Scott has zero customer service skills. Not interested in making the customer happy. Talked to him again today.First load of crusher run looked great. 2nd load looked nothing like the first. Was told by Scott after a rain, it would. It didn’t. Mostly dust. He came out and looked at our driveway at my request. Needed a 3rd load and told him we wanted it “like the 1st load or we didn’t want it” He said if we didn’t like it, he would consider it a donation. Well it wasn’t the same as the 1st and he still charged the full amount. After paying $350, $210, and $450 he asked if we had considered getting our driveway paved or he could deliver a 1/2” that would dress it out! So we have paid out over $1000 and are not happy but he wants to sell us more gravel! Says he has no control over what he gets in Crab Orchard. They aren’t allowed out of their truck to look at what they’re getting! Hmmm....You should see the driveway. Not good. Plus you track in and leave footprints wherever you walk.He didn’t offer any solution. He had done his job and there was nothing else he could do. Oh and he had someone waiting to order 60-75 truck loads and he had to go. So much for good customer satisfaction.

Great Company and great guys!!! Driver went way out of his way to get our lime spread exactly where it was needed. Had to go through several different gates to do so. Customer service like this starts from the top.Thank you Proffitt Trucking.
