lady in the sales department that handled all the paperwork and the owner that delivered it to the hotel that Im staying at.

Went to Lansford Kawasaki late Tuesday (about 4:30 pm) They close at 5pm.I came with my motorcycle rear wheel & a replacement tire,I know I was late but I asked anyway.Reply was I will get you in tomorrow.Well tomorrow came & I waited til 1:30 pm (They open at 8am) to check on my tire mounting ($45.00 is what they told on the phone). Not done, its only a stinking tire mount .Before I went to check on the tire, I called Tommys motorsports of crossville & they told they would do it while I waited. With tax it was $35.00.Whats suck is that I was a Lansford customer, Not Tommys. Lesson learned.They dont care.BOTTOM LINE, if you read there response, If you dont buy from them dont bring it them.

If you have a minimum of 5k cash on hand, you might be greeted by someone to spend it here. Other than that its decorated tastefully with vintage bikes, memorabilia & firearms.

PHENOMENAL PLACE!! I went in just looking for a bike with no knowledge of anything. Scott Lansford came right up to me and just started a conversation and helped me find the right bike. I am a bigger guy so I needed the right bike. He took his time and you could tell he was not in a rush. I then went and spoke to Dianna about financing. I spoke to her for about 20 minutes before even putting the application in due to me being protective over my score. There wasnt a question they couldnt answer. Scott and Diana were both extremely honest with me. I love that. I will definitely being doing business with them again!!! Thank you guys again!

Not willing to deal and prices way to high. Came in looking for a side by side and was directed to a 4x full of mud outside based on our budget, you can look 5 minutes longer and find a better dealer.

Guy was very helpful despite not being able to assist me with what i needed. i just came to the wrong place. but he was helpful enough that if I did need these guys services, i would certainly consider them.

These guys took care of me when i wanted to get a new yz250 and gear I had to drive almost 2 hours and it was worth it thanks scott

Stop in the shop for a new tire and was surprised to see the antique collection of bikes guns guitars and a lot of other items. Good service and great people.

Not really sure what happened to this place, but they have turned into the most rude people in town. I walked in and past the woman at the counter. She could not even look up from her magazine to say hello. Walked around the store and they have next to nothing. Maybe they are going out of business. With service like that, they should.
