The co-op has great prices and lots of options. Ive always had pretty good service. But honestly so many times when I have gone in there the staff is chatting up a customer to the point where you feel like youre invading their privacy and unwelcome because youre not addressed as a customer in a timely manner. I think this is one small place that could use improvement.

Until this point I had always had a good experience with this co-op. Until now. My local co-op is not a Stihl dealer. So I had my wife to go into this co-op to pick up a Stihl Kombi with attachment to be used on the farm. I made the big mistake of not sending her to Plateau Truck and Tractor because they are a Stihl dealer as well with better customer service (we will get to this in a second). Called ahead and the saw shop folks had it ready and let me say the saw shop people here are awesome. Lady at the counter wouldn’t take tax exempt card for agriculture use. Said it had to be a timber business. Really? Very knowledgeable they are (sarcasm), Tennessee has agricultural sales tax exempt cards for use, does not differentiate for timber. I’m not certain how they think people trim fence rows and such on a farm? I bet they would charge sales tax on round up. They better anyway, after all it does the same thing and rust your wires to boot. I purchase several thousand dollars worth of fertilizer yearly and will continue to do so, none of which will come from this co-op. If they will charge you tax on something to cut it down they would probably charge tax on the stuff that makes it grow. Horrible experience. Had to give a one star as a no star review wasn’t available.

Always a good trip. Helpful and knowledgeable employees, tidy store, decent prices.

Excellent customer service here . I bought a brand new Stihl chainsaw here for about a hundred less than i would have paid back in Illinois . They took it to the back & fired it up to check that it was fine . Gave me a full tank of chain oil & mixed gas . Saw is awesome . Very, very happy with this purchase .

If your in the tree business they can help with any and all tree cutting needs they have a great saw. Shop here and the guy knows his stuff I took and saw to him that hasnt ran in 10 years and he had it fixed and up amd running like it was brand new in no time the people here will do you right

I picked up a straw there for my ducks and some pesticides 4 moles and its great they helped me get a great price on moles that I was going do you have issues with and it worked great they are gone it took me am about 4 weeks to get rid of them and theyre finally not digging up my yard and the straw is reasonably priced I am so happy about that they are helpful and quick service thank you so much Co-op I will be back to get more straw sued and give you my service
