Clean HOWEVER, All manual coffee pots either empty or clean, coffee machines were either pilot reserve, Sumatra (yuck) or decaf (who the hell drinks decaff????) When I asked about fresh coffee being made I was rudely told that at least some coffee was available. No hot foods were available as all hotdogs were still cooking overall this pilot is good for fuel and leave. Spots little tight at main lot when comes to leaving in the night with randoms parking in non designated spots and blocking you in. Try to park on the hill past the reserved spots, easy pull outs.

Another run down old Pilot. Several fuel pumps broken and blocked off. No water for showers. Why not close and condemn this one?

This place has most whatever you need when you are traveling. It had gas, snacks, and a wendys built in if the snacks arent enough it also had fuel for the 18 wheelers and lots of room for easy access. It was really close to interstate 40

This is a really clean pilot! The showers are nice and the temperature doesnt change when someone flushes! It was nice to have a good shower. They are hard to find when driving over the road. Thank you Pilot! Staff is really nice and welcoming too.

I will never stop at this store again. All pumps went offline yesterday morning. They wait til people have moved pumps 2 times before they come out and let people know. The guy just shrugs his shoulders when I tell him Ive moved 3 times. No apologies at all. Also letting Tracie quit was a big mistake.

The people that were absolutely awesome! My truck literally shut down at the pumps from overheating and there was no parking....the people on evening and night shift allowed me to stay there at the pump with no issues and not have to worry about getting towed till the morning when I was able to resolve the issue! They went above and beyond and offered me free coffee and gave me a free shower in the meantime! Super great staff and people working there.... Highly recommend....

First time stopping at the TS. I accidently locked my self out the truck. The staff here were super cool and very genuine is assisting me. Tracy in particular I must commend for her high spirit this morning. After locking my self out the truck they surely lifted my spirit for the rest of the day.. have to stop there when passing this route again.

Good experience here this weekend. Bathroom could use some help, but overall good place to stop for fuel and food. My Good Sam card was good for 10 cents off per gallon at the fuel pump.

Nice size parking lot and clean restrooms

This is my #1 favorite stop for the trips between Knoxville and Nashville, which I take often. The parking lot is always well lit. Bathrooms are always clean. MANY beverage options and some accessories that I think truckers use to make their jobs easier. I’ve bought 2 Mexican blankets from here and one badass little skull for my girlfriend on our anniversary. There’s a small collection of souvenir trinkets up front and an adorable display of glass figurines in the back, too. AND a lottery ticket machine. #1 favorite. Always.

This Pilot Station was the cleanest I have been at traveling across country - and busy!! WOW!! LOTS of spaces for trucks and TVs, GREAT selection of items, even had a hot breakfast bar!! AWESOME!! GREAT customer service - very nice employees. I will recommend this Pilot to EVERYONE that I know that is traveling. Bathrooms were very clean!!

Stopped there tonight, bathroom closed, no showers either, Wendys doesnt serve any food, roller grill empty as well. Thought there was a light at the end of the tunnel, they had coffee!Well not si much got in the truck and took a sip, spit it straight out too, wow nasty, burned taste, must have been sitting all night. Shame on you all, drivers work around the clock.

Clean, with very pleasant staff. Be careful when you park to not get blocked in by the traffic in Wendys drive through. Them there fatties want burgers, and they wont risk losing their place in the drive through line to allow you to reverse out.

Had to argue over getting a set of towels for 2 of us in the shower. The staff hands me a single towel and says, thats all I can give you. Paid for another shower so I could get some towels..

Initial impression was good. Until they kicked me and several other drivers out of the parking lot only to have different drivers take the spots. Said you cant park here even though 4 of us were parked there. Had us move so other drivers could park there.

Pilot ALWAYS has the nicest employees, their bathrooms are clean and I love the cinnabuns and cookies there. I got the cinnamon cookie thing that was suggested by one of their employees. He was right....it was delicious. Now thats what I look for every time I visit Pilot.

4am in the morning. Expect to get a shower and something to eat. Showers are broken and the grill is down. It would be a good place to open up a real Truck Stop. Pilot is nothing but a fuel stop . Its not a Truck Stop and its not trucker friendly. One of the reasons why Im not buying pilot fuel ever again. Im sticking with Loves and Petro-TA for all my trucking needs.

This is one of the cleanest places we have been at!!! All of the employees are very helpful,and friendly. They go above and Beyond to make sure that your stay there is enjoyable..Also a nice large parking area,nice showers,and washers and dryers..

Always a good experience at pilot. Driving through with a moving truck. Both employees and truckers were nice. The fact the truckers were nice shows the service that pilot provides.

Great place to refuel, refresh and grab an order of mini Cinnabuns. The coffee is always fresh with a variety of creamers to choose from. In most cases, you are guaranteed the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. This Pilot has a Wendys as well 😊

The staff at this travel are the best Ill differently stop an stay if Im routed in the area again...they have really small showers other than that I would rate a 10..shelves stocked, clean store good food an best over all service!!!

Usual stop by when heading towards Knoxville. Place is always clean, lots of parking, and the gas station food doesnt seem like its been sitting out for days on end. Good rest stop when compared to most other interstate side gas stations.

I left my wallet at this gas station while traveling over the holidays. The staff very kindly mailed it to me and updated me with the tracking number as well as the date the package was picked up from the gas station. I was extremely lucky to have it returned to me and even luckier to have nothing missing out if it. Thank you so very much!

Needed gas, they had it so I stopped. I also needed drinking water. There beverage dispenser didnt have a water option. Thats why 4 stars. I had to buy over priced bottle water. Now I have a plastic bottle to recycle. I always have a reusable bottle and like to just fill it up when I can.

Life there coffee

This review will be pretty much the same as for the other Pilot Travel Centers as they were very prevalent in our route to Arkansas. Great selections for when youre on a long road trip like we were. They have everything from got food to snack and drinks; plus all sorts of items needed for your vehicles and even some nice back packs and other gear for your person if something have happened to yours or you needed more storage. Bathrooms for clean also!

They do have the better parking areas equipped to handle more drivers and very much needed. If you aren’t off the toad and parked at like 5-6 you out of luck most truck stops

3am this morning mens bathroom disqusting. Every stall needed to be flushed. Floors dirty. Wastebasket over flowing. Empty roll toilet paper and papertowels. Told girl at register about it and she replied what.

I Love stopping in this area for gas when traveling to see FRIENDS in TENNESSEE❗Its always clean, looks safe & employees always nice❗Good place to make a stop & price of gas usually better right in this area❗You need to STOP🛑& give them a look around💕🛑💕.

I rarely use this pilot and today McKenzie a girl working behind the cinnabon area reminded me why. She was the shortest and rudest person I have ever come across. I asked her where the 4 packs of cinnamon rolls were and she asked me if I really thought I need to have 4 cinnamon rolls then when she rang me up I asked why so much and she told me that is the price when you get fresh cinnamon instead of the old ones. I repeated I asked where the 4 packs were and she rolled her eyes another customer helped me. Then when I brought those to the register she rung me up for both. I repeated I didnt order fresh rolls just want a 4 pack for my kids for later. She refused to take off the fresh rolls.

Loss of 2 stars for the 5% grade your parking lot sits on, its almost comical, drove across the interstate and the 2 truck stops on this side have almost level parking...

I have been shopping Pilot Travel Centers for years. Convenience, friendly service and well maintained Centers are so important. I also enjoy the Wendys Restaurant in the same building.

Well the store was clean, but the restroom looked as if a frat party was thrown in there. The cashier was not a happy camper and it showed.but hey, if you enjoy giving your hard earned $$$$ to bad service and made to fill like they want you far away so they can get back to there phone call....then by all means do stop by and throw 20.00$ out in parking lot, at least someone will thank you at least...

Just like any other Pilot Travel.Center. clean well lit. Plenty of food options. Fast friendly cashiers, etc. I needed to use the microwave and although it was right by the entrance I didnt notice it at first. Hot water was readily available from three different places amd the has prices were comparable to other places. One employee was taking a break in feont of the entrance and the cashier by the door was too busy talking to a driver to pay attention. All in all it was an okay visit since I was able to locate what I needed.

A good place to stop when you need traveling supplies, like snacks drinks and at this specific pilot oh, I didnt have to wait in line forever, which is usually the case and other pilot locations. I like stopping at Pilot anytime I travel because I always know that their bathrooms are going to be clean and sanitary

Clean smaller Pilot with a Wendys; easy off/on for I-40.

The place is very clean. I have stopped at this location 3-4 times a year for the last 8 years. I stop here bc its normally the cheapest gas on the stretch of I-40, but lately I have kicked myself for it. Today in particular it was the most expensive by far. On the way there we passed many other had stations where it was 10-20 cents cheaper, not knowing it. Then after we filled up, we passed more stations that were again 10-20 cents cheaper. The last few times this happened, I chucked it up to varying prices from time to time, but it has been higher than surrounding areas consistently the last few times Ive been through, so Im going to have to stop using this location.

Disappointing bathrooms, lacked hand soap and clean towels. Paper products on floor. Not sure last time it was cleaned. I was desperate for gas or I would have gone to a different location. I truly dont understand the difficulty in keeping a location tidy and providing decent customer service. Ridiculous...i would rate lower if I could.

This place is well stocked for most truckers needs as well as regular passengers. They also have a wide selection of coffees that are always ready, thats one thing I love.

Great as all pilots are. Love the hotdogs but the buns were under the heat a bit to long and were kinda hard. But the flavor was there.

It was clean, only used the restroom. I noticed they didnt have soap and then in the bathroom and when I turned around on the door it said if the bathroom isnt clean or fully stocked they will give you a free fountain drink. I didnt get my fountain drink when in told them they were out of soap🙁

Pilot is great for many things, gas, coffee, clean s p acious rest rooms, but I will say that this ones gas pump and parking area are really tight. I really wonder how many accidents they have out front. Be careful!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and a Wendys. The Wendys is run by high school kids and slightly messed up my order, but other than that little hiccup this is a phenomenal Pilot. Ill definitely be stopping here again.

An older Pilot, but fairly nice. Bathroom could use a little extra cleaning. I gave it a 3 star because I got my first cup of bad coffee after years of buying the best coffee on the interstate. Tasted burn and old.
